We are very happy that the member found our work satisfactory and took the time to leave a review. But we would like to address the concern about "responsiveness." This member purchased an Angie's List Big Deal from us on January 27, 2015. We contacted them through both the Angie's List Message Center and also by phone that same day. The member had mentioned that we already inspected this house and even previously did a general pest treatment there. We assured the member that we had not and he was going to double check with his wife and get back to us. We did not want to do a service for them if they thought we were someone else so we waited. The member got back to us at the end of April 2015 to schedule for April 27, 2015. Once we inspected, we noted that there was considerable debris in one corner of the crawl space (plastic pieces, screens, insulation, trash, etc.) and that this debris had to be removed before we could lay their vapor barrier. The member insisted that he had already paid someone else to remove this debris twice and wanted to go back to that contractor to get it done rather than paying us to do it and of course, we understood that. We did not hear back from the member to reschedule until the end of May, at which time we found that the debris had still not been removed and so we added the vapor barrier where we could. This extra area would have cost the member approximately another $20.00 and so the member did not pay any more additional than the Angie's List Deal required. We stay well on top of any inquires and certainly requests for service. The only delays this member had were due to prior contractors not completely work they told the member that they would.
