The estimator was a great guy. They really were not suited for the job that I needed done. They are more like a company that if something breaks, they come and fix it. I needed more of a plumbing contractor. An example would be if your toilet broke and you needed a toilet replaced, they would probably charge you a couple of hundred bucks to do it. They were using that same rate throughout the whole project when it was more extensive than what they were accustomed to doing. They were very, very expensive. It was a bad fit for the job.

The scheduler taking my call was extremely professional and helpful. The service man who came was professional and knowledgable and even did a bit extra while he was here. I was very pleased and it is reassuring to know we have someone to call on should we need them.

I had an A experience working with them. I would call them back out again in the future.

They are wonderful and we've used them several times. They are always on time and they call us the day before to remind us that they are coming. Their people are well trained and give us a lot of hints on how to make the heating system run more efficiently. They advised us not to turn the heat pump more than one or two degrees because it makes the heat pump work too hard to get the temperature back to where you want it. They are very friendly. They have never fixed anything that we had a problem with later. I think their price is comparable to others and we will definitely use them again in the future.

We are generally satisfied with them. They were generally on time. We have worked with them five or six times, so my memory is probably blending together a little bit. I do remember that one time they weren't going to make it on time, so they called to let us know they were going to be late, which is sometimes unusual with companies.

They arrived when scheduled and did the work in a timely manner. They also returned to clean up the area the next day. Great service.

When I made my initial call, I explicitly stated that I wanted a whole-house and an under-sink water filter installed in my house--and that my address was not on any mapping service (and gave my location). I gave this exact same information when I was called back by the company to actually schedule the appointment. I got a call the morning of the appointment because the plumber was not told my location, and he was lost. If he had been given the right information, he would have been on time. Then he said he was there to change a water filter and was only scheduled for a 1/2 hour service. Fortunately he call the company and was able to reschedule his morning so that he could stay and do the installation--rather than reschedule my installation. I was glad they did that since it was their error upon error. Jimmy Perry, the service technician, was quite proficient in doing the installation and created a by-pass system so that the entire filtration system could be shut off in case of problems while maintaining water service to the house. He was polite and answered all our questions. He cleaned up quite well after himself as well. The work took about two hours, which was about what I had expected, but the time spent resolving the scheduling problem was included in the time I was charged.

Techs have always been on time, or called if running late. They have explained what they were doing in great detail and answered all of my questions. I tend to think the more experience techs are best but all have been nice and professional.

We have used this company a few times. Upstairs heat and upstairs air conditioner problems. Would be hard put to describe the problems exactly, but they fixed them. Not major problems, so now I have a contract with them to check stuff two times a year to head off any problems.

Everything was excellent. They were speedy and thorough. The technician was knowledgeable and very experienced. I was very happy with their service.

Their service in whole was wonderful, the scheduling, the techs, the quality of their work....it was all good.
