A-1 Inc Exterminators

Wirhin a day or so from signing up for the "deal" A-1 called me to schedule the appointment. They were very professional and punctual. When the technician came to the house he was also professional. Within a few days of the appointment they also sent me a certificate. We will definitely continue to use them.

We have been with A-1 since 1986 and would not consider changing companys. The techs are honest and polite and "don't try to drum up business. Thats why when I need something done they're the first I call.

They did a very good job. The guy they sent seemed pretty knowledgeable.

It was a free estimate. They gave me a series of things that I needed to do and I am waiting on them for follow up. The man who came was very professional and did an excellent job. The owner personally contacted me several times through email and I talked to him on the phone trying to help us in going through the process. I was very impressed by that.

I pay $110 a qaurter and they spray the interior and exterior of the house. The services are very good. I've had to call them out a couple of times.

I like them because they are very informative, upfront with their prices and will check other things that do not pertain to their products (i.e. crawl under your house to check for termites, but will also let you know if something else is wrong). I would say that they are a little pricey.

Wade was very professional and arrived on time. He explained the treatments he was going to perform and he even added some additional deterent to the crawl space door which had signs of previous rodent entry.

We recently had a new roof put on the house and the workers found termites around our chiminey so we immediately got on Angies List to find a company with an excellent rating -- we found A-1 Inc Exterminators. First the representative from A-1 came out on Firday, 2/24, to look at our home to tell us what needed to be done and what the cost would be. The A-1 representative did an excellent job inspecting the house , he did find we hhd a few problems that needed to be taken care of. He told us what needed to be done and what the cost would be which seemed very fair to us. We told him we wanted them to do the work and he scheduled to come out on Monday, 2/27/12 at 11:00 a.m. He was on time and spent several hours getting the job done. He was neat and cleaned up in all areas where he performed work. He did not hurry and explained to my husband what he was doing. We were so impressed that we signed up for a yearly inspection with A-1. We highly recommend this company. This is the first time we have used Angie's List and I am so glad that we did.

A1 provides excellent and professional service. The owner and staff are honest and respect their customers. A1 has been a service provider for our family for 4 years.

Rick Priest is always on time, polite, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He went directly to his work, explained what was needed, performed his tasks, and was done within only 60 minutes. Very reasonable price.

We've been very happy with A1 Inc Exterminators. We got them off of Angie's List. I think we paid a little over $1000. We liked their service oriented technicians. Their price was fine. We would use them again in the future if need be.

They are very nice and gave me advice of what to do. They were good and will comeback in 3 months. I will continue to use them in the future.

Great! Not only have both guys who have been out been polite and professional, but the initial guy found a HUGE problem under the house, that we have since had repaired. A-1 was not involved with the needed repairs, so did not make any money off of their discovery. A couple of other people had been under the house in the past year and didn't mention anything to us. THANK YOU A-1!!!

Mr Seluyn was very prompt and very professional.He went right to work after we told him what kind of problem we are having.(little field mice) We have a puppy so we can't have any poison in the house where he can get to it, We would gladly reccommend this company to anyone.

A-1 is great. After a not so pleasant arrangement with another local company. I tried A-1 and was pleasantly surprised. Most recently, I called because with the weather changing I was noticing mice droppings in my new house. They were able to come out the next day. I have to add here that the office staff is wonderful as well. They were more than accomodating with my very hectic schedule and made it seem like it was no bother at all. When the service technician came over (I was late to my appt.) he was kind and although I was apologetic he said 'no problem' and got right to work. I expected a real quick once over given that I had most assuredly put him off schedule...but instead, he took the time assessed the situation...treated the areas that he felt would best be a deterent for the mice. AND... then he went around the house inside and out to see what could be the cause of my recent mice sightings in a relatively brand new house. After a thorough inspection, he notice that my builder had not insured that the areas around my foundation vents were sealed, as well as there were areas around where the pipes entered my house that were not sealed. In short, in my less than 1 1/2 year old house, there were gapping holes that were giving the mice free access from the fields next door. After explaining what services he performed and what some preventative measures I as the how owner could do ...he told me what services A-1 performed that could help and gave me a quote. Not a power sell at all...which is always nice. He broke it down into easy homeowner fix and professional fix, and explained how they could be done in conjunction to save money. Needless to say...I purchased the guardian plan, so that I can call them for whatever pest issues and it's covered. My husband and I are working on getting funds so that they can do the recommended fixes for pest exclusion (probably after Christmas :-) ). I called within the next couple of days feeling 100% assured that they were reliable enough to be the Exterminator service provider for my rental property and purchased the Guardian plan for that property as well. Awesome experience!!!! That one and all the others...

Have performed flawlessly for a number of years. Always call ahead, always show on time and execute as I prefer.

The technician that came out was very knowledgable and professional. The problem with the company though was with the billing situation. I felt that the price was too high and we could not work out all the details in the Big Deal that I purchased..

I give them a four star rating. They were thorough, on time, clean and stayed within their estimate.

Annual inspections are set to our convenience and not theirs. We have always had good news when they inspect our place and they have never tried to upsell us, just asked us if we needed anything extra.(ie; spraying for creepy crawlers) .
