Saw the ad on Angie's list, called for an appointment and waited while the work was done.

They were professional, courtious and helpful. There was a minor issue with the repair (plastic tabs missing where grill attached to radiator supports) that was only discovered on my pickup inspection. They fixed this quickly and made me feel they wanted the repair to make me 100% happy. It did take 2 visits, but the repairs were very satisfactory and they were nice to work with.

I was involved in a fender bender. My insurance company cut me a check and I was responsible for the deductible. The side of my car was scratched up and there was some dents and my side mirror was broken. I found MICAR on Angie's list and immediately headed there with my insurance check. They told me they could take care of it and not to give them any money until I saw the completed work and was satisfied. How often do you hear that these days? I dropped the car off on a Saturday (no storage fee). By Thursday the repairs were completed. They did a great job! They were very polite. They told me if I had any questions to feel free to call them. I was totally pleased. They even vacuumed my car!

Mike at Micar gave me an estimate, explained the procedure for removing rust and that was it. Everyone there is really friendly and professional. I was so happy when I picked my truck up I thought I was going to start crying. The paint job is perfect.

The estimate process was a little shakey because they were training a new estimator but once we got through that everything else went without any issues. The work was perfect-the car was returned in a clean condition inside the car. The car was a 2006 Cadillac DTS.

I called MICAR and they were able to provide an estimate over phone. They were courteous and professional. I was told it would take a couple of days to get the part and we scheduled the work for two days out. When I arrived, the part was there and ready to go. The technician installed the part, but was not happy about how it looked. Apparently, the part was defective. The shop manager reviewed the install and told me they would get a new part delivered overnight as they were not happy with the way the defective part looked. Most places now-a-days would not care how the end result looked and stick you with sub-standard work. MICAR is different and I was more than happy to return the next day to have the new part installed. It was a pleasure to do business with a shop that cares about their clients and the craftsmanship of their product. I would definitely recommend MICAR Collision Center. ps. on the 2 days that I arrived at MICAR when they open at 8am. On both of the days I was there, they were conducting a staff meeting, which wrapped up around 8:30. If you plan to get to MICAR first thing, you may want to grab breakfast first and arrive at 8:30.

The MICAR staff discussed their detailed estimate, faxed it to the insurance company and provided me a copy on the spot. After being approved by my insurance, body & painting work were very fast -- dropped off on a Wed, picked up on Monday. Workmanship was excellent -- like new! Great work by MICAR

The work was covered by insurance. Their estimate was perfectly accurate. They did a terrific job. They did a quick estimate, and I was able to drop it off two days later. The work was done in two days.

I was very impressed with how clean their shop was, especially in the office. Everyone was very friendly, professional and quick to look at the vehicle and give an estimate right there on the spot. The price they gave was a pretty fair price. If I had been paying for this repair I would have taken it here.

Less than 5 days for repair. I think they did a great job, they even delivered the car exceptionally clean!!! Inside and out!!! I was completely satisfied with the work performed and the staff.
