They are a local electrical company. It was expensive as it was a tankless water heater. They were good.

I always use them. They are really good. I will use them again in the future.

A previous AC man told me that I needed a new fan sequencing switch for my Jantrol heat pump and that this was a common problem with this brand. I called Robertson's to have get one installed. The woman that I talked to on the phone was rude and condescending. I knew that they would have to do their own checks which I told her but she kept insisting that the company did not care what problems others had found, they only covered what they find. She then went silent for a couple of minutes and then asked if the 7th was good between 10 and 2. On the seventh I stood by until a bit after 2 when they called up and said that they were running late and he would be here in the next two hours. The tech showed up about three. I showed him where everything was. The AC was frozen up again. I told him about the sequencing circuit and he insisted the only thing that could cause freeze ups was lack of freon and clogged filters, and had never heard of a fan sequencing circuit. We checked the filters which he barely looked at. He told me that he was setting the AC to heat to unfreeze the system. He said would do a freon check after the system thawed out. He gave me the prices of adding freon and that if he added freon he would have to do a leak check which he said would run $99. I told him that we would do what we have to. I went inside to wait for the system to thaw. 40 minutes later I went looking for him. He was in the van completing the paper work. He told me that he had added 2 lbs of freon and found a leak in the condensing coil. Since he could not get in touch with the company they would call me with the price of a new coil. A week later Roberson's called up to schedule an appointment to replace the coil. I asked for a price and the person on the phone seemed to be amazed that I asked for a price. The coil replacement would run $1380. I called another HVAC company for a second opinion. I stayed with him the full time. He checked the freon levels (It was over- charged, though not enough to bleed off the extra) then commenced looking for a leak. He checked both the inside unit and outside unit and found a tiny leak on one of the connectors just off the compressor. This leak is repairable and does not require the replacement of the coil. This took a bit over 2 hours.

We like them, although they are a little expensive. They are timely and competent. I will use them again in the future.

Their price was in the middle of the bids that I got. The quality was excellent and they were always punctual. They were very professional and even wore booties.

Everyone answering the phone at their main number is very nice and helpful. I was also called because we had been slightly overcharged and she said she was sending me a check. The stated price is for a service contract on 3 units and 3 pounds of freon (the old stuff). One of those units is electric with propane back up (those cost a little more).

They are great. I?ve used them for a number of things. I have a contract with them. They are quick to respond and they always come when they say they will come. They are very personable, very respectful and very professional. I've never had to have them come back to redo anything. I am very happy with them.

I had them come by and give an estimate for a whole house humidifier. They quoted me a price after making some recommendations. Actually referred me away from the more expensive model, saying it really wouldn't be best for my situation. That impressed me. They came in and installed the humidifier but needed a plumber to come in with them to tap into the hot water heater. (they suggested that saying it would increase efficiency of the humidifier by 10%). Before they arrived I had called the office to ask if they would fix a leaky kitchen faucet as well. They said they would only charge for the time and materials and not add a separate service charge. Humidifier is installed and working fine. They were done in about 3 hours and I paid exactly what was on the estimate.

Good quality service. I think they're a little expense but I'm overall pleased with the transaction.

Excellent service and product. They followed up with a phone call to ask if all was good and then made a visit to our home a month later to check things out for themselves.

During the snow storms our oil heat went out. Robertson came out as soon as they could get their truck into our driveway. They fixed the problem quickly. Being on the maintenance agreement, there was no charge. We have always gotten top notch service from Robertson Electric. I highly recommend Robertson Electric. Their office staff, as well as their crew are knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I trust them completely.

The technician was courteous and professional, discovered the actual problem instead of fixing just what I asked for and took care of it with a minimum of fuss. I was quite pleased with my experience.

Called in the morning... we had no water at all. Tech came around noon.... had new pump by 4:30 the same day. Tech was nice, pleasant and very informative. Will call next time if need service Very happy. I did not comparison shop to know if I got a good price, but I feel I did by the way they do business. Randomly chosen.. but now I have a new plumber to use for future calls. Very professional and reliable.

Excellant and professional on the phone. Arrived a little early, saw they couldn't do the work without first contacting the utility. Called me immediately (I'm out of state) and gave me a status update. Arranged for the utility to come out and turn off the power, and the utility actually corrected the problem. Robertson called me right away and informed me of the situation and told me no additional charge. I love a contractor that works like that.

Everything went smoothly. It was easy to purchase the annual service contract and schedule the two service appointments over the phone. Once you have an annual contract, you get a discount on any other services, so I received the discount on the light fixture repair. I scheduled both appointments (A/C service and light fixture service) on the same day. Both technicians were prompt and knowledgeable. (In fact, Robertson called to see if an earlier day would suit me better, as they had a cancellation. I kept the original date since it worked better for my schedule.) The technicians always wore shoe covers so the house stayed clean. I was definitely satisfied with the work done.

Since I was out of water, I was quite anxious to get help right away and I called them at 7:30 in the morning and someone was there in an hour. Every problem was fixed. The technician was lovely, polite and knowledgeable. ] I'd used Robertson's for my central air and heating system with good results but wasn't sure about their capability in plumbing and it was excellent. I'd recommend them highly.

It was supposed to be a 2-day job, but they happened to have 2 teams available on the 21st so they did it all in 1 day. They arrived on time, were exceedingly professional starting with each workman introducing himself by name and shaking my hand. They went right to work, wore booties inside my house, cleaned up when they were finished and took all the leftover materials away. Only a few pieces of blown in insulation were left in the driveway, but had it not been raining, would have been swept up. 2 weeks later, a Robertson's inspector arrived at the appointed time and did a thorough inspection of all the parts and all the functions. He even added a little coolant to help the climb three stories to the air handler (the techs had put in the manufacturer's proscribed amount). They are a little more expensive than some of the other a/c companies in the area, but I feel we got our money's worth. They provide extra service, warranties, and knowledge that all were helpful and appreciated. Oh, and their office staff is excellent too.

Good, they were there exactly when expected and did a good professional job.

Service was friendly and prompt, especially considering on/off snow situation which was present. I was told of cost at first diagnosis. To reduce our costs, I asked if I could replace card myself (having electronics background), but company said they are not allowed to provide warranty parts to customers. So service was good, but cost seemed high considering all was labor and shipping of returned part to manufacturer; no parts cost. I say I would use the company again, but I would also explore other options.

They came over and did what we had asked them to do. They were reasonably priced. Our experience with them was fine.
