Carpet Plus

Carpet Plus has an extensive selection of carpets and allowed me to take home many samples, over several days. Their communication was consistent and they kept me informed of the status of my order and confirmed scheduling and followed up afterwards to ensure I was satisfied. Their installer is first-rate and she did a flawless job of installing the carpet on our stairs. I highly recommend Carpet Plus.

Great! All of the staff at Carpet Plus from estimating to sales to installation are professional, experienced, and friendly. The floor looks great and we were impressed with the staff's attention to detail and the owner's direct communication along the way.

Everything met my expectations. The salesman, Mike, was courteous and helpful and patient as I debated options. The carpet and rug arrived as scheduled and was installed on the date agreed upon. The men who installed the carpet arrived on time and worked efficiently installing the carpet in an odd-shaped room. The installation looks beautiful with the necessary seam not at all visible.

Everything went great! Excellent help in selecting a product, scheduling it at a time that worked well for us, and completing it. Excellent attention to detail and desire to make everything perfect.

I had a wonderful experience working with Mike Bruscia at CarpetPlus. He was knowledgeable, helpful, polite, clear, and punctual. The people they contracted out to do the tiling were the same way, as well as being quite efficient and clean (didn't leave a mess behind). When there was a problem with the grout showing some holes a few hours after installation, I contacted Mike about it. He had the installers return the next morning at 8:00am and they fixed the problem to my satisfaction (now it looks perfect), at no additional charge of course. I found them all to be very trustworthy and responsive. I'm glad to do business with them again!

Very well. We thought the service was excellent throughout the entire process.

It took me about a month to get a quote and proper response. Upon finally being called, I was given a day's notice. I rearranged my schedule to be here for an 8-8:30 am time frame. No one came. I had to call them at 9. I was told, "I think there was a change in the schedule. I'll call you back." No call back until 10:45 and was told they'd be there 12-12:30. They did arrive at 12 and took one hour to do the work. About 5 hours of my day was wasted waiting on this. The workers were nice. However, there are definitely noticeable seams, which I do understand, but was hoping they'd be minimal. They are not minimal.

Excellent in both sales and installation. They worked with me to find a solution that was inexpensive but didn't look cheap. The two installers were professional, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with.

From start to finish, excellent. Began at their store to look at carpet selection, choose samples and discuss work. Sales rep/estimator showed up on time in our home to review samples and take measurements. Sample selected. Received a quote the next day. Agreed to price. Carpet was ordered and I was called with the scheduled installation date. They called before that date as a reminder. Crew showed up ON TIME and AS SCHEDULED (hooray) and work was done very professionally. The guys obviously know what they are doing and you can tell it is NOT their first rodeo. Communication was great throughout.

The entire experience of shopping for the carpet to installation was very professional and enjoyable. Everyone at Capet Plus was very nice and helpful. The carpet came in quickly and the installation went very smoothly. The crew that showed up were great. I would use Carpet Plus again for sure.

Great. The gentleman who installed the carpet was truly knowledgeable. Stairs are very labor intensive and he did a fabulous job. Everything looks great.

The whole process went very smoothly. It took about two weeks to get the hardwood, Then they dropped it off a couple of days before installation so that it could adjust to the temperature. When the installers came (as scheduled), they called en route to let us know they were on the way. It took a day and a half to lay the hardwood. The installers were good to work with. The final product looked great -- they matched the hardwood that already existed in adjoining rooms. And they cleaned up after themselves. Overall, a great experience!

I can't rank the pricing because we didn't look around. We wanted to buy local and after reading the reviews on this site, I knew we wanted to use CarpetPlus. Duane, the owner, and his team did not disappoint. The entire experience from picking out the carpet at the store (while eating freshly baked cookies... HUGE plus) to the timing and quality of work were superb... I honestly can't say enough. Duane walked my wife and I through the process and helped us determine the best quality carpet for our budget and needs, they were flexible when we needed to push back the installation by a day, and the work was done ahead of schedule. If you need carpet or flooring, you should strongly consider using Carpet Plus!

The whole process from showroom visit to on-site estimation to installation to follow up was excellent. I visited the showroom and met with Duane, the owner. I discussed my needs and he showed me the options providing helpful information. I felt he was a straight shooter and never tried to oversell me. The estimator and installers were pleasant and installation was quick and first rate. Before the installers left, another employee arrived to check the installation and asked if I was happy with the job and if there were any questions. A day or two later Duane, the owner, called to double check that I was satisfied with the job which I was. I definitely will have these folks do my second floor carpeting. I cannot judge the cost as I did not shop on price. I was looking for people I could trust and who would do a first class installation job of quality product.

Very positive experience. A visit by them to see and measure the space. They provided a detailed estimate which we accepted. The installers were on time and very professional and efficient. They finished in two days with the exception of one small closet because of a small error in the measurements which left them slightly short. They came back the next week and finished the job at their expense. Very happy with the quality of the work.

The entire process went great! We went to the showroom to look at carpet. Carpet Plus helped us find a discontinued and therefore cheaper carpet for our needs, and it still looks great. They were able to schedule the installation for only three days later, and the installation went as planned. They were on time, worked quickly, and it looks great. The customer service is amazing - everyone there from the owner to the salesman to the installer are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They even followed up by phone the next day to make sure we were happy. Wow!

Excellent job. Dwayne was super professional and found exactly the right carpet for a reasonable price. The installers were punctual, clean, and responsive to our requests. The job turned out beautifully.

Was very happy with the overall job by Carpet Plus. Very professional and very responsive, which is a huge plus when dealing w/ such a big project. The price may not be the cheapest in town, but the job and service is worth the little extra. Would def use them again.

We met with owner, Duane Cassis, and he agreed with our assessment of the install and offered to work with us to determine the best options. He was able to do some research, locate some of the discontinued hardwood and arrange for installation by a skilled installer in a timely fashion. We have been very pleased with the way the company has handled this situation and cannot say enough positive things about the company, its owner and the integrity in which this situation was resolved. We would highly recommend this company for any flooring needs and intend to use them again.

Carpet Plus was very helpful because they had done similar condos before and he already knew the layout and all the square feet. He had prior knowledge and gave me quotes on several different types of carpet for a wide range of choices. I gave him all the information he needed and he got back to me very quickly, within an hour and gave me a quote over the phone.

Carpet Plus are extremely professional. They are great communicators because if something went wrong I knew it almost before it happened. On one of the jobs the store manager came to help with installation in order not to throw off my schedule for job completion because one of the crew members called in sick. Their price is comparable to other retailers and I have used them a number of times.

We contracted with Carpet Plus because we knew they specialized in high-quality and environmentally benign materials. We were also impressed by the level of expertise, the cordiality, and the low-pressure s approach of sales representative Ed Mallan. He was very helpful in guiding our choice of carpet and in overseeing the installation, which was done with expertise. Completely satisfied in every way.
