Both the technicians were prompt and courteous. Their work was very thorough.

Rick Priest is always on time, respects my "Special Requests", explains procedures harvestly and leaves my property clean and undisturbed.

The technician, went beyond what was required. One of the circulating fans in my crawl space was not running. He volunteered to go back under the house, in 100 degree weather to see if he could fix it, and he did ! The timer was stuck.

AJ was on time and efficient. I never knew he was here after our initial conversation.

Wade, the specialist did a perfect job. Just explained what would happen and approximately how long treatment would take.

The Specialist Ronnie arrived at 8:30, he introduced himself & stated what company he was with and was here to do the Termite inspection & the Under & Around Foundation treatment. He wanted to make sure that was correct! He wanted to know where the entrance to the crawl space was and got to work. Afterwards he explained what he found under the house (nothing) and stated that it was quite dry under there. (which is good) He then sprayed around the outside of the house. He also stated he was putting some grandules down because he found an ant nest & explained that the ants would take the grandules back to the nest and help kill them all. All this took about an hour. Ronnie went over the service invoice with me, I signed it and gave him my check. I've been using A-1 Inc. Exterminators since 2003, they have always been prompt & professional, and I will continue to use them.

They spray 4 times a year for bugs. They do a good job. They are responsive, punctual and professional. I would continue to use them in the future.

I called A-1 Exterminators to schedule a termite/pest control inspection. I have had three other reports and bids given, all varying greatly in scope of work needed and price. I found A-1 on Angie's List and wanted one more opinion before making a decision. The person who scheduled the appointment was very friendly and helpful. Rick Priest was the project manager sent to my home for the inspection. He was on time and very professional. He took the time to answer my numerous questions and gave very informed, helpful answers. He cleared up some misinformation given by one of the other companies. After the inspection I was given a very clear report and recommmendation along with the price for the job suggested. I called A-1 and spoke with Heather. She too was very helpful and courteous. The only reason I did not go with A-1 was because of the price. I went with the second company who performed an inspection. Both A-1 and the company I chose offered the same course of treatment. The other company was $140 below A-1's bid.

Russell's overnighted the unit so we wouldn't be down for long - it was raining when they installed, but that didn't stop them. They were great - system is working great. Salesman was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with - overall great experience. Have already recommended Russell's to others.

First day May 31st, started late. Project Mgr Rick Priest on time; helper late. Previous employee who used trailer didn't clean out properly; no ice or water in cooler; had to send helper to store. Was able to finish all except install of vent wells on day 1 because wrong size wells were loaded on truck. 2nd day, June 1; Rick Priest finished job in the AM as agreed. Although job lasted 2 and not 1 day, I assume( I did not inspect crawl space; but it took 5-6 hours work for both men to finish work under house) all was professionally performed. Project Manager Rick Priest is a professional, well spoken; respectful young man. He is to return for a free follow up inspection in about 3 months; at which time I will post again. Project Manager Rick Priest visited June 17th and installed rat station under tree. He also installed one more rat station in the crawl space. Every thing looks good.

Tony arrived on time , introduced himself, verified purpose of visit before he opened doors, verified it was okay and was polite.

Was on time and completed his work efficiently.

The service was outstanding. They were very professional and on time. They answered all of our questions.

The technician arrived on time, examined the area of infestation. He also checked the exterior. He quoted the cost of elimating the roaches and offered plans for pest control. He treated my kitchen. The roaches were gone in less than a week. There were 4 termites plans to choose from. I called the office almost a month later. The person who answered the phone knew who I was after a few questions and set me up with the plan I chose.

Derrick, the technician arrived on time. He explained that he was going to inspect the first floor of my home, the garage and the outside for signs of termites. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I have had my annual termite contract with this company for 15 years and he was one of the best technicians I have had come out for the inspection.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and prompt service of Derrick Williams. He was right on time, explained what he was going to do, supplied me with results of his review and was pleasant and respectful throughout. You should give him a raise.

Absolutely GREAT! They have always been on time, honest, and very clearly explanatory of costs and options. They do not always go for highest cost, often they have told me what I don't need. Very upfront business.

Things went great. After oinstallation they were back weekly to be sure things were set properly - not over working the dehumidifier, not under working it.

Great, no issues! Had 3 different personnel and all were professional an friendly.

The first response was unsatisfactory because the technician used mouse bait stations instead the larger rat size. But when I called to complain and initially ask for a refund, the owner named Karen convinced me to give them another chance to make it right. I am glad that I did because the return visit by a tech named Selvyn led to a thorough inspection and replacement of the bait stations with the appropriate size. That solved the problem within two days, and Karen sent him back out for a final inspection a week later to make sure everything was okay. Inasmuch, the complaint was properly addressed and led to complete satisfaction in the end. I commend A-1 for their excellent customer service.

Inspector donned Tyvek suit and flashlight and explored basement and crawlspace to check for signs of any termite activity. Thumped some wood. Went outside to look around exterior. Result was a negative report on any present activity.

Called A1 on Thursday morning for an ant problem and they responded that afternoon. Todd the technichan was prompt and professional. Very good experience overall.

Prompt return on phone calls. Quick scheduling. Professional knowledge. Took the time to discuss any concerns or questions I had. We discussed bait traps and their lack of usefulness. I wanted a company that used Termidor and they do. They were priced the same or somewhat cheaper than the other companies as I called several others for estimates. A-1 Inc. were straight forward with answers. I also paid another $565 to have them install a poly vapor barrier in our crawl space. The technician noticed a high moisture reading and insulation was falling down. We knew this to be true because my husband sacrificed his comfort to crawl under the house and have a look for himself. This job will save us from problems in the future.

I have been using them for a number of years. I use them four times a year. They charge me a fee for termite inspection and four treatments, inside or outside. Their price seems reasonable because they haven?t increased it over the years for me. They are very flexible. I have a big bird feeder. I don?t like to poison the territory. So, they take care while doing the treatments. Their general routine is to spray around the house. They will let me know that they are coming, but I don?t have to be around. I just have to point out the area that needs attention. They are willing to do what I want them to do. I will continue use them in the future.

They spray for insects around the house and put barriers to keep the insects out. They charge $52 a visit. They do a good job every time they come. They are very professional. I will use this company again in the future.
