They replaced all of our Quest Piping throughout our house, installed new bathroom fixtures, and installed a new water heater. They did an absolutely great job for a good price and were always very professional and always on time!!!

Description of Work: We discovered a leak in our disposal unit under our sink that must have existed for over a week. He replaced the disposal unit, so the cost includes coming out, providing the replacement unit, and doing about two hours of work. He was very nice and punctual and came on short notice. |

Description of Work: recreated the seal around the basement toilet and cleared a standpipe. I don't remember exact hourly rate but better than the larger companies around here. He's smart and knows what he's doing.

Description of Work: Jamie responded promptly to our problem with hot water. He diagnosed the problem and didn't just go for a quick fix as the last plumber we used. That quick fix lasted 10 months. It took him three visits (all planned), but the solution is great and we are very happy. Hotter water, faster than we have ever had including when the house was new. We will use Jamie again.

Description of Work: Jamie fixed my kitchen faucet, which was leaking and also was missing a part. He fixed a toilet upstairs, replacing all the inside parts and fixed another toilet downstairs, stabilizing it with grouting and fixing a leak in the back. He also replaced a broken shower head (I purchased the new shower head) and broken grouting around the tub. He repaired a leak in the living room ceiling and counseled us how to keep it from happening in the future. He also checked out two leaks in our bedroom walls from previous pipes that had burst (we, unfortunately, have defective pipes that periodically spring leaks) and declared them dry enough for the repair of the walls. He also fixed a problem caused by a previous plumber who had mistakenly put the cold water hose on the washer where the hot water was supposed to come out and vice versa. Jamie fixed that. He did it all in 2.5 hours. Beautiful!

Description of Work: As others have mentioned, we got a very quick return of our phone message and a quick appointment for the next day, even though our situation was no emergency. Replaced our kitchen faucet with a new one that we had purchased previously, then looked at two dripping bathroom faucets. We had to order parts for those, and Jamie came back a week later to finish the job. He also tightened up some loose shower handles during the second visit. Very good and prompt service.
