Description of Work: Asked for an estimate on replacing tiled floor with hard wood. Came out and measured but never returned with cost. It seemed they were reluctant to perform the removal of old floor.

Description of Work: They carpeted a couple of bedrooms. The show room person we talked to was great. He was very knowledgeable and personable. The techs that removed our old carpet and installed our new carpet were great. They knew what they were doing. Our new carpet looks and feels fantastic. We will be going back to them to get carpet for our remaining bedroom and use them for the rest of the house (have not decided to go with carpet or wood).

Description of Work: They replaced two rooms of carpet for me. They were vey responsive to quotes, measuring and installation. Installation team has been working for them for years. He has been doing installs for over 40 years and when asked if he enjoyed working for Floors Unlimited, his response was absolutely. He claimed that of all the ones he has worked for in the past, they are the most customer focused always willing to make it right. I didn't have anything go bad, so I couldn't test that part, but I believe they would.

Every corner and wall line was snug and didn't have any visible seams or tacks showing. I liked the job they did. They were a trustworthy crew to have in my home. They cleaned up everything when they were done.
Description of Work: They installed cheap carpet and padding in the hallway and 4 closets. They took up the old and hauled it away for me.

+ -1 moreI was very pleased with the job that was done with my carpet. The workers had great knowledge about what they were doing and their workmanship was just outstanding. They removed the old carpet and also disposed of it for me. There are no tacks visible and they didn't damage my stair railings. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and I wouldn't change anything about it.

+ -1 moreI am very satisfied with Floors Unlimited. We are actually talking about having them come back and do our bedrooms upstairs. Everything went perfectly with this installation. I do not remember too much about the pricing. I do have the comparisons however; Floors Unlimited charges $5.50 per square yard as long as it is an empty room. If there is any furniture or old carpet to be ripped up, that would be extra. My carpet looks fabulous and I have no complaints at all.

There was a lot of flooring that was put down and I thought the pricing was just too good to be true. I cannot rave enough about this company and the work that they do. I would absolutely hire them again with no questions at all. I am that confident in them and their work as well.

+ -1 moreEverything looks superb. There is no mess left behind at all. Everything was done in a reasonable time frame and turned out looking great. There are no tacks visible at all, and the carpet looks exactly as I had wanted it to. Nothing is tearing up, and it just looks so professionally done. The pricing was paid by my wife so all I can tell you is that it was reasonable because she did not complain. Overall, I would hire them again and gladly give them a recommendation.
