The company representative was very professional and well informed regarding his product.

Very quick. Whole house took about two hours. Installers were neat and careful with ladders. Absolutely no complaints -- total satisfaction.

They were the most expensive of all the company I contacted. They gave good answers to my questions. They did the work quickly and I thought they did a pretty good job.

We had a really good experience with them. They did a really good job and we would recommend them to others. They had given us the estimate and come out and started the job, they found that there was a problem with our roof where we actually had some wood that was rotted. It had to be repaired prior to them putting up the gutters and they actually repaired it for a very small fee. We also needed to have flashing put on 90% of the roof line, which they had not expected, but they did not charge extra for that. They just came out and did it and charged us what they estimated in the first place. We spent $5100 on that service and it was expensive because it was the leaf guard gutters and we wanted the 6 inch ones, which are the bigger gutters. They were very courteous and helpful even with having some issues that came up they tried to get it done right and complete it in a timely manner. The price had gone up almost $800 from the previous year and we asked them about that and they said it was because the price of aluminum had gone up. With the oil and gas prices going up too contributed to their higher prices. They came out here on time. We had a really good experience with them. When i called the person who answered acted like i was wasting her time. Apparently because I didn't understand that Leafguard™ is a brand of gutters. I know now. I could have found out in a nicer way. Regardless I wanted someone to come and look at the old gutters that are on my house that had been damaged by a fallen tree limb. Repair or replace was the idea. The person on the phone did not want to send anyone to the house unless I took pictures of the gutters to confirm that they were leafguard gutters. I realized that if I had to climb a 32 foot ladder to confirm that they were indeed leafguard™ gutters i might as well try to repair them myself.

Leafguard did a great job. I am very pleased with them. Their price was higher than most but their quality was higher also.

I did a lot of research on different gutter guard systems and from my research LeafGuard makes the best system. I researched gutter guard reviews on the web and went to lots of houses that use various gutter guard systems available on the market to assess how they were performing. Consistently, the people with the LeafGuard system were satisfied with the product. LeafGuard has a lifetime warranty against the gutters clogging, but the price of the gutters more than compensates for the warranty. Ultimately, I thought the cost of the LeafGuard system was worth the price if it keeps me from having to get on my roof to clean the gutters. There was a problem with the installation process. When the old gutters were removed it was discovered that some of the fascia boards needed to be replaced because of wood rot. The team doing the installation was going to install pine fascia board which was not satisfactory because I have cedar fascia board on my house. The contract that I signed specifically stated that any damaged fascia board would be replaced with cedar board. I eventually called the branch manager and he concurred with me that cedar fascia board would be used to replace damaged fascia board. Apparently there was a mix-up by the office coordinator because she did not see the note in my contract that cedar fascia board would be required, therefore, the installation team was not notified in advance that cedar fascia boards would be required. The branch manager contacted the installation team and cedar fascia board was used to replace four sections of rotted fascia board.

We were impressed with the idea that LeafGuard is a one piece, seamless gutter system that is custom cut and fit to our home and built to stay clog-free. The design is attractive and complements our new siding. We met with a specialist who answered all our questions, and then measurements were taken and costs confirmed. The installation crew arrived at 8am as planned and the job was complete before noon. They left the area around our home clean. They even were kind enough to answer questions from our 7 year-old grandson who thought he was the "supervisor" that morning.

I left for work in the morning with my old stuff up and had brand spanking new leafguard guttering when I got home. Looked great. I did note an area where the water wasn't draining properly and called them. They came out the very next day and put a diverter on... problem solved. Good product and professional install. Well done.

They were very polite and got the work done quickly. They checked to make sure there were no other loose pieces and they found one and nailed it back up. It was super.

Installed gutters when they said they would and ran downspouts to our two rainbarrels. Did a good job!

Subcontracted by JD Miles Roofing. Everything was flawless, EXCEPT 45 degree angle cuts. Work was on time, system performs as advertised. No more cleaning gutters. Period. Really a terrific gutter system. If you have 45 degree angles, be warned that their equipment does not handle anything but 90 degree cuts and 45's must be hand done. The Starling crew tends to work too fast for the requirements of this detailed hand work and we required two follow up visits to fix the poor job in the bay area. Addressing this matter ahead of the install will be a good idea.

Work was performed quickly and cleanly and the gutters work like a charm. One issue came up that needed to be addressed and it was addressed immediately and corrected.

I had a terrific experience with this company. The were not a hard sell company. I had four estimates done and was surprised at the cost of the Leafguard gutters. They were on the lower end of the estimates we got, and on the high end of the customer service. Other than price and evident quality, what really sold me was that Ken gave me the addresses of neighborhood houses who had installed the Leafguard gutters. I was able to drive around and look at them. They told me how long it would take to order the gutters - no surprises there. We scheduled for the date they had estimated. It did not take long to install them - even with a problem gutter under our deck. They found a way to work with that problem gutter, so I consider them to be "can do" people. They were professional, courteous, and went to great lengths to clean up. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

They were up front on pricing and what they would do. They gave me a firm appointment date and called the day before to confirm. They did the work as agreed and did a great job, cleaning up before they left. They were courteous and well-mannered.

I called Leafguard and asked several questions about the system and ALL were answered over the phone, including the price per foot. I was told they would send a sales rep. to qoute me and accurate price based on my individual needs. The sales rep. was on time, neat and VERY professional! He explained the the system to me measured my house and qouted me a price. After getting qoutes from K-Guard and Gutter Helmet I was pleased to have a low pressure sales pitch. The install process was explained in detail and a price list was used to explain the estimate. I was called by office staff and made appt. for install. The crew showed up on time and in a clean truck and introduced themselves and asked if I had any concerns. They did the entire job in about 4 hours and were very neat and courteous. The gutters have been on my house for a few years and have never had to be cleaned. They are one of the best investments I have ever made and the local franchise is to be commended for its staff!

Leafguard called ahead of time. They showed up early which I really liked. The covers have worked great. We took three quotes and they were the best. They gave us a discount and beat some quotes by two thousand. They completely finished in three hours. They did an extremely good job. They didn't expect money right away; they wanted to make sure we were satisfied.

Leafguard is a very reliable company. I thought they did a great job on installing the gutters on my home. They showed up on time and the guys who came out to do the work were very nice and considerate. They cleaned up everything and I don't have any complaints about them.
