I had the provider perform an assessment of my HVAC system since the house was not cooling appropriately. Comparing this experience to the other 3 companies that assessed my HVAC, she spent about 15 minutes whereas the other companies performed load calculations and assessed all of my supply and return vents. Consequently, I did not feel like it was as thorough as it could have been. They never did e-mail me with the estimate or contact the electrician for his side of the quote; of note, I called back twice to have them e-mail me the estimate, but I never did receive the e-mail. Given this, I had someone else perform the HVAC upgrade.

We had scheduled a date to have a tankless hot water heater installed. I had taken off work, but unfortunately they had to cancel at 7:30 a.m. the morning of the scheduled install. Given our schedule incompatibility and several phone tags, I went with another company.

The work was professional and well done.

The guys arrived on time and completed all of the tasks earlier than anticipated. They took care with floors, walls, and carpets and cleaned up in each room after the job was completed. They were very personable and knowledgeable. I plan to have them come back and do additional work.

I was home when serviceman arrived but had to leave for work. He performed requested repairs and locked up as he left in the way that I asked him to do. I had no problem with leaving him there when I left the house. He arrived about 15 minutes ahead of schedule which was good, so that we were able to discuss the repairs needed. This was a good thing because I had not thought to say ahead of time to the person who took my request for service by phone, that the outdoor light which needed the repair was on a 3-way switch. It would have taken more investigation for serviceman to diagnose the problem if he had not known that ahead of time. The serviceman was very courteous and professional. I was very pleased with the service call. Also glad to have the coupon from Angie's List.

Satisfactory servicing. Same Tech also came mid-winter and installed insulation on frozen drain pipe which did not refreeze.

They are a little expensive but they are responsive and they've done good work. To have them do twice a year servicing on my heat pump it is $180. They are responsive and their work is guaranteed, so they stand behind their work.

Used them 2 times in the past as well.

This company is so popular that I couldn't get an appointment for 11 days. The individual that did the job was knowledgeable, polite, and prompt. He even informed me about a rebate program.

The job went beautifully. It was replaced quickly, they made sure the mineral deposits in the water lines from the old tank were purged, and stayed through seeing that everything functioned as it should. Every employee I've had come to the house is always considerate, answers all my questions with as much detail as I've asked, and have gone the 'extra mile' with any additional help I might need. I have found them to be honest, fair, considerate, timely and professional in all ways. Their pricing is not the cheapest, but better than most of the competition. I trust this company and will always recommend them highly.

The tech was a bit late and when I called in, I never actually got someone who could connect me with the person coming to my hous did but they did show up. A call would have been appreciated. They did a good job and I wasn't here so gave my roommate the coupon. They did more than I had ordered and charged me more but when I called, they did give me a further discount. and were very helpful and accommodating.

Knowledgable, friendly service.

The process was without any drama. No modifications to my gas and water plumbing was necessary. The new water heater seems to be working fine.

Just purchased my home and had them com to do a check and issues were found, big issues including mold in the crawl space. Matt was my angel through the whole process. When I say he went beyond what was his responsibility I can't put enough meaning to explain how beyond. Matt took care of everything, even calling in another company that was needed for the mold and worked closely with that company to get rid of the issue. Then another company was called in to seal my crawl space and Matt headed that up as well. Due to Matt's attention he found that the company had mot finished the job as they claimed and Matt took care of making their job was finished and correctly. You must understand at the time this was taking place I was living in Texas and could not be in Virginia. That is why I called Matt my angel. I truly do not know what I would have done without him. Robertson took care of the issues that was their part beyond satisfaction, on time, did what they had said they were going to do, communicated when other issues were found, treated me fairly with pricing. The things that was their responsibility was tearing out the old duct work and replace with new, check up on heating and a/c, adding a new clean air system, replacing drip pan and adding a permanent fan in crawl space. They also took care of some plumbing issues as well. I am a forever Robertson Electric customer. Thank you Matt and all others from Robertson that worked on my home. I went with them because of the recommendations from Angie's List. They sent a very good plumber, he took his time, he answered my questions and he did a very nice job. They're very good. The price was really reasonable.

They were able to come the same day that I called because of a cancellation in their schedule and would've even been able to come without the cancellation later in the evening for an additional fee. They diagnosed the odd electric problems we were having quickly, found a replacement part and were done within about an hour and a half. Very easy and professional.

They Dx the problem and replace the part fast and they did a good job. It took about 20 minutes.

They had to come back 3 x finally I think they fixed it. 2nd worker would not honour the Angie's list coupon! first worker was good 2nd guy who came not so much. they sent the 1st worker out to finally fix the problem.

The service person was very polite, explained where there was mold in my system and how to remedy. downside: He promised to followup with a plan for what needed d*** to mitigate-but I have not heard back almost two weeks later.

Everything went well. I had a coupon and they were able to give me a great deal. I was very happy with their service!

Very professional and courteous, clearly explained some ins and outs of plumbing questions, paid attention to details. I really appreciate the automatic use of "booties" on the work shoes. The whole house plumbing inspection for $99 is a bargain (and you can lower that with a coupon) to give us peace of my mind about our 17 year old house. Very satisfied with the service and will use in the future if the need arises.

I have used Robertson's since I moved to Virginia 7 years ago, I am most happy with all the techs sent out, I trust them implicitly and would never consider switching. They are timely, knowledgeable and reasonably priced, courteous, and they ,like my dog!! I recommend them most highly..
