Description of Work: We purchased the material for a luxury vinyl floor from Carpet Plus. They gave us a lot of information and advice on choosing what floor covering to use. We ordered the material and installed ourselves. The only issue was that they recommended 10% overage and we didn't use any of the overage, we did it with the original measurement. But they don't take back unopened boxes so we have about $200 worth of product we don't know what to do. I did like the personnel at the store and they worked with us at keeping the boxes and letting me pick up as we went through the laying. I didn't have room onsite for all the boxes at once. And I am very happy with the product. It looks like and is durable and very attractive.

Description of Work: Our original hardwood flooring had been discontinued about three years ago. Duane called the distributor to ask if he might know of a retailer who had a supply still on hand. Unfortunately, no one did. Then, when we chose a similar match to our flooring it was slightly thinner, and Duane selected an underlayment for the new flooring so that it was seamless where it joined the existing floors. Carpet Plus also stained the shoe molding to match the new floors, and it is perfect, which saved us money over ordering shoe molding from the floor manufacturer.
