Job completed in 90 minutes. Cleaned up. Tested the new vent cover so it closed completely. Very professional and he arrived on time.

Wonderful! Educational, great customer service, professional. It was refreshing to have a company that was people personable. Did not try to find things that cost extra money, but educated on ways to decrease costs, while keeping you and your family safe. I felt free to ask questions, and had them answered on a level I can understand. Step by step process, and video was done, and can be seen as needed. There may have also been cheaper ways to fix my issues, however dyer vent said, NO! Will not do. His Moto was ,if it is not right, not within code, and importantly NOT Safe. I will let you know, I will NOT do. He sated each customer represents a family, and will be treated like my family. Safe and cost effective. I respected and appreciated that statement .
