It went very well. They had another package to offer so I purchased that too. It all worked out very well. They came right out. They called me that day or the day after and we set up an appointment. They came out and were very professional. They covered everything in detail, all the options and everything like that. It was all good.

Scheduling was quick; they were out here for the service within 3 days. The service overall was good. The exterminator who came out was knowledgeable about the termites I had and educated me without trying to sell additional services.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services worked out great. We are still using them and they are a very good company. I think they are very reliable. We have got our annual contract and we renewed it, and they still are coming out for the pest control. They come usually in the winter and the spring.

Ted was very nice and professional, sprayed the whole house inside and out. Also sprinkled pellets in the yard. I asked many questions about how safe it was for my pets, about the bugs themselves, a variety of questions and he answered everything to my satisfaction and without getting annoyed at all the questions.

Tom came on time and prepared to do his inspection. As stated above, he found issues and provided options. After discussion, he recommended 1 which we accepted. About 2 weeks later, Tom returned and did the work around the entire house. He then returned 90 days later for a warranty check and found some minor activity. He returned 30 days later and found none but did notice a wet sill plate in front of house below large window in dining room. He inspected it, showed me where he could see opportunities for water intrusion. Said he will return when we have window repaired or replaced to check window supports.

Scheduling was great, they gave me a time for the next day and they arrived promptly. They did a good job and I have no complaints with the service.

It went well. The price did go up when I used them. I was concerned about the inspection being done in the cold weather, but they told me that if I have any problems in the warmer weather to give them a call. I haven't had any problems in terms of termites. They are reliable and they come out when they say they will. The man was actually early this time and it was fortunate that I was home. I'm not sure if he would have stayed and waited for me to get home if I wasn't there when he arrived though. I was able to schedule the appointment right away, but I wasn't happy that the inspection was done in the winter.

I used the $82 special and am very satisfied. The company contacted me within an hour of my purchase to schedule the appointment. Representative was prompt, got to work immediately, was nice to point out a couple of moisture problems I was having behind some old paneling and when he finished, he provided paperwork to verify the inspection. I would recommend this company to others and will use them again, if needed.

Estimate provided but I went with another company who placed a dehumidifier, which completely dried out my insulation in 4 days, and also sprayed to prevent mold. The second company was almost $1000.00 cheaper! A-1 was nice but prices way too high.

They came out and went under the house. The guy outlined a bunch of services that he said I needed to certify my house. They were very expensive and when I got another opinion, I really didn't need them.

We have an issue with rodents getting into the crawl space and chewing their way into our flex duct. Obviously this means war. Having fought this battle year after year with moderate success I decided to hire professionals this year to seriously tip the scale in my favor. I mean total rodent domination. I found this company on AL and checked out their website where I found I could schedule an estimate online. Very convenient. They called me the next day and we set up the appointment. The tech arrived as scheduled and we agreed on a battle plan that included sealing the entire crawl space, replacing vents and baiting the pests. The work was done professionally and time will tell how the rodents will react. I'll update the review in a couple weeks after the final service and let you know how it works out, but from the initial looks of things I'm highly optimistic. The Angie's List coupon was honored. **Update - A-1 came back out the second time as agreed upon and completed all services. All rodents decimated and no new signs of rodent activity. Even the hamster has been put on high alert and has become more friendly. Thanks guys!

Called A-1 to come treat a residence after noticing signs of pests, they were pleasant and responsive on the phone and had someone out within 24 hours. Their office called to let me know their technician was on the way and he was on time. Service was professional and thorough. Price was reasonable. Would use their services again and recommend them.

It was good. They came out and they were very professional. We didn't have any pest problems but they found moisture problem and helped us out with that. They did a wonderful job. They were great to work with.

They have been very helpful, but also with another issue we were having. They helped us resolve the issue. We are going to keep using them for pest troubles and maintenance contract. They also set some traps and plugged some holes as well as made sure there was no termite damage. Everyone in the office and the guy who came out, named Rick, was super.

It turned out pretty good. I chose to go with them because they were rated high on Angie's List and they were the cheapest. I was completely satisfied with the inspection that they did. Everything was cool. Their pricing was great and everything about them was good.

They did a termite inspection and year contract. On time and very professional. I also asked them for a quote for a crawl space vapor barrier which was reasonable and had it installed a few weeks later.

Great. This is an awesome company. Everyone I have spoken to or came to my home has been highly professional. I purchased a Pest plan from my exterior and as a bonus, it covers unlimited treatment for indoor problems. They place booties over their shoes so they don't track in dirt. Now, how many companies do that? The only other company I have experience this with is Maximum Air which is another professional company - they replaced my heating and cooling system last year.

The company was very professional, and had to deal with allot of dead rodents under the house. They cleaned out the rodents, and installed a barrier. We would use this company again.
