It went great! Joe returned my calls quickly, scheduled the job promptly, and showed-up on time. The work was finished quickly, thoroughly tested, and fully explained to me. The cost ended up being quite a bit less than his estimate. I'm extremely satisfied with the work, plan on using Jo's again when needed, and would highly recommend them to others.

Joe did a great job, was on time as planned and let me know he was on his way. Work was quick and professional, but took his time to ensure all the zones and settings were set properly.

Excellent. Was here at the appointed time, was very personable, made some very useful recommendations on improving the performance of my system. He reasonably priced and I would highly recommend him. I plan to use his service in the future.

Job went as expected. I depended on Joe to identify the pump size, number of irrigation zones required and quantity and type of sprinkler heads. I explained what my end goal for the system was and Joe and his guys gave me exactly what I wanted. Joe started the job on the day agreed to and finished within the time allowed. With the exception of the city fee for the permit, all costs were paid when work was completed and I witnessed a successful system test. This was my first experience with Angie's list and using the service providers I found there. I got exactly what I wanted from a courteous, professional at exactly the agreed to price. I couldn't be happier!

Talked to joe 2 times and set up two meetings for estimates. I stayed home all day for 2 days and he never called, or came by, and when I called him, after missing his appts. with me, he seemed not to know who I was either time. He blamed the confusion on the weather, to which I replied that the weather wouldn't have prevented him from calling me.

They had two employees come out to finish in roughly 45 minutes. He was very responsive, got back to me quickly and scheduled it quickly. It all took less than a week. You will get prompt good service.

On the day of the service, Jo called in advance to provide the time he would arrive. He was very professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he was doing and needed to do. I was very impressed with him and felt his price was very reasonable. I will definitely use him again and have already made plans with him to get on his winterization schedule.

Went great. Joe was on time and called to stay in touch and job was done professionally and as quick as possible. Would hire him as well as recommend.

I have been using his services for about four years now. I think that he is very reasonably priced. On a visit, there was one sprinkler that he couldn’t find. He spent a lot of time looking for it until he eventually located it. The lawn service had broken off a head and he put it back on. Most companies wouldn’t have done that. He goes above and beyond with his service. Jo does ninety percent of the work himself and he is very responsive and conscientious. He is a very nice man and is exactly the kind of person you would want on your property. I have been very, very pleased with Jo and his work.

He's fabulous! That was a great experience. It was last Spring. I don't remember the approximate cost of the service. He installed a sprinkler system at my house. It went really well. They had great customer service, great communication. He came when he said he was going to. It didn't take very long. I'm very happy with my system.

I would use them again in the future.

Joe always calls to let us know exactly when he will get here. He has now serviced our sprinkler system for several years. He is very pleasant and professional, and works quickly and neatly, leaving the garage neat and the sprinkler timer properly set. He found and fixed a couple of damaged heads and checked that there was adequate flow . He varied the timing of each section by the needs of the plantings in the area and shortened the time in a damp area. Our system worked well all summer. We were pleased as usual so called him back to shut it down and flush the lines this fall.

Joe was responsive with his estimate and later installation. The job was done quickly and he called when there was an installation delay due to rain. Jo was very pleasant to work with and did not get upset when access or equipment problems came up. He was helpful and came back to put in an extra needed sprinkler head. The installed system works well and seems to provide good coverage to the lawn although a bit spotty on flower beds (with his advice I added some drippers for hanging plants and heads for beds). I Plan to use his services for winterization.

I have had nothing but the best service from Jo's Irrigation, so I was disappointed when I read the other reviews. I've never submitted a report before, and have been a member of Angie's List on and off for years in various locations throughout the country. Joe installed my sprinkler system several years ago, and he comes out twice yearly - to winterize the system, and start it back up in the spring.

See above. Update: I used another irrigation company to install two additional heads and replace two sub-standard sprayers. During this visit, it was discovered that JoJo Irrigation installed sprayers in some cases that contained no screen filters and my rotating heads were the cheapest models offered by Hunter that normally only last 2-3 years..

Great service, professional and prompt.

I have used this company in the past for my irrigation needs. He is an excellent provider once you get in contact with him. There in lies the problem. I called twice in a two week period and it was 5 days after the second call that I received a return call. Granted, the second call was placed just prior to the Memorial Day weekend, but it still doesn't explain the first. As I recall I had the same experience a couple years ago with his company. But, as I said before, once you finally get in touch with Jo he's a great guy to do business with and is very knowledgeable at what he does.

SO FAR, SO GOOD. IT'S ONLY BEEN A WEEK, BUT AT THIS POINT I WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. MY HUSBAND COULDN'T BE HERE WHEN THE ACTUAL WORK WAS DONE SO JOE MADE EVERY EFFORT TO CATCH UP WITH MY HUSBAND LATER TO ANSWER HIS QUESTIONS AND SHOW HIM DIFFERENT THINGS. WE REALLY APPRECIATED THAT.
