We didnt have any complications or problems. They did the routine inspection and were not able to find any damage or issues from termites. The technician was on time and handled everything very well.

He was very good and I would use him again. I have already used them again. I had a big gap that he found between the crawl space and the exterior of the home. He came out, put a two by four in, and closed it up. So, mice should not be able to get in under the house. The office staff and Nate the exterminator are all very nice, they are competent, and they are all very well trained in pest control. It is a very good company. I thought that they were honest and thorough. I think that they just did a good job, overall. They had a lot of good marks from Angie’s List. I would use them again.

We had purchased a big deal for the service. They came out, and it really was what I consider non-invasive. I was very confortable with them, and they did what they said they would, and they gave me a certificate. They came on time, and were very pleasant to work with.

Answered questions I had about a previous inspection - I had been told that there was mold under the house and some very expensive work needed to be done - all lies I was told today.

A-1 was punctual; appropriate attire; respectful and courteous; knowledgeable and thorough. It took about an hour. He gave recommendations on how we could help the situation. The treatment lasted for about 3 months.

A-1 looked in home. Thought powder was boraic acid. Daughter says it is diatomaceous earth ! Assume she has centipede problems.

They offer excellent service and they come right out. They check everything out and do spraying. They are very pleasant to work with and the exterminator is excellent too.

Technician was prompt, courteous, professional. My only complaint was the cost. Our house is on a slab, is not very big so the inspection was simple and performed in about 30 minutes. This means the hourly cost is $280 per hour if we were charged per hour. The inspection is a flat rate but I think this is way too high seeing as how it was an inspection and no termites were detected and no insecticide was applied.

Overall, outstanding job. Inspected exterior and interior for termites. I purchased the Termidor treatment from A-1 Exterminator in 2011. This was a follow-up inspection.

Everything went great! I got home for our 2:00 appointment and Rick was already there. He was very professional and went over everything that we needed to have done. I was very happy with the service and I am using them going forward with a contract to cover our home from termites and pests from now on.

T. Edlin visually inspected areas on the first floor of my house for any evidence of Termites...He found nothing...I have since received their company statement of Eastern Subterranean Termite Maintenance Inspection and Treatment Plan. Annual Maintenance Period: Aug.2013 - July 2014. Treatment Certification # 83667. Treatment will be provided Free of Charge to that area which is found to have a visible, live termite infestation existing on or within the covered structure..

Person was very friendly and thorough. He provided information about what he was going to do and what he found. He also explained what we needed to do for the next few days after treatment.

Setting up the appointment was easy. The inspector arrived on time and went to work. Once he finished his inspection, he explained what he had found (no evidence of termites) and that they would be back in another 6 months, to make sure everything was OK. The house now has a termite warranty, which is what we were after.

He arrived on time, very professional examined basement and crawl space and garage area. I was a little disappointed that he did not check for rodents or pests in the attic.

The technician arrived late, but apologized profusely. Before he performed the termite inspection, he explained exactly what he was going to do, then explained the results. Throughout the entire visit, he was extremely friendly and professional.

They arrived 15 mins ahead of tiime. The installer came in told my wife exactly what he was going to do. He gathered his tools and proceeded under the house. He expertly laid the barrier and found extra siding and removed it for me. He provided my home with 100 percent coverage from moisture.

Provided a proposal/invoice to correct wood fungus & listed wood damaged that requires replacement. Each item that was listed had a price for the repair. Invoice also gave options to prevent more moisture damage. Everything was very reasonably priced compared to other estimates.

I called A-1 to schedule someone to come to my house to spray for spiders. I initally contacted them to say that I had a lot of spiders outside of my house that I wanted to have someone come and spray. I also requested a quote for a vapor barrier under my house. They were very prompt in responding. They came and sprayed around the house and provided me a quote for the vapor barrier. I also asked the person who came if he would please spray inside the garage and he did. The cost was $110.00. About a week later I still noticed spiders around my porch and and under the eaves of the house. After a few weeks, I called the company back. The lady who answered the phone said that she misunderstood what I said when I initially called. What they did was spray around the perimeter of house and so many feet out and under the house. They did not spray up and around the doors and windows. She said she would talk to the owner and call me back. She called me back and said they would have someone come out and spray around the doors, windows, eaves, etc for only $50 more. I agreed to this only because I wanted the spiders gone and didn't want to have to pay another company more money to come out and do what I originally had asked for. They returned around the first week of July. It is now starting into September and I still have spiders spinning webs on my porch furniture, on the porch railings, etc. I am really disapointed. I have not called the company back. They have already been to my house twice. I do not see what a third time will accomplish. I will do more research and call another company. Maybe I am unrealistic in my expectations, but I didn't expect to see any spiders for at least 6 months or so. Their spraying has never completely gotten rid of the spiders. However, A-1 was professional and responsive and on time. It is just unfortunate that there was the initial miscommunication, which cost me additonal money and their product did not live up to my expectations.

It went just fine. There was no treatment required. Their price is reasonable compared to others. They are very thorough. I was surprised about the amount of time they spent.

Ants are at bay, great results.
