DanDale Fence

I had never heard of DanDale Fence before, it popped up on my timeline on Facebook. So I gave them a call regarding a privacy fence. They called me back right away and scheduled me an appointment for someone to come out to talk with us. They were very informative and helpful. We were approved for 💯 percent financing. Materials were ordered and delivered; the work crew showed up removed the old fence and put up our new privacy fence in one day. We love it and the quality! I would highly recommend DanDale Fence to anyone!

The crew explained everything they were going to do and asked for my opinion on what I wanted. The job was completed in one day! The quality of material and workmanship was excellent! Due to us having a pool and being on two lots, it took quite some time to get our fence installed. But I appreciated the multiple emails, text messages and phone calls from the Project Coordinator. She was great, kept us informed about the situation, her knowledge on permits and codes for our city was a huge help! Thanks again DanDale for a job well done!

Our fence project was just completed by DanDale Fence Co. Our particular project was a bit...complex. Luckily DanDale was willing to work with us through an issue we had with the city. The installation team came out on 2 separate occasions and both times they were great. Overall, the quality of work they provided was excellent, and they made sure to clean up after themselves thoroughly.

TLDR: 5/5 recommend. I had a good experience. I had a pleasant experience from start to finish. The consultation representative, Vernon, was a bit aggressive with the sales pitch, but he did answer all of my questions and was thorough with his explanations. The Project Coordinator, Ashley, was very helpful and flexible with when I was able to get the fence installed. She made sure to follow up with me to keep things moving and on schedule. I did not get the names of the crew that came out to install the fence, unfortunately. All of our conversations were in person, so I don't have the records. The crew was fantastic! The crew consisted of 4 guys and they were extremely efficient. My fence was around 300 feet (2 sides and the back with 1 4ft gate on one side and 2 4ft gates on the other). They cleared some brush and got the fence installed same day. It looks fantastic. I am very pleased with it and feel that I got lucky since I picked DanDale based on online reviews. So hopefully this helps someone else and they too have a great experience.

When I first started searching for a fence I played phone tag with another local company for several days. Then when I saw a sign for DanDale I called them and spoke to a person within seconds. That level of customer service continued through the entire process even to the installation crew going above and beyond to make sure my fence was flush with the ground and would keep my dogs inside. I 10000% recommend DanDale!

We are new to the area and needed a fence put up for our 2 Great Danes. DanDale representatives were quick to set us up with a consultation appointment and scheduled us for installation within 2 weeks. The crew was on time and very professional. We were amazed that as large of an area that we were having fenced was completed in 6 house. The workmanship was very precise and our fence looks amazing! We had 2 double and 1 single gate put in and all work properly and look great. We definitely use them for any future projects and highly recommend them to others.

DanDale was extremely knowledgeable when working with us to pick out the type of fence we wanted. We have two beagles so it was important to us that our sloped backyard had no gaps that our babies could get through. They did an absolutely amazing job with making that happen!!! The process of having the fence put in was also delightful and they finished our entire process in one day! 10/10 would absolutely reccomend!

They did a wonderful job installing our new fence, and the sales rep was awesome. He went over everything (specs) about the fence type; manufacturer, warranties, material, uv protection(built into the material, durability, and even how much concrete was used per post. The installers were just a fun bunch of guys too, and you can tell they have a good time working together--and this does not at all hinder their speed, because they were Fast. No one else came even close to the detail he gave us, even when we prompted other contractors. Great company. For the Pricepoint, it was a large project with a 6" vinyl fence. There are cheaper contractors that will go 5k-6k less, but they just were a lot more vague about their materials and sourcing

I utilized Houzz.com to search for a fence builder for our home which at the time was being built. Houzz.com recommended DanDale Fence and I couldn’t be happier with the choice. I was contacted by the company rep quickly and they listened to what we were looking for. Initially we did the process via emails/telephone/text. They sent a rep to visit the property build site and we were able to get a finalized drawing and quote in a day. They (DanDale Fence) totally understood there would be a delay between the site visit and closing date of the home purchase. In the mean time, DanDale Fence were able to obtain materials and have them on site the first working day post closing, and began construction the next working day. The construction crew were awesome and had 401 linear feet of fencing with three gates up one day. The workmen kept the property clean of debris. Our fence is a beautiful white vinyl 6’ (5’ slat with 1’lattice). DanDale Fence has a QA inspector come the next day to make sure our fence was up to their high standards. I highly recommend DanDale Fence for your next project!

Don’t hesitate call Dan & Dale NOW!!! Their process was so easy & informative. My husband & I looked at other companies though the prices were outrageous & we were rushed with minimal information provided. Dan & Dale properly explained the entire process from start to finish explaining anything we had further questions on. We got to look at various fences & found the perfect one for our home. They also hauled our old fence away, so it was mess free. Honestly made our home look so much better with their help. I highly recommend them for all of your fencing needs.

They arrived on time and got to work immediately. We were very impressed with the quality and speed of the work done. Everything was completed by late afternoon despite a few unforseen hiccups. Overall extremely happy and would definitely recommend!

My experience with Dan Dale's employees were phenomenal. They were always polite and cuteous. They ensured that the information they had was exactly what I wanted.
