They did an inspection, it went okay. They didn't find any problems. They showed up on time and were courteous. They also later come out later to do a follow-up inspection. Everything was still okay.

As far as we know everything is fine. We have not had any problem since they have bee out. They will be coming back out this March.

The technician did a thorough inspection and provided a written report. He took the time to explain his findings and then provided recommendations for continued service to protect against any termites. Condition good due to recent replacement of sand and plastic in crawl space. Technician did inform me that there was NO INSULATION in the crawl space of which I was unaware. This did answer my questions as to why the home has been so cold since I purchase it on Jan 24, 2015. I was please with the service I received!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I use A-1 Exterminators. I have two house on contract with them. I had no interaction with the workers the last time. He left a sheet of paper here saying what he checked and everything. Everything looked fine. They're fine. Their price is reasonable.

The service went okay. They came out to spray one time. There are still roaches so I contacted them back out to re treat the home. They told me German roaches are harder to get rid of. The technicians did a good job. I just feel like there should not be as many roaches as there still are. They also told me the problem gets worse before it gets better. I was not at the home while they did the service. They did show up on time and scheduling the deal was easy.

The technician arrived on time. He introduced himself, asked questions in order to determine where he could get under the house and for access to the garage. Then, he donned protective gear and did his inspection. He removed the gear and cleaned everything up before coming back to see me and explain the report. It was quick, did not require much of my attention, and was clearly explained.

They wanted to charge me an extra $399 for the work, which makes the total about double what the other quotes I've gotten have been.

Overall the service wasn't bad. I thought it was a bit pricey to have someone look around without actually spraying to prevent future termite infestation. The coupon was entitled "$73 for a Termite Inspection and Re-Treatment Warranty." "Re-Treatment Warranty" led me to believe that there would be an initial treatment - there was not. That being said, the technician did crawl under the house. The gentlemen that arrived was polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. I just thought the service was a bit overpriced for the service that I received.

The inspector took quite a bit of time for the inspection. Following that he briefed me in significant detail on his findings - which were all negative. I got the impression that he knew quite a bit about the environment, what to look for, and the types of findings that would spell trouble - even if not troublesome immediately. He also went into detail about the warranty that was part of the $73 inspection program. Before he showed up, his office had done a very good job of coordinating the time and date of the inspection - even went so far as to call 30 minutes prior to his showing up at my place. Overall I was very impressed.

This was a job we had needed done for a long time. The moisture level was at 18%, and house often had a musty smell due to the lack of a moisture barrier. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. We had figured on the additional expense of clearing the debris out, as this was stated in the special. The house had been treated for termites before we bought it 12 years ago, and there were timbers, drop cloths, and piles of dirt that were left behind, but the space was too tight for us to remove the debris ourselves. We had ben quoted a much higher price by our pest control provider, and we saved almost $150 by going with A-1. The results were fantastic. The crawlspace is now clear and tidy, the moisture barrier is down, and we are very satisfied customers. Thank you A-1 for such a great job.

They came as scheduled and did a great job. We were very pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail.

We just moved into our first home and within a week we were introduced to the water bugs. The ones that look like cockroaches. So we found A1 and within a day we found several dead water bugs. GREAT JOB!

The technician, Dave was very professional and answered all questions to my satisfaction. He even did a termite inspection and found what was the beginning of what could be a termite issue. He was respectful of our home and made sure he didn't track dirt around the interior of my house.

The technician was very good. He didn't try to up sell me on anything and actually went above and beyond what he was supposed to do. I couldn't believe the deal would be as good as it has been for $73 but we'll see how things go when the temps warm up if we have termite issues and how the company responds. I believe they are going to be just as good as my first impression was if the need arises to get a treatment done. Glad as of right now with their service.

The tech came earlier than scheduled which I really appreciated. He explained that the process and answered all my questions. He was sure to show me the camera and that no other pictures were on it prior to going in my crawl space so that I was assured the pictures would be that on my property. After careful reveiw of the pictures, he removed the old moisture barrier (extra cost, but was explained when I purchased the deal), installed new barrier, and took pictures AFTER the work was complete. He offered suggestions for keeping my crawl space as dry as possible. He took the debris with him and will return in 3 months. I couldn't be happier with the service, the results and the price.

A1 was really easy to work with and did a great job communicating with me and assuring me that there was no pest problem. They even informed me of some additional work that should be done and followed it up with pictures. The owner also took time out of her schedule to explain several things to me in detail, which I very much appreciated. This company really cares about their customers and their satifcation.

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE! I initially called A-1 for an annual termite inspection and warrantee. Mike, the technician, noticed that I had recently discovered rotten structural members, and he mentioned that his company is certified to do the appropriate work. He conducted a free assessment and consulted with the office, and he quoted me a price so low that I couldn't believe it. Mike returned with a partner the following Monday morning and completed the contract in record time at at the quoted price. Courteous, punctual, professional and thorough. Mike conducted a pre and post inspection of the home to ensure they didnt cause any harm through their work. I am very impressed with A-1 Inc. Exterminators, and I will use them again.

Great to work with. Quick response for appointment request. Came out on time. We don't live in the house they were doing work in yet and weren't there yet when they arrived, but they not only called, they also sent an email to check in on where we were. I LOVE that because some other companies would just leave and say sorry we missed you. Install went smoothly and quickly, less than an hour. We will probably call them again soon and sign up for quarterly or monthly pest maintenance. Definitely recommend these guys.

The initial visit was conducted in a very professional manner, the technicial was extremely informative in providing a recap of his findings, options for taking the required immediate action as well as a plan for preventing future problems; each phase was accompanied by and estimate. On the date of servcie, two technicians arrived on time and ready to work. the job was done without any issues or complications. would recommend A-1 to anyone...

It was good. It went very well. The guy was very professional and helpful. He was very kind and attentive, too. We were very happy. Regarding the quality, we don't have any complaints. It was good.
