Excellent service! Very grateful Joseph was able to fix our refrigerator the same day. He was able to quickly figure out what was wrong, explained everything in detail as he went, and cleaned up after the job was complete.

Went very well. Mr Joseph was prompt, professional, and very informative about the troubleshooting & repair.

I have used Joe several times for various home appliances. He has repaired a clothes dryer, a dishwasher and now my oven/range. Joe is very experienced and knowledgable. He can fix a problem 95% of the time , or he will give you a straightforward reason why a fix is not worthwhile. He is the most honest repairman I have ever dealt with. His pricing is fair and he stands behind his work. I have no hesitation in reccommending Joe to friends and family and will continue to call on him for my future needs.

Did not schedule. Unavailable for a week. Would not schedule appointment dependent on availability. I would say a one man shop, that may provide good service, but because of size, is not as responsive as other providers. Additionally, in military heavy area where most providers offer a military discount, this provider does not. Keep those in mind when negotiating and trying to schedule.

He really didn't know what he was doing and was just trying stuff. As a Navy Veteran and a service technician in the cell phone industry, if I show up to fix a phone or ipad and I can't do it, even if I try and it doesn't work, I don't charge the customer. I would give him an F, but he was polite and professional, so I gave him a D instead.

Joseph came immediately after finishing the job he was on. Not only did he thoroughly clean the lint traps (which I do after every load) he also removed the front panel AND the drum and removed another wastebasket full of accumulated lint! Joseph showed me how to remove both panel & drum should I want to do "full" cleanings. If I could, I would give 5-Stars for Excellent service! Mr. Godbolt did a complete diagnostic check, removed he control covers and the top of the machine and examined it carefully. He explained everything he was doing and why. It turned out there was nothing wrong with my washer. My brain is another question: after 3 years, I had forgotten that the washer makes a lot of bizarre noises and gaps before it starts up.

Joseph's saved me money and time by diagnosing what was wrong with my washing machine. ( I later found the same issue on YouTube and the sounds the washer in the video were making were exactly like mine.) Joseph's was honest and upfront by putting what was best for me instead of doing a costly repair.

We had previously called another repair person from Craig's List. Let's just say It did not go well. In desperation (laundry was piling up) --we joined Angie's List and called Mr. Joseph Godbolt. From the very initial phone conversation he was professional and demonstrated integrity. Mr. Joseph Godbolt came to our home and fixed the other repair person's mess and then diagnosed and fixed what was REALLy wrong with our washer machine. Mr. Joseph was professional, efficient, on time, reasonably priced, competent, and trustworthy. Joseph was very helpful in helping us decide to invest in repair versus replacing a dryer which stopped heating. He did not provide us with false hope that the investment would be 'guaranteed' or even prudent. He gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision. We opted to risk the $125 to keep the dryer for a time period that would be worth the investment. Joseph arrived on time. He visibly showed us where the problem occurred. He needed to order and pick up the part and was back in a day with the new part. He also showed us the new part so we could see the difference between the bad and the new. We would recommend Joseph to any friend or family member. We trusted the and quot;Aand quot; score on Angie's list and preferred to work with a local tradesman versus a large company. We are glad we did. The dates of our service are approximate.

Great service, very thorough and very professional. He explained everything he was doing and was not going to give up until he found the problem.

Installed a part and then found their was a more serious problem that would cost more than the unit was worth. He then uninstalled the part and only charged me a small service call charge.

As the buzzing noise was not present when he arrived he checked the cooling in the refirgerator and the air in the freezer section. As everything was working, and we had had no actual problems other than the noise, Joseph suggested it may just be a vibration. He recommended that we just watch it for awhile to see if it effects the cooling and/or freezing. He did not charge anything for the visit. We have now had two experiences with Joseph and he has displayed professionlism and honesty both times. We will definitely call on him again when needed.

Excellent service. Responded right away and professionalism was top notch. Had to wait two days for the parts but he came out on a Saturday to finish the repair. It had been two weeks and no issues to date. Would definitely recommend.

Joseph did a wonderful job and I highly recommend him for his services. My fridge died and he confirmed the issue was a motherboard. He called his sales contact that day and gave me a full quote for part and install. I did not keep the fridge due to age and cost, however, everything was nicely presented for me to make the choice. There is a no pressure with Joseph.

I called Joseph and he agreed to come on a day that worked for both of us. He called me when he was on his way. Joseph got right to it, he was very polite and in a short time, figured out what was wrong. He left to buy a part and in a short time returned and replaced the part. He did a good job of explaining to me what was wrong and showed me the defective part. I will definitely call Joseph again if I need to and would recommend him to anyone needing small appliance repair.

Extremely courteous and professional

Quickly figured out what was wrong. He had the replacement parts in his truck. Replaced the parts and did not leave until everything was working correctly. A very nice gentleman who I would use again without hesitation and would recommend to anyone.

There had been on and off leaking from underneath my refrigerator that didn't seem to be related to using the icemaker or water button. When I called Joseph, he promptly answered and I was able to schedule an appointment the next day. He gave me a call when he was going to be delayed a short time. He explained everything he was doing, and found the problem after checking thoroughly. It wasn't in the ice maker system, but a wire hanging down that caused the water from defrost to drip not in the reservoir, but on the bottom of the refrigerator then onto the floor. He taped the offending wire where it wouldn't cause leaking and gave a 90 day guarantee. I've had no problem since.
