They managed to perform the work at an earlier date than the original estimate; they also finished the job in one day. They took the time to talk with me about how to care for the plants, seeded areas, etc. Two weeks later, they returned to see how things progressed (at no charge) and reseeded certain areas. Overall, I am happy with the results and intend to use them for future work.

They are one company I would be happy to recommend. We did about 65% of what they came up with. The guy was phenomenal. They came in and designed it. My wife actually knows a bit about that, so she went over the whole plan with the owner and came to an agreement. They did what they said they were going to do, and did a great job. With regard to price, it was a lot of money. It was worth every penny. They were incredibly reliable. We will have this guy come back in the fall and do the rest of the work; we just didn’t want to do it all at the same time. So there is some more work that we are going to be doing with them in September.

This company is great! Not only did they Do a great job but They came at the lasT minute so to speak and was very reasonabLe on the pricing. I liked them so much that I have retained them for two cleanups per year. Also looking at getting other work done by them. .

The Graham responded quickly to my request for an estimate, provided me with a couple of different options for the area, and was able to schedule the work and get it done quickly. I am very pleased with the work and would definitely use The Great Outdoors again.

Never did the work.

The Great Outdoors arrives on time and works until the job is completed to satisfaction! Yard looked great!! Mr. Howe went above and beyond our expectations. He is capable and hard-working. He has a creative eye for landscaping. We would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for yard work and landscaping needs.

It went fine; the hedge is gone and regrowth has been minimal. It was $765 total: $35/hr. for the hedge removal and roundup spraying, $150 to haul the debris to the dump (includes dump fee), and $20 to clean up and mow the back yard.

I like the owner and he was knowledgeable. He was also responsive. I would have appreciated more creativity though in the estimate. We had some specific needs that needed attending too. He was able to come out to the home and he definitely took his time with us.

The service was great. They came out in the spring about 2 years ago. They took out some shrubs and completely redid a garden/planting for us in the front of the house. This took them one day. This was my wife's plan that the company and her worked up together. They did a good job and it still looks good. If we had any issues with the plants, they came out right away free of charge.

It turned out great. They have done work for us on several occasions. They did landscaping at my residence. I have used them twice. They do upkeep on our landscaping and did a landscaping project for us too. I deal mostly with Graham Howe and his team were great and went out of their way to do extra work at no additional charge. I plan on hiring them in the future for all of our landscaping maintenance and landscape design needs.

They did work for us about 2-3 years ago. We were happy with their responsiveness, price and how they did the job.

I agreed to their estimate, which was far from the lowest one that I received, and engaged them to do some yard clean-up work. Once they provided the services, they tried to charge me way more than the original quote, claiming that "it took longer than expected." I refused. They persisted, requesting that we "split the difference", etc. I will not be using them again. Beware the bait-and-switch tactics.
