jim craig has been my plumber for 23 years. he is top notch in my book.

Great! New system seems fine - work was done promptly. Old heaters were carefully removed from attic and taken away. Coincidently, we had already lined up painters to be in our house before our water heater failed. So - there was a bit of a "party" atmosphere in the house, with plumbers, roofers, inspectors, and the painters all there at the same time. All were good natured and figured out how to work around one another. FYI: We have used Craig Plumbing previously. After we had an absolutely horrible experience with another plumber 10 years ago, someone recommended Craig to us. Craig came in and assessed the work that had been done and showed us that the half-repaired drain would fail again and why. (2nd floor shower had failed and flooded 1st floor room beneath. The entire tiled shower floor had to be ripped up to get to the drain and reinstall a new one.) Craig plumbing put the new drain in correctly, and were a joy to work with. After that experience, we wouldn't consider using any plumber other than Craig.

They were fantastic. My husband and I had just moved into a new house when our water heater went. After doing some research online we discovered that our particular Whirlpool water heater had, had all kinds of problems and that there was really no fixing it. We also learned that Bradford White is the most recommended brand of water heater. I called Craig Plumbing after getting their name from a plumber we trusted a lot in Virginia Beach, and they immediately knew what whirlpool water heater I was referring to. It was the weekend and he said he was swamped but told me that "two days is too long to live without hot water so we're going to make it work!" The next morning they arrived on time with a Bradford White water heater and it was installed within a couple hours. It cost $700, including installation, which is less than some of the water heaters alone at Lowe's would have cost. I was very pleased and would call them again for any plumbing need.

They were alright, they were messy. They drained the old heater in my driveway and left the mess for me to clean up - there was a lot of slime of junk that came out of. He was supposed to call me about another job but never followed up - I wanted a new drain put in.

The whole project went very well. His personnel came early to prepare and waited for Mr. Craig. They were knowledgeable and efficient in their job. They did everything they said they will accomplish. When they left the place looked clean. Overall the work was done in an excellent manner.The only little fault was that Mr. Craig after inspecting the work to be done did not call back the following day which the day he said he would. He called 3 days later.

I have used Craig Plumbing many times over the years and Jim does excellent work and he makes sure that it is done right. He is very reasonably priced and I ALWAYS feel like I have been treated fairly. I know I can trust him to do the job and treat me right.

My hot water heater bursted at 3:00am one morning with water pouring down a ceiling fixture. Craig was here that day to replace my tank. He did a superior job! I cannot say enough about his responsiveness, professionalism, and overall concern. I felt his price to be reasonable considering location & access to my tank. I would recommend him to anyone. He's a true professional!

They did a very top quality, highly professional job. I have not had any problems with the pipes leaking or the water pressure. The crew was all very nice, and they had easy going attitudes. They seemed to know exactly what to do. Their price seemed to be in line with the other estimates that we had gotten.
