They were punctual, prices were reasonable, their was a small problem and they returned to fix it at no charge.

They will be come out again next week. I have known the company for a long time and I have done business with them like plumbing and electric, and they have always found them to be top notch professional, and dependable.

They also have put in a new water heater, generator and done wiring and lighting as well as other electrical projects for me. They also do plumbing and I have used them for that too. I use them all the time and will use them again in the future.

The job was not that hard to do, but they did a good job. I will use them again in the future. I was satisfied with their services.

Although better known for HVAC installation and services, Robertson Electric did a great job on my plumbing requests. Prompt, polite phone service and fast, very satisfactory work and clean-up by the serviceman.

They come twice a year. We think the price is a bit high. They are punctual. We would continue to use them in the future.

They are very considerate. When they come to the door of the house they cover their shoes so that they don’t track in dirt into the house. They are very polite. They were very nice. I have not had any problems with the outlet after that. They were here for an hour. They also had to go out and buy something. I chose them as they were recommended on Angies List. I will use them again.

Robertson has always performed excellent work. Installation of both the HVAC system and the water heater presented some challenges that the company dealt with in a professional and helpful way. They are always careful not to do any damage or make a mess and their post-work cleanup is excellent. Their technicians are always on time, professional and courteous. There may be companies in the area with lower prices but you get what you pay for. We will continue to use Robertson for our electrical, HVAC, or plumbing work.

As always, the technician was prompt in arriving, spent time evaluating the system and explained findings to us.

They didn't do much with it as it was to do with the system. I liked their promptness. The guy was professional and helpful. He told me that he can't do anything and he was about it. The person who came here was very nice and very professional. Their prices were reasonable.

My daughter also bought her unit from them. I would recommend them. They always wear the paper boots before they come into the house, which is nice. They also check to make sure that my animals don't get outside, which is nice.

I had some leaks in the kitchen that the repaired. They are fantastic.

I have an annual contract with them, and I pay them a certain amount a year for the service. They may not be cheap, but they are extremely reliable, which is what I was looking for. They are extremely clean and neat. The ladies in the office are very nice and responsive. They are a pretty big company. They are excellent, and I am very happy with them. time to arrive was between noon and 2....he arrived 20 minutes before 2pm and went to work. the toilets were fixed in good time, but the caulking was terrible and I did not see the poor job until I returned to the unoccupied townhouse a week later. I wanted the old caulking removed, not caulked over the old. I have been a customer for 15 years and was appalled at the job. II will continue to use them for heating and air, but not for plumbing

I think they are excellent, they are clean, efficient and they come when I need them. I have used them for plumbing and I have used them for electrical work.

They are always very punctual and they always take the time to put on shoe guards so they never bring any dirt into your house. They are polite and one time they thought they had fixed a problem but I had to call them back because the problem came back so they did not charge me for the second call because they said they should have fixed it the first time. I will use them again in the future.

We could not have been more please with the Robertson employees. The extimator did a great job explaining the system and gave us a good extimate. The crew arrived on time, went right to work, they were quiet and did their work. The job was completed on time. The estimator A.W. Crawford showed up on the day the work was being done.

They are very well rated on Angie’s List. That’s why I called them out. They had the highest ratings in the area. They were efficient and competent, but the approach to the problem was more than I needed to solve the problem. They wanted to do $1299 worth of work whereas the other fellow fixed the problem for $394. I am sure the other company fixed the problem and there wasn’t anything dishonest about what they were doing. The other people in the area had the same experience as well. The man that fixed it for me had to rip up sections of my attic floor. However, Robertson said that they need to come in and rip up my closet floor which meant taking up carpeting and something else. I told them that I needed the problem fixed. They were professional, but they had a different approach when we could have done it with a simple approach. They were very pleasant and very good. The first man who came ended up just servicing the unit and said that he had to send somebody out to look at it who was supposedly the owner of the business. He said that he would get back with the quote, but it took him a bit too long to get back with the quote. The quote was high as well. I wouldn’t call them again.

The kitchen was original 1960's era and needed the electrical brought up to code with additional outlets added for modern appliances, wiring grounded, etc. Robertson was very professional on the phone. The gentleman who came to do the estimate was on time, efficient and professional as well. The reason we didn't go with Robertson was because of the price. We received additional estimates from two other companies. Both estimates came in the $800 range, as opposed to the listed price above, which was what we were quoted by Robertson. We ended up getting additional lighting in the kitchen which was much needed and all for about $1000. The guys at Robertson are really great. Wish this particular job could have worked out. Price was the only issue. Robertson also called for a follow-up to the estimate. Professional all the way.
