There were a couple of workers that came out and it took them a day to complete the work. They showed up on-time.

BJ the plumber did an excellent job. Wore booties in the house and cleaned up when he was done. Very professional.

the electrician was very professional, found the problem, suggested several alternatives, fixed it.

They were on time, did quality work, and even offered suggestions for the future.

I had heard good things about this company and wanted to make an appointment with them. When I called they said that they were very booked and the earliest that they could come would be the next Wednesday unless I wanted to pay them overtime. I decided to wait until Wednesday and changed my busy work schedule for them to come. They said that they would be here between 9 and 11. At 9:30, I got a call from them saying that they didn't have enough technicians available and asked if I could take a 1 to 3 spot. I feel that if I made an appointment with them, they should have the technicians available at the very least for a consultation. My insurance is waiting for this quote and I specifically change my work schedule for them to be here. I feel that they just want people to pay them overtime prices. The woman was unapologetic on the phone. I will definitely be going with a different company .

The service was better than expected. Technician was very thorough and answered all my questions with great detail. I have used them before and they have been terrific. The total cost was $160.00, but I had a 10% off coupon, so the end total was $144.00. They also do plumbing work and I plan to call them here soon for a plumbing service.

I would use them again in the future.

I have had a home-maintenance contract with Robertson's for many years. The level of service has always been outstanding. The people working for this company are knowledgeable, friendly, polite, helpful, and a pleasure to do business with. I trust them completely, with the heating/air conditioning maintenance as well as their plumbing services, which I have used frequently through the years. This is an A+ company. I could not recommend them more highly.

The were prompt and efficient and provided the lest expensive brand of air conditioning.

No plumber available for 2 weeks. They were unable to provide the service.

Kevin arrived within a half hour of our call . This was Memorial Day weekend and we had small hope of finding a plumber, let alone one who showed up quickly. He had his red booties on to protect our carpets and introduced himself in a warm professional manner. He looked at the heater and told us what he thought the problem was but to "unlock the sensor" he had to call the manufacturer to get the code to do so. He had a bit of a wait and while doing so he explained the problem in layman's terms and answered all our questions. When he got through, he reset or unlocked the sensor with the information the technical rep gave him. This job was a little more complex than usual in that we had a warranty company but it did not have a water heater company on their books. They told us to pay the plumbing company directly and they would reimburse us once they authorized the work. Kevin had to deal with their rep to explain the problem, the charge and the overall service. He was polite as can be and patient as can be even though he had a full day ahead. He gave the impression that our satisfaction was the only thing important to him. lWe used Roberson before and were satisfied customers. This time the service was over the top. We highly recommend Roberson and , of course, Kevin.

I usually try to get it serviced once a month. They quoted me a price and didn't try to change it. They've been responsive. I've used them for several years.

Will and Cody were our electricians. They were very courteous and helpful in explaining things to me. They cleaned up any debris that they created. I will definitely use them again.

We had recently purchased an 18-year-old house that still had the original 50-gallon water heater -- which worked fine. Rather that wait for it to die, especially with the holidays approaching and guests coming to town, we decided to replace it. We called several plumbers, and got quotes that ranged from $800 to $1050. Aside from price, Robertson Electric was the most professional in answering the phone, providing information, and scheduling the appointment. The installers showed up on time, drained and replaced the 2nd-floor water heater, and cleaned up after themselves in less than 2 hours. They were polite, knowledgeable, put up with all of my questions, and did an excellent job. They installed an AO Smith water heater (the same as the one being replaced). That heater has brass fittings -- not plastic like some of the cheaper units on the market. I would not hesitate to recommend them, or to use them again.

The person was very knowledgeable and repaired the drain quickly.

It was an emergency and they were able to fit us in and get it replaced in the same day. The installer was nice, professional, on time, and we thought the service was reasonably priced.

Very courteous, professional, efficient. Had to go back to town for a part, but came right back and had it fixed in what seemed like a very short time for all the inconvenience of all the water on the garage floor and doing without water for nearly 24 hrs, since it was discovered early one evening and the serviceman came the next afternoon so water had to be turned off during that time. We will certainly call them again as needed.
