Great experience; Matt arrived soon after we called and was very kind and professional.

Robert, the lead technician was excellent. He had to track down a part, had it sent Fed-Ex, and came out on a Saturday to install it.

Arrived when promised (same day, less than an hour after scheduling), thorough, professional, and just a good as the last time I had Rooter-Man perform this service. The technician, TJ was very polite and professional to my wife who was at home for this service call. Rooter-Man has a great, well earned reputation. This is the company I call for plumbing issues.

This is my third time using Rooterman. Every time the service has been excellent and the guys have been very knowledgeable and super helpful. I would recommend to anyone.

Robert was on time, found a different problem (high water pressure) that hadn't been identified before, and corrected the toilet mechanism and the water pressure. He was able to juggle all the work that had to be done so that the price was reasonable (still a lot of money, but more work than I expected). He and his assistant (Randy, I think) were pleasant and worked well together. Robert took the time to explain things and show me what was done and what to look for.

Matt, the Rooterman, was very professional from first impression (putting on booties to enter the house) to the last step of sanitizing the area of work. In order to find the clog Matt ran a probe into the main and viewed the condition of the main from beginning to the main sewer connection. Once he identified where and what the problem was he brought in another piece of equipment auger through the blockage. The auger clipped some of the roots but a good deal remained and would only grow again it was decided to find the clog using other high tech equipment. The clog was located just outside of the house. A hole was dug where the clog was. The roots entered the main where a coupling was used to join to pieces of pipe. The coupling and two short pieces of on either side were cut out. A new coupling with an outside cleanout was installed. The hole was refilled and gravel spread around such that it looked like no one had done any work. The main from inside the house to the main of the sewer line was again scoped to verify workmanship. The experience I had from the initial phone call to the completion of the job was exceptional.

Rooter-Man was very efficient at taking care of pumping my septic tank. I called ahead to get some information re: scheduling an appointment and working around another project that was ongoing. That call was handled very efficiently and all my questions/concerned were answered. A few days later I called back to schedule the service. It was set up for the next day and I was informed on how I would be updated as the appointment approached. On the day of the appointment I was informed both by phone and email when the truck was on the way. Jakondeh arrived right on time and was professional, friendly, and informative throughout the process. He even found a coupon that saved some more money on the service. I was impressed at the way Rooter-Man handled this service and will call them for other pumping services as needed.

This was recorded as a check-up/service call. Matt told me there were no major problems with the system at this time so he was not selling me goods/services I did not need. In fact, Matt actually seems to have improved the function of my tank after he did some "maintenance" on it. I did not rate the cost because I was not sure how the cost would have compared with other companies doing the same job. In either case, Rooter-Man (and Matt) are on my list of folks to call in the event of future problems!

They came and diagnosed the problem for me. They were quite high. They drained my septic tank and recommended blasting out the drains for another company to do which they disagreed to the job because they thought it was just a bandaid job. They work they did they did very well. They handled themselves very well from the first phone call to the draining of the septic tank.

T. J. came out to our home to pump the septic tank. He answered all my questions about keeping the septic system working well. He really listened and offered information and advice about kitchen/bathroom/ laundry cleaning products. He also inspected the tank and made a repair too. I will hire RooterMan again.

TJ was extremely professional and did an excellent job. He clearly informed us what the problem was and fixed it quickly. We will be using RooterMan from now on.

Service was prompt, very professional, and the team communicated well throughout the entire process. JB was very detail-oriented and took the time to answer all of the questions I asked. The team worked hard and very diligently on the job. They showed up on time, cleaned up the backyard after all of the digging, and were a pleasure to work with. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the process, and JB in particular.

I called at 8 in the morning and the office manager said she hoped they could get someone to our house between 10 and 1 that day. At 1:00 I called as I hadn't heard from them and she said they would definitely be there, but everyone was out on calls. By the time 5:00 rolled around, I figured I wouldn't see anyone but around 6 pm a truck pulled up and JB came it to check out the problem. He said we definitely needed a new water heater (which we expected), quoted the price (which I think was reasonable, never having had to replace a water heater before) and got to work. He stayed until almost 9 p.m. and finished the job, and now we have hot water again. Plus he was very nice and professional - I felt bad he had to stay so late, but really appreciated that he came that same day!

JB located the source of the problem that other plumbers had missed, and fixed it right away. Not only that, he's a **** of a nice guy. -- Jim

Very well! Dawn, Jessica, Matt and Bobby were very professional, helpful and most accommodating. There was a scheduling error and the guys failed to show up when we were told they would be here. I called the office to find out what the problem was. The error was immediately found and Dawn apologized profusely for the scheduling mistake. At 6:00 that evening the guys showed up (after a full day of work) and pumped our tank!! She said "we want to make this right for you all". Could not ask for better service. Will definitely recommend this group of fine people. Customer service from them rates an A+!

Even though RooterMan was quite busy with many other service calls at the time, the company was able to come to our house the very next day. The septic tank was indeed filled to the brim, which was promptly remedied by RooterMan by pumping it out. (We had gone too long without getting it pumped out.) Fortunately, there were no issues with the piping or drain field. We appreciate the prompt, courteous service and the reasonable price charged (which included recharging the tank with beneficial bacteria).

Service was excellent. JB was so pleasant and diagnosed our problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently.

Robert arrived promptly and thought he could fix the problem with snaking--he noted that someone had put new pipes in relatively recently (we moved into this old house a few years ago). Robert fixed the problem efficiently and recommended (and supplied) a regular enzymatic cleaner that should keep things flowing freely! He was polite, professional, and nice to the cat. We will definitely call on him (and Rooter-Man) again, should we need them.

We were very pleased. JJ came on time, did a thorough job, cleaned everything up and he was very informative.

Matt was great. He knew I was short on time and worked diligently to finish in time. Still, he wasn't going to leave until he was as sure as he could be that the job was done right. He was personable, professional, and even gave me his personal number so I could call him and tell him the hookup was working.

JJ and his partner arrived promptly and worked until they found the septic tank. They emptied then added enzymes to help the system work properly. They did a great job and JJ took the time to explain everything to me. I highly recommend them!
