Went well. Tim checked the moisture levels in the crawl space and also noted the house had been treated for termites and checked for current activity. He removed old moisture barrier, installed new barrier and also removed old bent up and decayed crawl space vents and replaced 9 new vents and one new blank next to the propane tank. Totally professional. This gentleman works from the time he arrives til the job is done. His professionalism, diligence, and honesty are appreciated.

I pay them per service. They call if any service is due. If I want them to come out, they come out. If not, they don't. We had some bugs after they treated. However, I can't say that's their fault.

Telephone calls were handled professionally and courteous, prompt in showing up to my home at the appointed day and time. Very helpful in explaining what was going to be done, and also explained future services that could be provided. An overall positive experience, I would absolutely recommend this local company.

Things went very well. The technician, Selvyn, was very professional and cordial. I was glad to hear that the company could come on Saturday. Within three days of buying this deal, the company set up a time to come to my property and I was very pleased with that response. I was given a time of 12 - 4 and I arrived at my rental property at 12:10. The technician was waiting for me. He was very thorough with the interior and exterior inspection. He pointed out some past infestations I was not aware of. He pointed out some wood damage that I did not see. Selvyn took the time to explain the termite issues with the house. He recommended a full treatment and explained what the process was and how long it would take. He even removed the huge spider and its web from my front door of which I am eternally grateful. I had an overall positive experience with the company and its representatives in the office and the technician in the field. I recommend the company without reservations.

The technician reported no current infestation of termites, although there was evidence of previous termite activity. I confirmed that there had been termites but was treated by the previous owner before selling the house. The tech also measure the space to determine moisture content and found that overall the percentage was in normal limits there was a higher level underneath the bathroom. Later after I inspected the bathroom, I detected a leak coming from the pipe elbow at the top where the shower head connects. Fortunately, I was able to repair the leak before substantial damage had occurred. Overall the service was great, the technician was pleasant and knowledgeable and possibly saved me a lot of money for expensive water damage in the bathroom floor.

Never used the company. But the customer service was great.

He was very thorough and did a great job--even did my detached garage! I had had a hose bib leak and he checked the repair for leakage while he was under house. I was so impressed!

I guessed it went well. I haven’t seen anything. There’s only one guy. He was very professional. He entertained all of my questions and answered them. What stands out the most about his work was his honesty. I would tell a friend that I highly recommend him.

I previously had the home inspected and called out a termite company prior to purchasing it in April of this year. The home is a foreclosure. In addition, one of the pipe's had burst over the winter while the house sat unoccupied, so we had to have it repaired to ensure that the water actually worked. Needless to say, THREE different professionals and my husband spent quite a bit of time in the crawlspace. With so many people going under the house, we found out that the prior owner replaced a lot of the wood due to the fact that the house did have termites at some point. Essentially, they remedied all issues under the house, sans the addition of a vapor barrier. Point being, everyone mentioned how lucky we were and how "good it looks under there." During the home inspection, another termite company in Tidewater gave us a quote that included the vapor barrier and a regular bug/termite package for the next year. That quote was approximately $800. When I saw this deal for the vapor barrier only - $200, I thought that was fair. Until it turned out to be a scam. When the guy finished his inspection and started spouting off about how much debris and wires and crap were under the house, I just scoffed and asked how I could get a refund. I contemplated not writing this review, but realized had I not known that he was lying, I might have gone along with it. If you use this company and the work involves something you can not see or are unwilling to access it in order to see it (crawlspace), ask for pictures of the issues prior to handing over money or better yet, go with a more reputable provider!

No trouble. All good things to say. Nice assessment and treatment. Respected my crawlspace, and didnot mess up my vapor barrier as some others who go under the house do.

I wasn't here but my nephew was here. It went very well. I'm bringing them back to do some follow-up work. They have done what they said they were going to do. I didn't have problems. The preventive treatment was good. They showed up when they said they would and they did what they were supposed to do. The price was very reasonable.
