Fine. Tech identified a problem that could have caused the system to stop working in the future, but did not push me to make the repair now. What I really appreciated, in addition to this and the semi-annual check of our HVAC system: he went beyond the call of duty to quickly figure out how to make the remote on our gas log set work.

Perfect. Josh is always on time, friendly, upbeat, positive attitude and ALWAYS takes the time to answer our questions. When we have issues with our heating or air (which is infrequent) and need a service call, we always ask for Josh. We trust his judgment work and any recommendations he may make. We think of Josh as a good person, employee and technician.

I've used Albemarle Heating & Air to service my HVAC system for the last several years. They provide twice yearly service. The technicians are always very thorough and answer questions that I have.

Very professional all the way around. The installer, Matt O, explained his work plan, reviewed installation work and along with his assistant cleaned up after themselves. Great service that deserves to be rewarded!

Andrew evidently is very knowledgeable because the issue was fixed quickly! The water line in our geo-thermal was filled with debris which shut the system down.

It was very good. It was not an easy job because it's an older house and the space for the inside portion of the HVAC was restricted, They were able to find one that would fit in the space. They did a good job of putting it in. The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Since they put my heating I would use them again. I kinda watched them when the were doing to make sure they didn't just look at the unit and glanced at it. They did look at it, they took the sides off it, clean it, and changed the filter. Looks like they did a pretty thorough job.

As usual, Albemarle Heating & Air earn good marks for their service. Typical of all service techs that have serviced our heat pump, Scott called before arriving at the scheduled time, alerted us to a potential problem, offered solutions, provided clear explanations, and was very courteous. We will continue to due business with Albemarle Heating & Air.

When the flat roof needed to be replaced, they were called to move the condensers. They totally screwed it up, attaching the neighbor's HVAC to my electric meter. They also did not replace the valve that keeps outside air from coming in through the system when it is off. They did fix the neighbor problem, but refused to fix the valve. I was forced to live with cold air blowing in through my cold air return for the rest of my tenancy. They were very unresponsive.

Josh came out from Albemarle Heating and Air, evaluated the problem, brought us the necessary replacement, and patiently walked us through the information we needed to know to operate the new thermostat effectively. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all our questions. He also cleaned up after doing the work, even vacuuming the carpet under the thermostat. We appreciate the care he took to make sure the job was done in the best way possible.

It went well. My heat pump is site-challenged, no water source nearby, and Timmy worked very hard to get the coil cleaned.

Jared arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He introduced himself and explained what he planned to do. When he finished he explained what he had done.

Very well. Brian also recommended some things to add to prevent any problems from condensation forming and leaking through the ceiling. We thought this was an excellent suggestion and have made an appointment to have this done.

Serviced showed up on time and fixed the issue quickly. I wasn't home, but spoke to him over the phone and was very nice and had good recommendations.

The service was quick, the phone rep was polite, and did not get upset when I was starting to get upset. The technician was a neighbor, excellent communication skills, quick to respond, skilled at what he does. It took them 2 visits to repair the unit because they had to wait for parts from the manufacturer. In the meantime, they provided us with window units to help us be comfortable upstairs.

Joshua Thurston was very professional, very polite, and did an excellent job. Found a problem that he explained and fixed. Very happy.
