Perfect Image Landscaping

I am putting this here because Angies List is forcing me to do a review for this company though I did not even contact them.

They did such a fantastic job on my yard. My backyard was completely overgrown from the last owner’s gardening habit. They came out promptly for an estimate and then scheduled the job within a couple of weeks of the estimate. They showed up when they said they would, and completed the job exactly how I asked. They were thoughtful and checked in with me throughout the multi day job to make sure they were doing everything correctly. I am so thrilled with how it turned out. If I ever need landscaping work again, I will call them first.

Great communication, easy to work with, and they did a great job!!! Both beds look terrific! The mulch is high quality and they did a great job getting it around our plants. They did a great cleanup, too! I will be calling them in the spring!

Not well. I called them at least three time, left voice mails and emails. I had replies twice from the owner and he promised to get out "soon" to look at my yard. That was three + weeks ago. Nothing further ever heard

They were here less than 1 hour, and they only trimmed my long hedge. I also wanted the lawn mowed, but they didn't even bring a lawnmower! They called me when they arrived, and left without notice. I didn't hear any voices or talking. I've trimmed my own hedge before, and it doesn't take me a full hour by myself.

Always reliable and always prompt and professional. I would hire Perfect Image again for any lawn care service. Service date is approximate. Work was done while I was in the hospital in D.C.

These guys were great. They showed up on time and made the yard look ten time better than when they started. Good workers. I would like to have them provide more services in the future.

Went very well. Owner showed up by himself on Thursday morning very early to size up job. Weather outside was extremely windy and blustery. I provided lawn/leaf trash bags. Chris immediate started to collect all leaves from yards edge and flowerbeds. Bagged all piles of leaves and any small down twigs and branches. Did a wonderful job in clearing all along and from the flowerbeds. One part of backyard is butted against small creek/storm water run off stream with growing patches of river reeds along water's edge. Chris went home and came back (about 10 minutes) with a bush wacker attachment on his weed eater to clear the medium size patch of growing river reeds (about 10' x 25') so now have view of water's edge from house windows. At job's end, he relocated all bagged leaves to curb's edge for trash trucks to remove.

It turned out fine. The fella that came out, if we made suggestions, if he could do this or do that, was very agreeable. We were satisfied with it. There were no additional fees. They were here on time.

They were amazing!!! I only wish I had them for eight hours instead of four. My front yard is beautiful.

Absolutely outstanding. Arrived on time and had the word done in less than the expected time. There is no way I could have accomplished the same amount or quality of work for the price. Looking forward to having them back soon for additional work.

They did everything that needed to be done. There were 2 people and they were done in an hour! I had no problem with this as I am disabled and it would have taken me a lot longer and caused a lot of pain. I was very pleased.

Great. They were punctual, thorough and did a splendid job. My lawn looked manicured and clean!

Chris Adler did an excellent job of cleaning up our yard. Even though his helper was not able to make it the day of the service, Chris still managed to complete the work in under 5 hours.

Chris did a great job, removed and bagged leaves as scheduled - have used him before for rental townhouse yard cleanup and very please with that also. Strongly recommend him!
