Paint job and overall workmanship was 2nd to none. The delivered product was better than I could have ever imagined. Mike Maddox walked me thru the entire process and took the time to answer every question and made the experience very comfortable. The car was delivered ahead of time at a great price and couldn't be more pleased. The entire staff made you feel like family and I would highly recommend MiCar to anyone needing quality work at an excellent price.

Excellent! Quality of work was top notch, and the cost of the repairs was several hundred dollars cheaper than another local body shop. Although I don't wish for an occasion to have to use them again, I would definitely go to Micar Collision for any future repairs!

It was good on the whole. They however left a layer on fine paint dust covering the entire engine under the hood. They must have left the hood opened without covering it up while sanding. I had to spend over an hour to clean it up.

I had clipped a curb with my front bumper and it had been hanging for several months. I sent over some pictures to Brian and he gave me a quote over email, but made it clear that it was subject to change if there was more damage than in the picture. I scheduled an appointment and my car was repaired within 2 hours. Their location is great and I was able to walk to a shopping center while I waited on my car. My bumper is now back in place and for the price I was quoted via email. This was $200 less than what another autobody shop quoted me. Thanks Micar!

Outstanding service. I was provided an immediate estimate for my Honda Pilot on Saturday morning and was informed the work would take three days. I brought the vehicle in on Monday and it was ready by Wednesday. They even buffed my headlights and touched up small scratches for no additional charge. The headlights look almost new when they were quite frosted from scratches previously. The body work and paint job look like the vehicle rolled out new from the showroom. Courteous staff provide outstanding service.

Micar did work on my motorcycle, a 2012 Victory Cross Country. I had two deep scratches in the paint on the tank. When I spoke to the operations manager, Mr. Mike Maddox he looked at the tank and tried to see it he could buff out the scratches on the spot. He told me if he could there would be no charge. Unfortunately the scratches were too deep. He then said that his painter could get the scratches out by rubbing them out and then re-clear coating the area of the tank where the work was done and blending the appearance to match the rest of the tank. I picked the bike up on a Saturday and the tank looked great. There is no way you would ever know the tank had been scratched. They absolutely met my expectations. If I need work done on my bike again I will definitely use Micar.

Repainted the side of our Toyota Sequoia after small accident - facilitiated the appraisers to get photos and repaired the car in a few days. Perhaps slightly expensively; however did excellent work.

Honda had problems with dark green and black cars fading. No body work was required, but Micar's paint job and pin striping makes the car it look brand new. No overspray. Also, they polished and coated the headlights that restored them to their original luster. Much better than the local Honda dealer that polished them a couple of years ago and covered everything under the hood with white polish splatter. Great job. Much better than I expected. Delivered right on-time. Great communications. I would highly recommend.

Great service. Very prompt free estimate while I waited. Then they were able to get my car in within a week and fixed within 2-3 days. I would definitely go back and use them again. Price was only slightly above other estimates; however, we heard they did great work so we went with them and we were very happy with the results.

The final product looks just like it did before it was damaged which is the biggest things. They gave us a quote and they had to change it later on.

I was a 'walk-in' customer looking for an estimate to repair some nicks, dents and fender scrapes on my BMW. I did not have an appointment but was taken care of quickly and estimate prepared promptly. The estimate was reviewed by the owner and explained to me. A copy was provided for my reference and use. I decided that the work as described was more than I was looking to do at this time so did not follow up on the estimate. My impression was that this is a shop where they do quality work and should my needs change I would revisit them for an updated estimate.

I am a repeat customer with MICAR. Repair was done on time and at the agreed price. Car was returned to "like new" condition. Very professional. I had two other estimates and MICAR was higher than one and less than the other-but like I mentioned I knew the result would be most satisfying.

SpI scratched my car up pretty badly against a chain link fence. Angie's list had Micar listed with highest rating so when I called my insurance company I told them I wanted to bring my car here. The appraiser of the damage also ranked Micar as one of the best in the area as well. I dropped my car off with Micar and the employees were so genuine and polite. The estimated my time for the completion of work was set at 5 days and they had my car ready (and looking brand new) in 4. They cleaned the car inside and out at no extra charge. The best service I've ever had when dealing with my car.

We decided against repairing the car and accpeted the insurance company's offer, tottaling the car. They were excellent in providing an estimate and sufficent time to work through the insurance process.

We needed some dents and scrapes on the side of our car repaired. Because it was the result of a parking lot accident that I was at fault for, we weren't sure if we'd use our insurance or not to repair it. Micar ran the quote for us, and told me it was going to be higher for us to pay ourselves since the insurance companies set their rates. We went back and talked about it, and decided to put it through our insurance anyway, since our deductible is high and we'd be covering most of the cost either way. The final bill, with the insurance "rates" was about $100 dollars more than their initial estimate, so I found the estimate experience a little off. They did do great work on the car, though, and even detailed the inside before returning it to us. They also finished it a day ahead of schedule, which was great since we didn't get a rental while it was there. Their work is warranted, but so far, I haven't had to worry about that as it looks the way it did before the accident. I'd use them again, but definitely be more sure of the estimate before committing.

I thought their price was reasonable and everything went smooth and it didn't take them very long to take care of the matter. They were very personable and very attentive. They listened to what I had to say and was very careful to explain exactly what was going on and the process of what they were doing and how they were getting to that point. I have no complaints about them. I did do some comparisons as far as the cost and they were average to below average, so they were good on the price.

I chose Micar to repair the front end of my Hyundai based on Angie's List reviews and several local awards. I graded them an overall 'B' instead of an 'A' because when I went to pick up my car, it turned out that there was a glitch with the horn not engaging with a second push of the 'lock' button on my remote. (I rely on this feature to audibly assure that my car is locked). I was impressed, however, that the owner, Mike, was very responsive and promptly had me pull the car into the shop to take a look under the hood. He immediately discovered the source of the problem, which related to the fact that some of the new parts were not adjusted properly. As it was the end of the day on a Friday, no less, he told me that it would take 45 minutes to amend the issue, and assured me that it would be ready for pick-up the next morning. I told him that it would work better for me to retrieve the car that Sunday, and he was very amenable to meeting me at a convenient time in the afternoon that day. So, although I do very much appreciate the prompt, courteous, and flexible customer service, I was inconvenienced by having to drive out to Greenbrier one more time than would have been necessary if the repair job had been adequately inspected before I was erroneously told it was ready. Luckily, I was able to keep my rental car for the 2 extra days for only a small difference in the original price. I am overall very happy with the quality of their work, and I would return to them again if needed.
