Roto Rooter responded quickly to our needs and did a great job of fixing the repair. Plus--added bonus--a real person answered the phone when I called the office!

Rooter Man sent two technicians within a couple hours of my calling. They cleared the clog and sold me some enzyme treatment to prevent recurrence. They also installed a new drain assembly in my sink, which I supplied, for no additional charge. Not cheap, but less then the quote from Roto Rooter.

Steve was extremely professional and caring, two qualities that often do not come together, and which are supremely valuable. He worked with me to get the most value for the price, which he could have avoided by just telling me a flat rate. But he worked with me to figure out what I could afford and still hire him. I truly appreciated that. So many people coming into the house to do work are only interested in how much money they can get out of me. But Steve said his company wanted happy customers who felt taken care of. He's completely right! I will hire this company for all my plumbing needs in the future. Steve got right down to work and was done in less than half an hour and my sink is working better than it has in years. The water flow was fixed in the disposal and he even showed me how to keep it in better working order. Way to go, Steve!

Very well! They had an emergency, so they didn't arrive in the designated time slot (1-4pm), however, 2 guys showed up to locate, dig and expose the septic tank cover in readiness for draining the tank. Had to call and find out if they would still be coming to drain the tank, which they did (at 8pm). So they honored the date. All 4 staff members very pleasant and polite. Very happy with Travis and his team. Would certainly recommend them.

During routine septic pumping, the technician showed me camera images of major grease buildup in the pipes. I chose to have them jetted out; this likely saved me from a major problem in the future.

Fantastic! A crew was here within about 30 minutes of my call, and it wasn’t even an emergency. They gathered information, took a look, and quoted me a price. The job took much more time and effort than I think they could have anticipated, but the price didn’t change. Robert went above and beyond, explaining everything along the way and even suggesting a last-ditch effort he wanted to try before deciding about additional work that would increase my cost. It turns out his thorough work uncovered the long-unknown source of problems that other companies had missed. Robert and his crew stayed well after quittin’ time to wrap up what they could complete on this visit, and left with a promise to contact the City tomorrow and come back with options for a full resolution. I see no reason why I should look to anyone else for the inevitable additional work.

Service was great. JD and the new guy were professional and got right to work. They quickly located the problem and provided a solution.

Rooterman came out and diagnosed the problem quickly, walked us through all of the local permits and requirements and then came out and delivered perfectly. Matt, Mike, Dustin and Jones cleaned up the failing junction box, cleaned the roots out of the drain field and generally got everything working better than it has in several years. We really appreciate all of their efforts and hard work through 90 degree heat punctuated by drenching thunderstorms.

They cut out the concrete that had been installed above the septic line, dug out and replaced several feet of drain line, reworked the exit hole in the tank, and replaced the concrete on my patio. All in one day. I was completely impressed with their expertise and hard work as well as their care for my property. Excellent company!

We called in the early afternoon, and they were able to send a truck about an hour later - much quicker than I expected!! Mike arrived and quickly sized up the situation. He was polite, professional, and very efficient. The weather was rainy, and the job unpleasant, but he completed it despite the difficulties. I hope we don't have to, but I would not hesitate to call Rooter Man again We paid a little extra due to complications that were encountered.

Robert was the service man who answered the call and he could not have been more cooperative. It was not an easy fix and he had to try several different methods to solve the problem. But he took care of the issue and made recommendations to help prevent future problems.

They were excellent! After filing a request for “immediate” service through HomeAdvisor and getting matched with another company that didn’t even bother to call me for two days, I took it upon myself to call RooterMan directly. Matt called me back and was extremely helpful. The house was built in 1918, and the sewer line that connected to the city’s main line was disintegrated. There was a team of about five guys that came and went over the course of a day, who went in and out of the crawl space/basement, replacing sections of pipe and digging outside the house to install a new access trap. The price came in at $1700 less than another quote we received. Extremely satisfied with the responsiveness, quality and service we received. Will definitely use them again.

Very well. Service technician, Matt, did an excellent job sealing the outgoing tee on our septic tank using hydraulic cement. I was impressed with Matt’s courteous demeanor, communication and efficiency.

I am thankful my husband called Rooterman for this job. The office staff was kind and efficient in answering questions and scheduling our service. Technician Jahkondeh was personable, respectful and hard working, He skillfully maneuvered the large truck in our driveway. He was comfortable with my watching and inquiring about the condition of our tanks and his job. I witnessed our tanks were overdue for this service! This was the first time in 26 years our septic tanks were pumped. Jahkondeh displayed integrity as he worked. He is a real asset to the Rooterman team!

The whole experience could not have been better. They called in advance to let me know when to expect them. Matt and his assistant arrived on time and did an excellent job. Both on the repair and on explaining what they had done. They also gave recommendations on other things that needed to be done with no pressure selling. I'd hire them again in a minute.

I am very happy with the service I received by Rooterman! After my alarm on my septic tank went off on Saturday morning I called Rooterman , within 10 minutes I got a return call and spoke to a technician. I would like to thank Jakondeh, who pumped my septic tank and Matt, who replaced the septic pump. Both of these men conducted themselves in a professional manner explaining everything that was done and giving me options on how to repair it.! Thank-you Rooterman!

Wow - we were very impressed with the great customer service. Ample notification of service time and techs were punctual. Darrell (and Tony) were professional and got the job done quickly. Good customer service seems to be a dying art so it was refreshing to see a company who takes pride in it!

I spoke to many of the RooterMan employees (some female) from the field to the office and only received excellence from them all. They were concerned about my concerns and were quick to respond, experienced, and knowledgeable in their work. I am not unfamiliar with plumbing and construction so I'm always happy to find people that can help me with a problem that I can't figure out, and they did. I will not hesitate to call them again.

Gentleman arrived first thing in the morning. Figured out what was needed gave me a estimate. Work was finished quickly and professionally. Nice guys> company always treats customer well.

Dustin was very prompt , courteous & Professional . Even did extra work by clamping the new pipe he repaired to the wall , As the old one was just hanging down & not secure ( one of the reasons it broke when I bumped into it . would highly recommend Dustin & this company . This was on a sunday emergency call so the cost reflects the emergency rate .

Things went perfectly. Matt was the lead plumber. He and his coworker Kevin did a great job. I had a leak behind the drywall in my basement. It was due to a pipe that froze this winter due to a defective shutoff valve. When I opened the valve on Sunday, water sprayed behind the wall into the basement. I also had a main waste stack that needed permanent repair. The guys worked very quickly in some difficult spaces. The hole Matt created in the drywall was small and precise. Yet there is enough circulation for things to dry out properly, now that the insulation is removed. Though they don't do drywall repair Matt made suggestions that would turn this opening into a useful access panel that is easily covered by a picture. Frankly, l expected a bigger mess and a bigger bill. Yet these guys don't work on commission like plumbers in some firms. The price seemed very fair, and the work was done quickly. The workers were very professional, even though I was constantly asking questions. You won't be disappointed if you need their service.

We felt the original quote just to change filter was rather high; technician agreed to clean out faucet aerator and replace soap dispenser within the original quote.

I called Rooterman very early on a Sunday morning. They responded quickly. Dustin dug up the pipe and fixed the leak. He was courteous, friendly and respectful. I highly recommend this company and Dustin in particular.

All contacts with Rooterman were professional. The workmen clearly diagnosed the problem and gave me a credible estimate of the scope and cost of work. They were then efficient & thorough in execution.
