LOW-PRESSURE EXTERIOR CLEANING

The guy’s name is John. He’s fabulous. He’s a perfectionist. He is extraordinarily careful. There is absolutely no possibility of having any water damage aspect at my house because he truly uses a water pressure that is about the same as a garden hose. We have very soft mortar in our brick and we would have damage if we had the regular power wash pressure that a lot of people use. He is meticulous in his work. My house just looks fantastic after he’s done the job. I will absolutely use his services again in the future.

John, the owner, performs the work, and in a very friendly, careful and thorough way. I had thought the pressure washing would also serve as window cleaning, but some windows will need extra cleaning.

Start to finish John was professional and prompt.

I particularly liked the idea that they use low pressure spray to avoid paint chipping and damage. They were very responsive, stayed in contact regarding times and dates and promptly delivered the work as promised. I was a bit concerned that the houses would not be fully cleaned with the low pressure however the houses were perfect at completion.

Work done is two separate trips. Made special trip to clean driveway prior to open house.

He did a fantastic job of cleaning the house and also cleaned all three of our brick patios. The patios were so green and dirty you could hardly even see the bricks. Afterwards, they looked new. I’ve already put LOW-PRESSURE EXTERIOR CLEANING in my outlook events to call for next spring.

John arrived on time and did a very good job. He power washed the house and waxed some areas that were oxidized. They took care of all the algae areas on the house. In addition they did a very nice job on the driveway which was pretty dirty. John also cleaned my newspaper holder. They only negative I noticed after he left was a couple of vinyl panels had come loose. I popped them back myself.

They were able to complete the job quickly even though it required a second day; the first day they were rained out otherwise it would have been done in the time frame I was told. Great job!!!

Had a family crisisthat kept him from arriving on time but nothing major as i did not have to be here for the proceedure. We touched base with our cell phones and all was well.

John arrived within his scheduled time frame. He is a very friendly man who enjoys a good chat. I showed him around our exterior house and reviewed what I would like cleaned. He offered a coupon so we could have our driveway and walkways cleaned for free, saving us $100. He worked steadily for about 3 1/2 hours. He replaced a large planter after cleaning around and behind it. Woud windows and house look beautiful again. Unfortunately, our house is so clean, I can tell how badly our shutters have faded due to the afternoon sun!

From the very first phone call (which the owner answered, not a secretary) to the end of the job, I could not have been happier with my choice. John Orr was professional from start to finish. The estimate was actually more than what he finally charged me. He called me at work to let me know how it was going and that he wanted to try to clean my deck saying "if you don't like the way it comes out you don't have to pay me".. I about fell out of my chair, you don't find that kind of contractor ANYWHERE! The house looks fantastic and the deck looks brand new at 5 years old. This company is on my list for next year. Thanks Mr. Orr for giving this consumer more for my money. I'll be calling you again..

He gave me an accurate estimate, but showed up several hours later than he thought he would and I had to call because my wife was waiting at home for him. He spent time talking to me about why the entire house needed to be washed, and pointed out things I had missed. John also cleaned our deck, and we were very happy with the end result. His current price is 10 cents per square foot for house cleaning, which was reasonable. He is a small businessman in the area, and obviously knows his profession well. He was warm and engaging, and willing to take time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend Low Pressure Exterior Cleaning.

I couldn't have asked for a more professional contractor. He even sent me pictures by e-mail since I don't live in Virginia Beach. The neighbors were extremely impressed by his work and my neighbor next door is using him to pressure wash his roof. You can't go wrong when you use John Orr. Thank you, John, for doing a great job!

John was very responsive. He did an excellent job. I will definitely bring him back in the spring to wash and stain by back fence.

Contacted them late in the week and requested an estimate. they were able to work around our schedule and work us in within about 5 days. Very courteous and professional guys. It is easy to tell when someone really cares about the job they are doing and they did with great attention to detail. We couldn't have been more pleased and plan on calling them next spring to do the annual concrete cleaning.

They were very professional. They gave me an estimate on the phone. Everything looked really good when they finished. The gentleman even called me back to make sure everything was okay and that I was happy with the service.

Very pleased! Gave me his rates per square foot for house & deck. He arrived on time (on a Sunday). After showing him the house and deck, he explained his washing process and went to work. I live in Ghent and my house was covered in coal dust. After he finished, my house looked new. When I gave him the amount I computed for the job, I was told that was too much for a house this size. Not only did he clean my house, but saved me $200. Definitely will use Low-Pressure Exterior Cleaning again.

We found Low Pressure on Angie's List. John performed all tasks as specified with skill and speed. He provided solid advice on maintenance of siding and EFIS surfaces. I especially appreciated his offer to come on a Sunday since he was booked ahead for two weeks. The work looked great. This is a customer oriented, high performance, reasonably priced business.

This company did a great job. Even after a year, things look very good. This company is excellent and I would recommend them to anyone. They left no mess and things were in perfect order.

They were very personable. He also answered my phone calls promptly and was a pleasure to work with. I felt like the price was fair and the job was done in a timely manner.

From the day of the estimate to the day of actual pressure washing was about 10 days. He said he would come out between 9:00am-10:00am. I called him at 10:20 to see where he was and there was no answer so I left a message. Noon rolls around and still no John. When I come back to my house at 5:15pm, he was there doing the work. He is a very personable, nice guy and did thorough work pressure washing my house. But I didn't appreciate him showing up over 7 hours late with no phone call to let me know. My morning plans were rearranged for him because of our appointment time of 9am-10am and he didn't even show up, and no phone call to let me know of his intentions. Very frustrating. But his pressure washing work was good. Next time I will call him the day before and reiterate the importance of keeping the agreed upon time!

Each time John has been thorough and a complete professional. I was a bit skeptical on the most recent house as it was brick and not vinyl sided. While it took him much longer than a vinyl sided house since brick is more porous his price was the same and quality as well. Highly recommend for any job he says he can do.

He was easily available by phone and helped me out in a time-sensitive situation. He was kind and delivered the services he promised at the time he promised. I have already recommended him to my mother (a big compliment) and will recommend his services to others. The vinyl & trim on our house was filthy (dirt, cobwebs, bugs, bug debris) and his low-pressure wash cleaned it beautifully.

The process EXCEEDED all my expectations. LOW PRESSURE washing was important to me. I read up on many articles that had stated that HI-PRESSURE washing would damage the exterior of the home. Thus, the word LOW PRESSURE caught my eye. The house literally sparkles, from the gutters, to the vinyl. NO ONE can get your house as clean.... NO ONE. I've seen these guys who come around and offer cleaning for $99.00..... if you want to avoid damages, do not use them and the hi-power wash.
