Typically for the semi annual service they charge $99. They have been around since 1968. They do everything, electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning. They are sort of a one stop place. I've never had a problem with them. If I was ever not satisfied, they would send someone right over.

They have very good customer service. I've never had any issues. They come in your house, they put on shoe covers, that's good. They are punctual. They tell you what's wrong, they tell you what they recommend and give you several options usually.

They checked everything over, cleaned it, changed filters. They have good customer service. Their price is a little bit on the high side. I use them because they are competent.

This was the first time I used them. They are scheduled to come out every six months for semi annual service. I started using them because my mother had been using them for many years. They will tell you when they can get to you and then if you need something sooner they will put you on a list if there is any cancellations.

We found them to be excellent. We’ve used them 5 times. Everyone they send is very qualified, very helpful and actually almost every time they’ve gone above and beyond what we’ve asked them to do. They’ve done electrical, they’ve done plumbing, all sorts of things.

We have a maintenance agreement with them. They were efficient, complete, and professional. It took them about and hour and that's what I expected. They were very well dressed, polite and mannerly.

Someone ALWAYS answers the phone, they ALWAYS have a reasonable turnaround for appointments and they ALWAYS show up when they say they will show up. That sounds like it should be a given for any business, but not the case in Charlottesville.

The plumber was here promptly and fixed the leak efficiently. He gave me several useful tips as well. Very professional and the charge was surprisingly fair. Very happy!

They were very quick to respond, that really stands out. They had somebody come out very quickly, like, within a day. Both technicians who came out were cordial and the diagnosis was pretty quick. They also came out for a heating and air conditioning issue. Their pricing was average.

They are expensive, they are not always able to fix it the first time. They are always available.

It went fine. Turns out the seal for the overflow from the bathtub had shifted. The repairman fixed it in 15 minutes, once the cause was determined.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Very cordial on the phone when we first called, and very informative every step of the way. Arrived exactly when they said they would, and completed the job in the time quoted. Cleaned up afterward and everything looked great. Even gave us information on how to apply for tax credits on our energy efficient heat pumps. The work crew was very professional and very accommodating. We won't be going to anyone else for our electrical/HVAC needs except Robertson. Super pleased.
