Made appt 2 weeks prior and he never showed up. I called twice and left two messages. Told him not to come since he was obviously not going to anyway.

An appointment was scheduled, but Mr. Orr did not show up, nor did he call to apologize. He did not have the courtesy to return my calls. I would never attempt to do business with him again. Totally unprofessional in every way!

It was great. They were on time, price was as quoted, and my house looks awesome!!

John does great work and takes great pride in what he does. He is very personable and company motto is "Picky people pick us". We had some oil stains on our driveway and John was successfully able to eliminate these stains. He doesn't nickel & dime his customer and always does more than asked. Highly recommend this company and will hire again.

John did an excellent job. He gave me a fair price for the service and did three items extra with no charge. My house looks great and i will have him back in a few years. I would recommend John to get the job done right!!!

Fabulous service! This is the second time we have used this cleaner. He is well-recommended on Angie's List for a reason. He provided an estimate for service on the first phone call. There was a 2-3 week wait until he could fit our house into the schedule, but again, he's in demand for a reason. The house was covered with mildew on the back and cobwebs, dirt and bugs on the front, and it's absolutely pristine again. The front walk and driveway were orange; they are now almost as good as new, and definitely good enough to satisfy our HOA. The vinyl fence had glaring orange arcs periodically, it is now gleaming white. I couldn't be happier. Owner was communicative throughout, calling to let me know he was delayed the day of service. Highly recommended.

This is the third time we have used John and his son because we think they are fantastic!! They are punctual, friendly, thorough, reasonably priced, and most importantly, they take years off of the appearance of our home. The white guttering is sparkling white again, the windows (and window troughs) are squeaky clean, and our porches and driveway are spotless. Even the white caulking around our garage doors (on our 15-yr-old home) is spotless--and I can't come close to that with detergent, brush, and elbow grease. We have already arranged to have him come back next year. We are convinced that John will actually extend the life of our home's exterior finishes over time--and for that, this service is worth every dime.

WOW! These guys exceeded expectations on every level. They are friendly and professional. The work that was done was beyond what I hoped for. My deck was stained/coated in this rust brown/orange mess and they got it almost completely free of any residual. I needed my deck prepped to restain or paint or whatever I decided. They discussed several cleaning options with me and I went with the one that best suited my needs after he educated me. I really appreciated that he took the time to talk to me and formulate a plan based on my specific needs. The rest of the washing was also discussed with me as far as what I could expect with results. They took thier time, were through, and even sprayed down my shed! That was not something that was initially in the plan. Even though the outcome of the deck was not entirely predictable or favorable, I got an honest opinion and it turned out great! My favorite is the front porch; it is now clean, white and bright and looks as good as new. It is the entrance to my home and I can be proud of it now. It even shines from the street! I will absoloutely use these guys again! Just a side note on how great they are: When the job was done and they were getting ready to leave, my cat caught a field mouse and it was in the house! I screamed for help and they even stayed behind to wrangle the littlel critter. It was a fiasco that ended quickly with one happy little mouse released back into nature unharmed. That was the icing on the cake for me! At the risk of rabies, they went above and beyond to help a client on something that was not part of the job. What more can I say? HIRE THESE GUYS!

The team did an outstanding job on cleaning our external house. They were able to get off stains that had accumulated and that our kids had done to the siding. We are always pleased with the results this company has done to keep our external house clean while protecting the paint and the siding from bleaching, running or smearing. In addition, this is a professional company that values customers and has an honest work ethic. We had a porch light significantly damaged by water and John personally came out to remove the light, identify the problem and work with the light company to solve the problem. In the end, he bought us a new porch light and installed it himself. We are grateful for his quick response, professionalism and customer service. We HIGHLY recommend John and his company. We will continue to use this company as they clean our external walls and go above and to protect our investment by doing their work outstandingly well and with the utmost integrity.

Did a great job. Got grime and rust off of areas of the siding that I'd given up hope on cleaning. I'd definitely use him again!

He did an excellent job. He did everything. He’s so booked. He is in such a demand. My husband thinks he’s reasonable because we’ve used him for four years in a row. He doesn’t use harmful chemicals. He doesn’t use a blast that takes mortar out of your house or breaks the seal in your windows. He’s very thorough. He’s normally here the better part of the day. He does so much.

Best experience dealing with a contractor to do work at the house. We are long distance and hired John to do the work at our rental property. He kept both us and our renters informed on when he would do the work. The price was more than fair and the work was excellent. He took the time to answer all my questions and gave me a quote over the phone (which he stuck to). After the work was complete, he texted a couple photos of the house. We will use John again in the future when our house needs the washing again.

I contacted John from the reviews from Angie's List. He immediately answered the phone and was very polite. He explained his company and what he would do to get our house clean. He took his time on the phone and answered all my questions. I set up a date and time for him to pressure wash our house. He showed up and took his time. He paid attention to all the details and cleaned our house like it was his own. We were extremely happy with his company! Our house was over 3,000 square feet and his price was very reasonable.

He did a great job. The windows were cleaned nicely, as well as the porch. One side of the house had a lot of green mold and that was completely cleaned. Also, he did a nice job cleaning my maintenance free gutters. The price was very reasonable.

This is the second time we have hired this provider because he does a phenomenal job. We are more comfortable with low- rather than high-pressure washing due to less wear-and-tear on our home, and the results of stunningly clean. Likewise, his scheduling was prompt as was his service, and the price is always reasonable. Our highest recommendation--we'll use him again and again!!

Scheduling was easy and they were able to get me an appointment within a week. John and his son came on two separate visits, once to pressure wash and the other to stain the deck. John was a very nice guy, relatable and a perfectionist which I appreciated.

Mr Orr and his son arrived on time and I was concerned about the weather affecting the job. It was lightly raining and Mr Orr assured me that it would not interfere or have an adverse affect on what they would be doing. They proceeded to power wash the whole house including the windows, walkways, driveway and anything else they saw along the way that needed cleaning. I would estimate that it took about 2 hours total. Mr Orr and his son are very particular and take their time to do it right. We have a three bedroom brick ranch with an added room over the garage. When they finished, I was trully amazed how fresh and clean everything looked even with gray skys overhead. We had Mr Orr powerwash our front stoop and driveway a year earlier and he did a fantastic job. We did not have any hesitation about calling him back to do the whole house. He is very much in demand and hard to get so call early to set up a time. We felt the price was very fair. Do not expect a forceful power wash as this is not the case. It is just as the name of the company implies- a low-pressure exterior cleaning. forceful power

I was very pleased with the service provided by Low Pressure Exterior Cleaning. They did an excellent job pressure washing our house, they were professional/experienced, and quoted a reasonable price for the service provided. I would definitely use this company again.

I, and most of the other homes in our previous community, had used Low Pressure Exterior Cleaning so I knew the quality of their work to be excellent. Moving into a white vinyl home this time, I knew power washing would be important. My husband tried a section on his own and we quickly realized it would never be clean enough with our power washer plus there really is a technique to getting it right. I did not hesitate to call a professional at that point. As expected, John and Son did a quality job even cleaning the front of our fence to make the house presentation complete. I am always amazed at what a difference a good washing makes on a home.

I went well. I was pleased with the results.
