Description of Work: They were fantastic. Called one day and they were at my house the next ready to work. The 2 gentlemen were polite and professional. I had a new filter system and a water softner installed in less than 4 hours. I will definitely use again.

Description of Work: Did a nice job but it costed me. All reliable and trustworthy. Any work on your septic will cost ya. No different for us. I love the guy who comes to us. Two times in 5 years same guy. Straight shooter. He tells it like it is. Would deal with again any day.

Description of Work: don't know why you are asking now. I responded to something many months ago. Frankly, I don't remember details (involved a stopped up toilet) except that the guy who came was a good guy and fixed the problem quickly. The down side was a high charge for what was less than half an hour's work.

Description of Work: Rooter Man was prompt and courteous. The problem was "operator error" as it turned out. We thought our water pump was broken. Turned out we had actually hit the transfer switch to the generator, so it didn't get power. He flipped the switch. Fees were reasonable. Give them an A from us.
