They're friendly. They're careful about what they do. They don't make a mess in the house. They seem to be efficient.

Leo was our technician. He was very knowledgeable and professional. After inspection, he gave us our estimate for termite treatment and pest control. Also mentioned, after checking the crawl space that extra vapor barrier is needed. Expensive for that portion but comparable pricing for termite and pest treatment. He gave us our termite warranty. No termites now but our home is 7 years old and termite preventative will be needed.

When we came in they did pest control around the yard and the porch. But now they only do under the house. If we have any problem, they offer services accordingly. Cost is very reasonable and they are professional. They are very knowledgeable and they don't try to sell you something that you don't need.

They came out the 1st time to do a termite inspection in March; their inspector noticed a leak and brought it to our attention. He recommended for us to get a plumber to look at the leak. We had a plumber go take a look at it and he found no new leak. The plumbing service call cost $105.00. A-1 sent me a letter wanting to know what we had done in order to comply with what they noticed regarding to our house. We let them know there was no leak. The next day A-1 was coming back to put vents in for 260. I thought they should split the cost of the plumber because they told me I had a leak and the plumber service call cost me an additional $105.00 that I didn't need. I did let them come out to finish the work with the thought they would compensate us for the unnecessary plumber service call. Also when they did the inspection were dated March 25, said they were glad I was pleased with the gentleman's work and if I wanted to do additional work to give them a call. They told me my termite warranty agreement would be to me shortly, April 20th I still had not gotten that. I had to call to follow up with that and then they sent it to me. They left a bad taste in my mouth by not compensating me for the plumbing service call I did not need, and then told me my paperwork would be there "shortly? and almost 1 month later I had not gotten it. They told me they only send out the paperwork once a month. I feel they should have been more clear and up front with me. Before A-1 told me about this leak I was perfectly satisfied with them. I still need more work done, if they were to compensate me for the plumbing service call I would definitely use them again.

They were great. The work that they did was excellent, and I was very pleased. The price was very fair.

It went well, but the provider missed one area where I consistently get webs. When I pointed out the area, he did go back and remove the webs. He provided a written report of the work done.

They were responsive and scheduled the service very quickly. All work was performed professionally and to our satisfaction. We now intend to use them for an annual service.

Great customer service! They were very flexible when I needed to changed the date/time of service. The technician arrived on time and was so very professional and courteous. He installed the barrier installation in no time and provided me with the results (good news in this case). In no way did I feel pressured to buy any additional services. He stated that they would be back in a couple of months just to check to see if everything is still OK. I would definitely use A-1 Inc Exterminators again. .

They did some major service for us a couple years ago, they come back yearly to check and make sure everything is still good. They are very good, I like dealing with them.

I don't know much about termite to say about it but in regards to pest control, after about 2 or 3 times that we've called them to come and spray, we still kept seeing pests. So we called them about it and they just tell us they'll use stronger spray. It was a fine at that point because they were consistant and kept their word and was trying. Until about a couple of months later, this person called Karen emails me saying that the house is unsanitary i.e., food left on the table, vegetable plants outside the home, trash bags left home not thrown away. In my honest opinion, if the home is perfect and is in great condition for prevention of pests, why would we get the service in the first place? Which house does not leave any food on the table at all throughout the day? Who throws out trash the moment there is trash in the trashcan? Some of these are just non-sense. Unfortunately I was not home at the time of the report. If I was, I would've declined the report. So ever since October, they have not treated the home for pest control although we've paid off for the whole year up to May of 2015.

It went well. The work was done under the house. They seem to be a great company. I actually got a call from them the other day to follow up with me to make sure everything was still good.

The technician was friendly and eager to help. He did what he could but ultimately my rodent problem continues unfortunately, I don't blame the company - apparently it is very hard to catch/remove rodents that "live in between the walls" as in my case, but never venture out into the open. However, I do have to say that the technician seemed sometimes a bit insecure, asking ME for suggestions what to do /where to put the traps, when supposedly HE was the expert. He also did not look very carefully for potential entry points, looking only at the more or less "obvious" places. Still, a lot of service for little money.

The service was fine. Everything was just great. They were right on time.
