Description of Work: Electric stove top had one burner out. Joseph came in and methodically took it apart, figured what was broken, and repaired it. Required a part which he had to travel to get (the actual burner) which cost $75 with no markup. A fine experience.

Description of Work: I called Joseph and explained the problem i was having with my washing machine. he thought he knew what it was and gave me an estimate of price. he showed up on time and was very professional. the problem was as he anticipated and he had the right part to fix it. he did a good job and was respectful of room when moving washer, cleaning etc. the washer is still running well several months later. i would use him again. only negative, not much of one, is his price may be a little bit high, but i think all appliance repair is high.

Description of Work: Joseph came to the house the same day called. Disassembled the dishwasher, used his multimeter to isolate the problem. part was not in stock. Ordered part and when he received it he immediately installed it. He was helpful, courteous and above board at all times. Have used him again. He will be the person I call any time I have a problem.

Description of Work: My refrigerator started making a loud noise on Monday morning. I turned it off. I called Mr. Godbolt from the office and he worked me into his already busy schedule for the day. He called me when he was 30 minutes away from my house, arrived on time and quickly determined it was a minor problem which he quickly fixed. He charged me only a service call. What a godsend. A less honest repairman could have charged me hundreds and I would have paid it.

Description of Work: fixed washer part well but for a small part and short service, I felt overcharged.

Description of Work: Had problem with old G washing machine. Josepeh came promptly, analyzed the problem, and suggested that the machine was too old to invest in repairs, as it was likely the parts needed would not be available anymore and that the total cost would of repair would not cost-effective. He also was nice enough to recommend replacement brands (he is not in the sales business) He took about 15 minutes of his time with me, in addition to his travel time, and did not charge me. I would definitely call him again and recommend him to others based on the short contact we had.

Description of Work: Mr Godbolt came out & gave me estimate on Monday afternoon, had to order parts &came back on wensday afternoon to repair. The base plate was bad & he had to waite for part to come in. He replaced shocks & base plate. His price was very reasonable & included the initial service was included in price Mr Godbolt was very professional & took great care to make sure work area was kept clean He explaind everything he was doing & answered all question Very helpful in that he worked w/my schedule Would recommend to any one needing appliance repair.
