 + -1 moreHe showed up on time, worked straight through until job was complete. He did some extra work and did not increase his price. We highly recommend him. The low-pressure power washing did a much better job than high pressure wash we had had a few years earlier. There was no damage to outside of house at all.
Description of Work: We had Mr. Orr power wash our driveway, sidewalks, exterior brick, wood and vinyl siding.

Description of Work: Low Pressure washing of the house including small front porch, rear deck, and roof. Costs: House, 1500 SF contemporary ranch, 3 vaulted ceilings $225. Deck, Approx. 5 x 25 $150. Roof $425. I thought the price for the house and deck were reasonable, but the roof expensive. They did do a nice job, all of the green molding around the crawl space brick is gone, the deck is no longer grey, but pine colored, and all the stains on the roof are gone. John also gave me a lot of advice on staining my deck, products, technique, etc. He recommended the pressure washing being done every 2 years for my house. $400 yearly isn't too bad. I was happy with the results and the service.

 + -1 moreIncredible results. I really liked his style, and the ''low-pressure'' method he uses. Very effective, with no damage to paint/wood or water seeping into/under the vinyl siding -- like can happen with high-pressure systems. Obviously high-pressure was used on the bare deck and porch, as well as the concrete driveway/walkway. Excellent results. Excellent and very nice guy to deal with. Wasn't the cheapest bidder -- but was very happy with the 'value'.
Description of Work: John and crew cleaned my 2-story vinyl-sided home of all exterior dirt and mildew. They also did my deck, porch, driveway and walkway. It looks almost ''brand new'' again .
