I can't say enough great things about working with Dandale fence! From start to finish we received the best customer service we've ever experienced. Scott was a huge help in explaining the process and the different available options and it really felt like he set us up for success instead of "just getting a sale." The install was perfect! Nothing looks sloppy or rushed! Everyone we worked with had great communication and were so nice every step of the way.

Amazing company, very professional and friendly. From start to finish I had great customer service. Quick and easy quote, financing, and install. DanDale Fence is a company I definitely recommend. They use quality materials and were on time for my install. My installers were friendly and did an amazing job. My fence is solid and gives me back my privacy in my back yard that I did not realize how much I missed. They took down the existing chain link and replaced it with a 6’ wood privacy fence. They even hauled away all old material and were so quick I was truly surprised. I love my fence and I highly recommend this company.

This was an A+ project from start to finish! It started with my interaction with the sales rep Chris. He didn’t just come into my home and talk, he and my family had great personal conversations unrelated to just talking about the fence job. He also wasn’t pushy at all when it came to my wife and I’s decisions and put in a good word for me regarding my project’s financing. The ladies at the front desk Shannon, Ashley, & Robin were all extremely helpful! They remained in constant contact with me, ensuring the process kept moving along as well as helped getting the project approved with my HOA. Luke the project manager, kept me informed on the delivery of all the items used for the project, on what to expect over the course of project, as well as their estimated time of completion which was helpful with me tailoring my work schedule around the installation. And lastly the installation team, they were fast and thorough with their work. The team lead walked me through the entire project before getting started and once he did, he and his team finished faster than expected. This was an absolutely perfect experience, my only complaint is that I didn’t call them sooner. Highly recommend and I hope to work with them again in the future!

I want to thank DanDale Fence for taking good care of my mother. For over 50 years, she had an unattractive, inefficient metal fence, which was not beneficial for providing safety and privacy. The excellent staff at DanDale Fence was professional, reasonably priced, and prompt. She obtained a beautiful privacy fence that gave her a feeling of security and gave me less stress. The staff was quick with assessing her needs, had a lot of variety, and was fair. I highly recommend their services based on our experience from start to finish.

From start to finish DanDale Fence exceeded all expectations. The initial quote was not only a look at the work to be done but a brief explanation on who they are as a whole. Needing to have the work expedited they worked quickly to ensure I had a hasty turnaround. The workers on build day were commutative and professional.

After receiving storm damage to existing wooden fence I decided to research replacement. Dan Dale Fence had completed 2 fence projects in my neighborhood and the appearance was exceptional. I contacted them and a representative quickly measured and provided an estimate. after approving the replacement, the fence installers were extremely fast and efficient. picked up debris and trash as they worked and answered my questions quickly. The wood was much thicker and straighter than the "homeDepot" crooked boards. I couldn't be happier with the whole process. Thanks to the whole Dan Dale Team

I had never heard of DanDale Fence before, it popped up on my timeline on Facebook. So I gave them a call regarding a privacy fence. They called me back right away and scheduled me an appointment for someone to come out to talk with us. They were very informative and helpful. We were approved for 💯 percent financing. Materials were ordered and delivered; the work crew showed up removed the old fence and put up our new privacy fence in one day. We love it and the quality! I would highly recommend DanDale Fence to anyone!

The crew explained everything they were going to do and asked for my opinion on what I wanted. The job was completed in one day! The quality of material and workmanship was excellent! Due to us having a pool and being on two lots, it took quite some time to get our fence installed. But I appreciated the multiple emails, text messages and phone calls from the Project Coordinator. She was great, kept us informed about the situation, her knowledge on permits and codes for our city was a huge help! Thanks again DanDale for a job well done!

The chick-fil-a of fence companies!

Our fence project was just completed by DanDale Fence Co. Our particular project was a bit...complex. Luckily DanDale was willing to work with us through an issue we had with the city. The installation team came out on 2 separate occasions and both times they were great. Overall, the quality of work they provided was excellent, and they made sure to clean up after themselves thoroughly.

TLDR: 5/5 recommend. I had a good experience. I had a pleasant experience from start to finish. The consultation representative, Vernon, was a bit aggressive with the sales pitch, but he did answer all of my questions and was thorough with his explanations. The Project Coordinator, Ashley, was very helpful and flexible with when I was able to get the fence installed. She made sure to follow up with me to keep things moving and on schedule. I did not get the names of the crew that came out to install the fence, unfortunately. All of our conversations were in person, so I don't have the records. The crew was fantastic! The crew consisted of 4 guys and they were extremely efficient. My fence was around 300 feet (2 sides and the back with 1 4ft gate on one side and 2 4ft gates on the other). They cleared some brush and got the fence installed same day. It looks fantastic. I am very pleased with it and feel that I got lucky since I picked DanDale based on online reviews. So hopefully this helps someone else and they too have a great experience.

DanDale was very easy to work with and our fence is amazing! They have great customer service - everyone we talked to was courteous and professional.

When I first started searching for a fence I played phone tag with another local company for several days. Then when I saw a sign for DanDale I called them and spoke to a person within seconds. That level of customer service continued through the entire process even to the installation crew going above and beyond to make sure my fence was flush with the ground and would keep my dogs inside. I 10000% recommend DanDale!

We are new to the area and needed a fence put up for our 2 Great Danes. DanDale representatives were quick to set us up with a consultation appointment and scheduled us for installation within 2 weeks. The crew was on time and very professional. We were amazed that as large of an area that we were having fenced was completed in 6 house. The workmanship was very precise and our fence looks amazing! We had 2 double and 1 single gate put in and all work properly and look great. We definitely use them for any future projects and highly recommend them to others.
