It all went smoothly--they offered a convenient installation time, arrived on time, and performed the task efficiently.

They are very knowledgeable, give a written estimate, and are punctual and friendly. They clean up the mess and will come back to repair anything that wasn't installed properly at no charge. So it's a 100% warranty if it's their fault.

We had an estimate done for moving and changing outside lighting and another inside project. T:he estimate that was finally sent over 2 months later didn't itemize anything at all. I was quite angry that the estimate took as long as it did considering we were told it would be mailed out the following week. During a hot day this past summer, our AC stopped working and my husband called them. As an ESA customer we have a quote "pass to the front of the line" unquote and were told it would be the next afternoon before anyone could come by. I called them back and had to get angry with them before they agreed to send someone by the end of the day and also told us we would have to pay overtime after hours. The tech came within hours, explained that they were dealing with new staff that they would not have charged us for overtime. I then received a mailing by mistake asking about the estimated work to be done. In the letter it mentioned that they had tried contacting us several times and were unable to do so. When I called them about this letter, no one had a clue except for their manager who speaks to people in a condescending tone. We just received the contract renewal and will not be renewing with them. It is a shame because their techs are good, it is the Administration that is less than stellar. Their Administration/Customer Service should really READ and comprehend the ESA contracts and what it states there. I will be renewing with another company that offers a 20% discount on parts and labor for our HVAC and I will contact a contractor we trust about electrical and plumbing companies. They obviously have grown too big to be efficient or treat customers well. Perhaps it is just me. I had no issues prior to the retirement of the woman who I originally spoke with there. I also suggest if they do work - you should itemize the estimates not one lump sum. But they say that isn't their policy. They could charge anything for a "part" that you could probably get somewhere else for less. Then I was told that we could buy it and they would install it. I can't see the expense of moving a line from the outside of the house to the inside of the house within 12 feet costing over $1000. It just doesn't seem right. Will compare that with my contractor. I will also update the review with the comparison price once I get it. (That should be interesting, and my contractor will come back and make repairs within a year of the work too.)

I’ve used them off on and for 14 year years. I usually sign a contract for $150-160 and then they come twice, once in the winter and once in spring or fall. They seem competent and trustworthy.

Phone contacts were courteous and professional. The service called prior to the tech arriving to note that he was on the way. The technician called prior to arrival to get more details on the problem and to assure that the correct parts and supplies were available in his truck. Upon arriving a quick assessment of the issue by the technician revealed that a replacement of the hose bib was not needed and a simple internal washer replacement would solve the issue which he then installed. He took time to explain what we could do should we have a similar failure on other bibs around the house, and noted that their firm also performed electrical and HVAC services. We will definitely use this company again should we need additional plumbing services.

I researched Robertson Electric and talked to several people who had had work done on their homes. Every one had only positive things to say. My experience was only positive. Their employees were very professional and did an outstanding job. I will highly recommend them to anyone I know who needs their services.

They are very neat and very clean the man that comes out is very personable. They are very knowledgeable and always do a good job.

GREAT. We were told they would show up at 0800 on the scheduled day, and at 0759 they knocked on the door. The technician was polite and knew what he was doing. Very professional. The work done on the system check was well worth the $89.00 per unit and the additional charge to fill the freon was my choice after the technician was able to give me a very viable set of options. It may look like I will have to replace a coil that has a hole in it, but the technician is checking numbers to see if there is any warranty left to help with costs. In all honesty, I should go back with the company who installed the system just 3 years ago and I might save some money, but i would rather use Robertson for their professionalism. I was very impressed with the service and i feel comfortable going back with Robertson to help me in the future.

This is a newer technology than the more intrusive HVAC duct cooling. And much more $$ than the single AC window units. So we were apprehensive and requested bids from 3 electrcial firms. Years ago another firm installed a smaller heat pump in an addition and we planned to use them again. Their bid was much higher, even with our 'good customer' and 'cash' considerations. Their technician told us we had to hire people to remove large bushes next to the house and dig out and level the ground where the power unit would sit. Our regular electrician said he did not have the particular license to insall this sort of system given that it involves freon. We were very pleased with the extremely tidy job done by Robertson. The small tubing in front of our home looks like a gutter. They did not need to remove any bushes. No major digging was required. They supplied the necessary cement platform for the power unit on the ground and it fit nicely between my decade old shrubs. The polished professional look of their completed job stands in sharp contrast to my older heat pump.

Needless to say the mess is catastrophic. We discovered the break on Sunday night and shut off the water main. Called Roberson Monday morning (no real point calling Sunday night and pay the extra) and they had a plumber to our house withing and hour and a half. Diagnosed the problem within minutes and fixed it in a jiffy. Nice fellow and gave some very helpful tips as to how to avoid this kind of thing in the future. We will be ding some major plumbing redos when fixing the disaster, and definately will be leaning toward them if they're estimate is reasonable.

Service was prompt and punctual. When it turned out that the solution proposed didn't fix the problem, he returned at no charge.

I couldn't ask for a better company to deal with in every aspect of their services and installation and would highly recommend them with no hesitation.

I went to the attic to make sure the PVC tubes for the AC unit were clear for draining. Found a broken fitting which indicated that the previous company broke it when they installed a condenser coil. I called Robertson and they sent a technician the same day. He recommended a replacement pan (had to be ordered). They were back in less than a week, pan in hand, and replaced everything in less than an hour. Robertson's technicians know their business and can explain what they are doing to a novice like me.

It’s been good. They are not the cheapest guys in the world but they are very responsive. They know what they’re doing. They try to figure out what’s going on and they can size things up pretty quickly. They are professional and stand behind their work. We've been pleased with them. We had some problems with the pipes and we called them and they sent somebody out very quickly. They are punctual when they say they’re coming. If you got something out of the ordinary, they will work you in.

They were able to come right away, did not have to wait, did a good job, had everything they needed in the van and put booties on their feet when they walked in the house.

I had an appointment that I had to cancel at the last minute due to a family issue. They were very fair. The best part was when I was finally able to get the work done at the last minute because someone else cancelled. Each provider I've had contact with has been very professional. They stand behind their work!

They came on time. Tried to save us some money by repairing faucet in bathroom twice, however this did not work out. They came back twice and finally installed a faucet I had bought. The other work was good to excellent.

The guys at Robertson are prompt, professional and real experts. They have been caring for everything in our home for 15 years. They do our plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, and have replaced major systems for us as well as doing regular maintenance. I simply could not trust a group more.

I have a room heated with a radiant heat system designed and installed by a prior owner, and I discovered that the heat wasn't working well, so called in Robertson Electric. The plumber who arrived diagnosed the problem as a broken heating element. He found a spare I already had and installed it for me.

They are just absolutely extra super-duper. Other Angie's List members would expect satisfaction. My experiences have always been great, they just take care of me. I've had them since I moved here which is 6 years, and I would never change them. I have one coming up on the 11th of June, that's for the service contract for the air conditioning. I like them. Anything I ask, they answer and any problem I had even if I can't describe it perfectly, they have no problem telling me what should be done, and they don't overcharge because I have a service contract with them. The people who answer the phone are very, very nice, they are polite and knowledgeable. If I go into the office and see about something, everybody jumps to it, they're great. Anyone who comes to the door to do these services, whether it be electrical or plumbing, they put booties on their shoes and they clean up after themselves and they're just very good.

Fast service, calling to offer an even earlier appt. the day they were expected.. I gratefully accepted. It was expensive, but the problem was real and needed the proper solution and not one short-sided. Kevin was excellent and a fine representative of his employer. Even my dogs loved him. I will call this business again.

The hot water line under the sink in our downstairs bathroom gave way leaking water under the cabinet and inside the wall. Even though it was Saturday, Robertson was able to come by to fix it within an hour of my call. The serviceman laid out the cost up front and was able to complete the job in record time (even though it was at a higher "emergency" cost per hour). The repairman did a great job. We will definitely call Robertson again for plumbing work.
