We had the septic tank at a rental property pumped and found it was full of diapers. Jahkondeh, our service technician, did a fabulous job cleaning up this problem and recommending solutions. As a result of this experience, we are planning to schedule maintenance on two more properties and will request that he provide the service if possible.

Dustin did a great job. Very friendly and professional. However, $695 for an hours work seems a bit steep.

They did the job in a timely manner, only did what was necessary, and the technicians were personable and polite.

Timing was superb to minimize down time between disconnecting old washer and installing new one. Quick analysis minimized work on drain options and water hookup. Technician adjusted plumbing in minutes and provided suggestions for final hookup.

I had a big leakage in the kitchen sink and could not use it any more. Excellent and affordable service. The yang technician, Shane, investigated the situation very carefully. Identified the cause of big leakage behind the cabinet wall, found effective solution how to fix the problem with the minimal damages to constructions, repaired the system and verified that everything is fine. I am very grateful!

Matt and Co. were brilliant. They worked two full days--the damage was much worse than they first thought. They showed us everything as they went along, and conferred and confirmed with our regular builders (the wonderful Bo Trimble and Greg Herring), who were in place working on our kitchen renovation. They replaced the rotted pipes with new, up to code ones, tested everything thoroughly, were scrupulously clean, and always polite, friendly, kind. (They were even watching out for my elderly husband.) They clearly knew exactly what they were doing. And the price they ended up charging was eminently reasonable for the amount of time and care they took. I recommend Rooter-Man with unqualified enthusiasm!

Around 2:30 on a Sunday, I got a call from my tenant: No water! (we have a well.) I called Rooter-Man's emergency line. Within a few minutes I got a callback from "Shane" (I think). The house is in Afton, he lives in Fredericksburg, around 2 hours away! He got to Afton by about 5 or 5:30. Shane checked out the well, eliminated all other possibilities and then called me: The pump needed replacing. By this time it was around six o'clock. He'd have to drive back to C'ville to get a new pump, and he'd have to pull the well! But after giving me the cost, he simply asked, "Should I go ahead and do it now?" I was stunned! Here it was, 6PM on a Sunday night. Pulling a well is no easy job, but he was willing to go ahead and do it right then and there! "Sure" I stammered. Around 10 o'clock, Shane called. The job was done! The tenant had water and was not so grumpy anymore. WOW! I am amazed! THANK YOU Shane!

Both teams I worked with were excellent! They were prompt, efficient, and knew their work. They also did a thorough job of cleaning up after they finished.

Steve was our serviceman today, he has done work for us once before. He was punctual and professional. He checked out our aging water heater and gave me quotes to repair or replace. Will call again for service and recommend to my friends.

Robert diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes which involved a new faucet. While I ran to Home Depot to buy a new faucet, he checked out our Rinnai tankless water heater and installed the new faucet upon my return. We were concerned the solution involved increasing water pressure at our well head or somewhere in between. Moving forward, he will be our go to plumber as my wife and I both trust him. A rare commodity these days.

We appreciated that Jakondeh arrived within minutes of the call from the shop that he was on his way. He was professional and very efficient. Jakondeh’s quality of work was excellent. Thank you for the service he provided.

I've done a lot of reading on sump pumps, but probably no unlike a lot of homeowners, I didn't know a lot about what I needed to be looking for on maintenance, etc. My backup battery had just gone out and I needed help on what to do next. Whether to get a new battery, or just a new system. Darrell was AMAZING. Very professional and answered every single question I had, he looked at the system thoroughly, and helped me understand the ins and outs of my system better. I can't thank him enough for helping to ease my mind, and being kind enough to walk me through what I was looking at. My Monday was made better for it!

JB arrived on time and was able to clear the clog in an efficient manner. Keep in mind this was 2 days before Thanksgiving with lots of family arriving that night. Rooter Man and JB were most helpful, to say the least.
