LOW-PRESSURE EXTERIOR CLEANING

John and his son were very courteous, efficient and showed great attention to detail. If something looked like it needed cleaning, they did it. They even cleaned our glider under a tree by the road. The price was somewhat higher than other companies but they did a wondeful job and I have no complaints. You get what you pay for and I believe they did just that!!! I am more that satisfied with their cleaning and would recommend them to anyone.

Could not have been better. I will definitely use him again.

I've been using John Orr for about 4or 5 years now to power wash my house. In the past I had used other people and the house seemed to get dirty very quickly, when John does it, it stays clean a lot longer. Last year he also washed my back patio and front step and sidewalk, both of which look much better. His prices are very reasonable, he is very pleasant and professional. I have also recommended him to other people who have been very happy with his work. Will definitely continue to hire him.

It was a great experience from start to finish and the house looks awesome. We will definitely call again and all of our neighbors have asked for his card so they can call to schedule. The next day we had a birthday party and our guests noticed how fresh everything was and wanted the phone number.

It looks fantastic! I have had my house washed before...never has it come out looking this good. Also, there was no damage to my painted shutters which has happened previously. I am greatly pleased and will definitely use him again. My house was really dirty and needed washing really bad. I had dirt, mold, and mildew....it looks great!! The price was reasonable, AND I was advised that the price will NOT increase in the future when I call him next year!!

It went wonderful. Not only was John an enjoyable individual to talk with he got right to work and had the place cleaned in just a couple hours. He had a very booked schedule and i knew from the beginning I'd have about a 4 week wait. But as soon as he had an opening he contacted me and got the job done. House looks wonderful.

It was pretty good this time. I did call in March to schedule for May, but something went wrong with the scheduling. But when he did show up the works is Just great. Did not do one thing , but waiting for him to some back and finish. I would use them again.

Everything went really well. I was very pleased with them. I really liked them The quality was really good. I talked to the man about 4 weeks before he ever showed up. We made the appointment and then we never spoke again and then he came that morning. The quality was good too, he did a really nice job cleaning the house.

Low-Pressure Exterior Cleaning were great. He did what he said he was going to do. It was good. I was surprised that the windows had so much streaking on them at the end, but I did not address that when speaking with him. I have not followed up with him about it. I don't know if it's even fair for me to mention it without talking to him first. I think the house looked great, but the windows are really streaky. But he's not a window washer. He's a house washer.

From start to finish an overall excellant job. I understand why they continue to receive excellant ratings. I contacted them in early March for an estimate. They provided a detailed explanation of the process based on the exterior of my house and recommended it not be scheduled untill the weather warmed up. We scheduled the job for April 4th, they arrived on time, were professional and did an outstanding job for the quoted price.

John is friendly and brings his son along on larger jobs. His son was unable to accompany John on this job because he had been in a car accident (minor injury but enough to be achy and traumatized). John tackled the project on his own and was able to get it done in a day.

This company is outstanding. Low pressure washing will not damage the siding like high pressure washing.

Excellent. We have a large brick house which now looks amazing. As an Angie's List member, we also got the driveway washed free. Low Pressure Exterior did a great job with low pressure (which is extremely important to me). I love the results. I had the deck (22 x 21) cleaned as well so that I could stain it. I will have this company do this every couple of years. I can't say enough about the results. Thanks for doing a great job.

The owner, John provided excellent response and service. My house is sparkling and the deck looks great. A bonus for mentioning that I found him on Angies List, he also power washed my driveway and sidewalks at no extra charge. They look new which I didn't think was possible. John pays attention to details and is a pleasure to work with. I will certainly use this company again.

John Orr was extremely pleasant on the phone, described his service in specific detail, and quoted his pricing method in detail and said he would attempt to squeeze me into an already fairly full schedule if he could. He showed up on time with good equipment and everything he would need to the job. He gave me a short brief on the method he would use, we agreed on the price (as quoted on the phone) and he commenced work at about 2PM on one of the hottest days of the year. By 3:30 my house was absolutely clean. No paint was damaged, no siding moved and the house looked just painted. He exceeded my expectations by a whole lot. He and his son worked hard from beginning to finish, you don't see performance like that anymore. I can recommend John and his service wholeheartedly and without hesitation.

Very nice job John are made the decks look brand new. The concrete was so bright it cleaned. The house looked finally painted.

John was very professional, did an excellent job, and took the time to explain the process and other tips to keep our driveway clean. We will definitely call him back in a few years when the house needs another touch up! Call John you will not be disappointed!

A sparkling job all around.

John was running late, but he called me to assure me that he would be arriving in time to complete that job. This is understandible, because John has to travel 60 miles to get from Chesapeake to the job in Williamsburg. He arrived with his son and did everything in a timely manner. It was very hot, but they conducted themselves cooly and in a professional way. The job site was left clean with no damage to property or plants. The result was complete satisfaction on my part, as it has been each time I have used this company over the past years.

PERFORMED AN EXCELLENT JOB!!! MORE THAN PLEASED AND WILL USE HIS SERVICE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

There was no mess to clean up. He had an encounter with my neighbor who complain that her sidewalk became dirty from the runoff water from the driveway. She never came to us. She went to him directly. She was being very impossible and arbitrary. I think she was looking to receive free work from him. He handled the situation as a professional and resolved the conflict. Good job, John.

They were very good, the owner had a good personality, and the work was done expeditiously based on weather.

Chose this business from Angie's List because of the exceptional and consistent top ratings--and let me add my name to that list of satisfied customers! John arrived promptly, explained the process to me, did exactly what he said he would do, and charged the agreed upon price. Additonal bonus: our gutters were originally white, but faded to gray. We had talked about replacing them because past power washers had been unable to get them anyway near clean. After John departed, I noticed they were pristine white!

All experiences with this company, used 3 x already. I get them to press wash my house once year. Always outstanding service and quality.
