It was okay. They never followed up and they never called to see if we're interested. It's average. They gave us a rather rudimentary diagram of what to do. They emailed it to me. We never heard from them again. He could have followed up on what he provided us. He could have given us a call and asked us if we have any questions or if we're interested in using the services any further. They just never did that. The price was okay. They came out on time.

It was fine. I don’t think I’m going to take advantage of it yet but they did alright. For the estimate, I think it was fair. It could be a more detailed estimate and/or scaled plans for that estimate because it was just kind of a hand drawn piece.

The service was fantastic! I had knee replacement within this past month, and these guys were excellent! I will definitely be using them again!

First of all he called and said he would be 30 mins late. Then he gave me 2 options to either raise the sidewalk or put pipes to the road. He said he would email the estimate and left. I receive the estimate for $1170 with the labor $1000 and $50 to remove dirt around the sidewalk. This is the worst deal I ever bought on Angies list!

Chris and one other person showed up at the time promised and immediately began work. I had a priority list. I have approximately 20 beds. In the two hours he was here, he was able to clean almost all of them.. My beds were a mess: full of fallen leaves and especially of dead daylily leaves I wanted removed. I have over 150 cultivars of daylilies in my beds, so this was no small task. He did a beautiful job of cleaning out the beds. It took approximately 25 drum liner-type bags to hold all the debris. He properly bagged the debris and hauled them out to my curb for later pickup.

It went really well. I had a list of things to get done and they were able to get all things on the list done in the 2 hour time limit. Though you will need to make sure if you want lawn moved and edged to make sure they bring the lawnmower. I did not ask for the lawn mowed but if there was time I would of asked but they did not bring one.

Our property is approx 1/2 acre with a pool. We have two large trees and there were residual leaves in the yard and beds that needed cleared. I was there for the start of the work but couldn't stay. So I reviewed a prioritized list and provided my cell for questions. One of the trees has thin pointed leaves that can be difficult to remove from the grassy areas. They did a great job in the beds and with pruning. They also removed sprouting seedlings and dead plant matter from rocky beds near the pool. They ran out of time on the leaves, so the back corner and one side of the house were not done. The deal included the option to pay for extra time if needed, which I would have done if I had known they weren't able to finish in the time allotted. I'd suggest in the future asking the customer if they want to pay for the extra time to complete everything. They did a great job on the work completed and I would hire them again. I would hire this company again and again. Things got delayed because of the rain of course, but I was kept in contact with and he showed up on time and did the whole job beautifully. We have a huge hard surrounded by trees and you couldn't even see the grass. In just 4 hours it looks absolutely beautiful. Thank you SO much for all of your hard work and I'm looking forward to hiring you again in the future!!

The deal was for a written Landscape Drainage and Storm Water Drainage Assessment with drawings. The only thing I received was for an estimate to install a French drain. I received other estimates for the work, and no one else charged me for that. I did not get anything that was promised. I did not even get the discount promised. I hired another company, and insist on a full refund from you.

I have been pleased with other companies providing this type of work but this company was even better! Service was performed within a week or so of a Big Deal purchase. Chris knows his plants and informed me that it was the wrong time of year to trim several of my bushes. He and his helper did a great job in cutting back a big holly bush and cleaning out several garden beds; they went beyond the expected in edging the driveway and cleaning out around a pool cover. A neighbor was so impressed that I was asked for the name of the company. I will certainly consider using this company in the future!

Provider removed leaves and debris from front and back yard. Area of coverage was just over 15000SF. Outstanding job.

We had a hugh amount of leaves in our backyard that we had neglected, so I know it wasn't easy work. We also asked for additional work at the last minute. All the work was completed with no problems, all we did was supply the bags. Thank you both for your hard work.

Prompt and professional. Job completed just as I requested. Visitors complimenting how nice the yard looks now.

Next time, I would have an assessment of the price before I pay for any services in the future. Also, reviewing other inputs would be important. I don't want to publish because I am not sure if the amount of work performed is the "going rate" and I am just out of the loop regarding pricing. I need to do more research because $34.00 per hour for raking leaves is absurd in my eyes. In closing, I thought there was going to be more work completed for that price.

They came out to do four hours of leaf removal for me. The company told me that because they sent out two worker they could only do two hours. They told me that it was because it would be two hours for each worker that totaled the four hours of labor. The deal did not say anything about sending out multiple people to equal four labor hours.

It was okay. I can't blame it on them because I wasn't prepared for them with what I had to do. It was too short of a time to get them to do something big. They were very nice, very well-mannered and very energetic. They came on time.

We arranged a date and time way ahead of schedule, which can sometimes cause a problem, but this time worked out well. He showed up prompt, did a wonderful job, and performed a great cleanup. I would recommend him, and use him again.

All went well. Delivered on time as promised and and put it exactly where I asked. Greaat deal! Great provider!

My gardener husband has had meltdowns every other time I've employed people to help him manage his 3/4 acre, much loved property. It is a certified wildlife habitats, and he lives and nurtures every plant, always aware of what each provides to the others that live here--from butterflies to birds and squirrels. He's now, at 68 and in poor health. But he still treasures everything in his yard and is an avid collector of native plants. So...why no meltdown when I tried, over his protests, one more time to get help? Because Chis came and stayed and worked, in close communication, with me. He did not do what every other company has done: left the job to his "men" (one company sent teenagers) and armed them with chain saws. They did not pull out weeds and overgrowth. No, without any idea of what was a valued and/or important shrub, they destroyed things that were not to be touched and cut other things so that they all grew back even more. (That's one reason things got so out of hand!) BUT the thing about Chris is that he actually KNOWS about plants. You'd think that wouldn't be unusual in a landscape business, but trust me. It is the exception, not the rule. I suppose lots of yard owners think a flat expanse of cut-too-short lawn, treated with chemicals that end up in the river, is what a yard should be. I'm amazed that anyone could think this, in this time of environmental awareness. But even more amazing is that there are so many businesses that call themselves landscapers and gardeners who share this unenlightened view. Lucky for me that I tried one more time to find help for our yard and found Chris. We plan to have him come back over and over!$

I thought that I would get a landscape plan or drawing for this deal. What it turned out to be was the contractor coming out, me telling him what I wanted done and him sending me a quote. If I choose to use his company, the $49 goes towards the project. I was under the impression that I would get a plan or drawing that I could use to complete the project with whomever and whenever I choose. This deal didn't really do what I wanted it to for me and I must admit I was disappointed.

Came when scheduled and did the work as we wanted it done.

I was a little disappointed. I wanted him to do mowing and he didn't show up with a motor. He brought a helper who used my push mower to mow the lawn. Since it was a little bit higher, he had to lift the mower up to its highest setting. I ended up having the lawn mowed again after three or four days. He was nice but it would have been nice if he had shown up the next day to mow the lawn. He took a weed or two from the flower bed. He cut off some of the flowers and buried them in mulch the next day so I lost some of the flowers.

Went great, provider informed me that he had many big deal request and it would take several weeks to get to me , which was fine with me. Service was done while I was at work. Yard was beautiful when I got home, very neat and professional
