I purchased a Big Deal from this contractor on Angie's list. I was told someone would contact me to arrange a site review and give an estimate if additional work was required. After 2 weeks as I heard nothing from the contractor, I sent an e-mail asking when I could expect someone to contact me. The response was that he had to come out to review the work to be done. No mention of when this would occur. About two weeks later, still having heard nothing from this company I sent an additional e-mail informing him that If I didn't hear from him I would request a refund from Angie's list. Now Angie's list will take two more weeks to process my refund request. This is an example of customer service at it's worst. I would have perfectly happy to give the contractor additional time if only there had been some communication.

The company never showed for scheduled appointment and we never got a call to reschedule, as a result we are rating the company as an F.

It did not go at all as provider has not shown or responded.

Called to schedule and his voicemail was full, so I could not leave a message. It took a week to hear back from him. At that time I scheduled an appointment for a week later. He then he did not show and did not call for that appointment.

Provider too busy doing other work somewhere so we both agreed and decided to cancel the job/service

It wasn't real professional. They did come out and do the caulking job. They continued to delay and delay this project along with a gutter project as well. They have cancelled on me two different times. They are supposed to come out Tuesday at 9 am for a gutter project, so we will see if they show up.

I purchased the granite countertop deal from Angie's List on July 28th. I received a message a day later saying they could come to my house Friday, July 31 at 5:30pm. I was pleased with this as it was the same week I had purchased the deal. Unfortunately, no one showed up on Friday. When we called we were told that they had forgotten about it and rescheduled for the following day at 11am. Again no one had showed up and I called the phone number I had multiple times an received no answer. Someone had messaged me on the Angie's site saying they were running late around 11:27am but I didn't see it until later in the day. Robert finally called me an hour later and let me know he was running late from another consultation and apologized. When he did finally arrive, he was very courteous and helpful which sort of smoothed over things. We scheduled the template to be done the following Wednesday. On that Wednesday, I received a text from Robert saying the granite people's truck was having issues and they couldn't come out that day. I was pretty annoyed by that point but I had no choice but to schedule the template for the following Wednesday (as they are only in my area on Wednesdays). Fingers crossed that the template appointment happens with no issues. Will report back.

Tried to get him to come and look at my driveway. I sent him a list of suggested questions about insurance and him being bonded. He then called me back and said the city of Hampton would not issue him a permit to complete the job if he wasn't bonded. He stated that he would look into getting bonded and he would get back with me. Never got back in touch with me. I then see on his profile he is showing bonded. He did not seem as professional as he stated. He did not call back and that isn't good business practice.

Great service, prompt and thorough. When the drywall mud refused to dry they immediately made a date with me to come back to finish the project and they were on time as well.

It went very well. Gibraltar Group Remodeling and Construction showed up on the day scheduled and finished what I had started. They were very couteuos and professional. I would definitely use them again. If there were any problems, they were quicly resolved.

Professional and courteous. Did a great job on the cleaning, made sure I was satisfied. Only negative is some nearby plants died from the chemicals. I should have asked them to keep that in consideration.

Gibraltar Group was very professional. They answered all my questions and even made helpful suggestions. They were always on time and came prepared. I really appreciate them making this a pleasant experience. I have already recommended them to a friend and will definitely use them again when I'm ready for more upgrades.

Gibraltar Group's professionalism and prompt service were very impressive. I was really taken back and impressed with the rapport each employee established with my family and I. The trust they built with us was above satisfaction.

Everything went great they were always on time to finish his job in pretty quick time and also was very courteous
