Description of Work: I had an outdoor ant problem that I was concerned would become an indoor ant problem. I found this company on Angie's list and they were offering an outdoor treatment for $60. The pest inspector spent a lot of time outside spraying as well as inside and explained the process to me. He seemed very thorough and the price was extremely reasonble. Hopefully, this will fix the problem, but they came on time and I had no issues.

Description of Work: We had the Perimeter Plus Termite Treatment and the Poly Vapor Barrier Installation performed. Prior to this they did a complete inspection of our home that revealed termite damage that our previous exterminator had missed.

Description of Work: I had A-1 come evaluate and give me an assessment on my ant and roach problem. i also wanted to reduce the amount of bugs in my yard. I had already spent a lot on pest control products myself. They came out and gave me a good assessment, showed my various options on how I could use them and I pick one that works for me. I scheduled the exterminator to come out and he was very polite, professional, and thorough. He asked before he entered any other area of the house and let me know to check his work when he was done. I have seen a 90% decrease in the pest so far. Great work

Description of Work: Pre-termite inspection of the property that we were in the process of purchasing. The termite inspector was thorough and professional. He thoroughly explain what his findings on the home was and he gave us his suggestions on to fix certain areas of the home. Overall great service and we were pleased.

Description of Work: Service tech arrived promptly within time window. Did an interior spray for ants, also placing trap jells and ant traps. Did an exterior granular barrier placement. Tech was polite and professional taking care to cover his boots on a wet day so as to not track anything inside on my carpets. tech explained his process and products. billing was prompt and accurate for services. I have used this company a number of times over the last 10 years and have always been pleased with their product and service. A good value for the dollar.
