All over excellent!
Description of Work: Spent more money than we expected because we initially asked for septic tank pumping and an inspection. The inspection showed the need for a new distribution box and some other things. But we are more than satisfied with the customer service of both work crews and the people in the office. They responded quickly. The septic tank had not been pumped out for over 20 years. Thank goodness we didn't wind up with a big mess, just an expensive diagnosis.

Good but bad news, see above.
Description of Work: Basement toilet overflowed following use of washing machine. We had just bought a home and moved in. JB came out and assessed the problem and after removing the toilet he put a camera in the drain and some roots were located and he cleaned them out. He also put the camera down in another main drain that joined with the first one and it was a problem as the pipe had entered into the other main drain and many roots were growing inside it. He cleaned it out as best he could, but recommended either a jet type process to clean it or to dig it up and fix it so it would not ultimately fail. Unfortunately, we have a deck over the area so we are considering which way to go. JB was a very hard worker who came at around 2 and left at around 6:30pm and still had a call to fix another problem. He had not even had dinner. Great tech and good response. Time for something to eat should be allowed for hard working employees in my opinion.

Description of Work: We bought a ome and had no idea if the septic system had been serviced. We didn't even know where the septic tank was located. Rooterman service located the tank, unearthed the cap and examined the system. They walked me through the process and showed me potential problems(the prior owner had been dumping grease down the drain). They broke up and removed the grease, pumped out the tank and added helpful bateria to facilitate waste breakdown. I felt like they treat my system as if they were working on their own home and it doesn't get better than that.

It was an emmergency call, it took them two calls before they came out. They were able to come out the same day and complete the service. I was impressed with their responsiveness and felt they did a great job.

He was superb. He was very personable. He was honest and was confident in what he was doing, and I was confident in his services. He was expensive but I felt he was fair. I have recommended his services to others.
Description of Work: My 1902 septic backed up so I called Rooter-Man and he came straight out. He used his camera and cutter to find out where my septic line went. He kept me informed all along of the pricing whihc was nice because I was on a budget. He gave me a quote for doing a restoration job in the future.

They did a good job. We discovered a leak that was shooting directly into an electrical outlet. I needed someone immediately, I called them and they were out within hours. I was very pleased with their services and how they were able to take care of the issue that day.

Multiple technicians came out for the service and it took them about an hour to complete. Scheduling was good, they came out efficiently and got the job done. They had to get to the lid to where the septic goes underground. I live in the country and it is in a field so the lawn grows around the lid so you cannot spot it. They offered a service so I could easily find the lid. I did not need the service because I had a map of where the lid is and spoke to my builder who said it was an unneccesary cost. They were going to charge $500 for the service and made it seem like I really needed it which I did not like.

[member name removed], We are sorry that we did not explain ourselves well enough regarding the septic tank riser. We recommend this so that the next time the septic system needs servicing, it does not have to be dug up. The riser is installed even with the ground as to not be a eyesore. Though your builder sees it as an unnecessary expense, we have found that when a property owner is experiencing a problem such as a sewer backing up into the house, this riser makes is much faster to find the tank, minimizes any damage to the property, eliminates the need of digging again and makes solving the problem much faster. Unclogged backed up toilet with a snake. It took about 15 minutes. Clearly competent but overpriced. Repair person gave me good advice about cost and best type of snake to keep in the home (likely $40)to avoid future charges.

Performed service, but also installed new clean out where it was subsequently found one existed. Tried to sell me complete overhaul of sewer line for price I subsequently found 30% to double of what competition recommend. Took a long time to open blockage (and to their credit kept at it) but also felt compromised as to what was billed. Apparently they are now owned by an out of town company.

Member, We are sorry you were dissatified. We would like it to be known that we did waive the $59 dispatch fee as well as the fee to camera the line, a $500 value. The price of this job was given and approved prior to being started. The line was 4 ft deep and had to be dug by hand .Also, no price or estimate was given for a complete overhaul of the sewer line. The clean out that was found was at the street and was combination Y, which is impossible to go backwards to where problem existed. The house was just purchased and we can completely understand customers frustration. We would like it if you would give us another opportunity to help with any further issues that arise, but will respect your decision if you choose not to.

They were good. They got in here right when they said they would. They were quiet, and got the work done. The guy who came out gave me the option of doing the clean out, but I went ahead and did that. He didn't make it sound that I had to do it right away. The price was higher for the rooter; but I had to do it for a while, so I don't know what the price is.
Description of Work: I used Rooter-Man for plumbing work on March 26th. They cleared the blockage by routing it out, and replaced the broken pipe that sits out of the ground.
