Description of Work: I have been using Hometown Pest Control since 2007. They had done the termite inspections on a house that I bought and rehab for a rental. I have used them for that every year since then and have also called them for a rodent and bug problem. My mom has rental houses and has also used them. We are very happy and the lady who handles the appointments is very helpful. They were to come out today (Feb 17th - snow and Ice) but contacted me and rescheduled for tomorrow.

Description of Work: I have a service contract with them to perform annual inspections. I don't have them spray, unless it's absolutely necessary and they go along with my wishes. I first used this company when it was Metropolitan Exterminating. The new owner has been very easy to work with and the technicians are very professional.

Description of Work: We scheduled everything on line, but the gentleman arrived an hour earlier than I anticipated but not a huge problem. Left a few marks of chemicals on the floor but I was able to wipe them up easily enough. Update: the company contacted me after reading the review, to apologize and make things right. They came back out (on time) and retreated the house for no charge. How refreshing to see a company stand up to its word!

Description of Work: They will actually be out here with us next week. We have been using them for 3 years now and they come out for us a couple times a year. Their price is $75.00 every time they come out. They do a basic treatment for bugs and rats. I like that they come out when we call them.
