We were extremely satisfied with the work done at our home by Albemarle Heating and Air. Ivan, our technician, was courteous, friendly, and efficient. We've been using Albemarle for HVAC services since 2008 and are very please with their consistently excellent service. Carol S.

Although, it all was a bit pricey, their guarantee and their payment system was excellent. The manager explained everything to us before proceeding. The main installer, Matt P., worked with Ryan J. for 4 days in and around our house. They put down padding to make sure that the inside never got dirty. They arrived promptly at 8:00 AM every morning and worked constantly, even in our attic, during June, 2019's heat wave .

Excellent. Always very competent and punctual. Maurice performed the spring check up today and I was very happy with his work, as I always have been with Albemarle

Jamie Fisher is experienced, knowledgeable and inventive. Several different technicians have been unable to solve the problem, and despite the fact that it was a Saturday call, Jamie thoughtfully examined the problem and came up with novel ways to address it temporarily, until a new part could be ordered. We were impressed by his meticulous and patient service.

Technician was friendly, fast, efficient and very patient in answering my many questions. I was particularly pleased with how accomodating the office was when I had to reschedule my appointment several times on short notice.

Katie Stanonik is our technician. She is thorough, detailed, and a friendly professional. After service completion, she always explains what she did or didn't find regarding the condition of our heating appliances.

Fazal H. did a great job. He thoroughly surveyed and maintained the heating system, and gave good pointers to help prolong the life of the system. I would highly recommend him and his company.

We have a service contract and AA has , in the last 7 years , replaced/improved various aspects of our system as needed. We might find cheaoer, but I find them dependable, knowledgeable and professional.

The visit went very well. Adam has been here before and I was glad to know he is still with the company. He was efficient and informative as usual. He always does everything in a very clean manner. He is great about offering information we can do to keep things running well in between visits. We will be buying some Distilled Vinegar to clean our drain on a regular basis. Great! It went better than expected, starting from the salesperson to the technicians. They won a new customer, and we have already started spreading the word. What’s even better, they are a local company.

Cause was found and corrected in very short time.

Bill arrived 20 minutes late although. We were the first call of the day. He spent 2 1/2 hours inspecting a four year old unit that was working well. He came up with a recommended $500 repair but could ‘ t explain the real need for it.i felt that his job was to look for something to repair , hence the over 2 hour fishing expedition.

James called ahead to alert us of his arrival. He was prompt, courteous and thorough. The sysem was working fine, so the only work was maintenance. I count on Albemarle Htg. & Air for their professionalism.

Just fine. The furnace had not been serviced for two years and had run out of oil. He had to bleed the pipe and check everything. It also needed a capacitor. The furnace runs great now.

Tara took my call and gave me more attention than I expected, asking questions and offering information. Carlos arrived on time and did a thorough check of the unit, made the repair and explained what he was doing and how I can maintain the unit in the future. This was service beyond my expectations. Well done.

Three visits too many. First person...not Jared...diagnosed a leak but said she couldn't do anything about it. filled it with Freon which all leaked out in the next few days. Jared did the repair which was good except he left the indoors thermostat set to 66. so for the next 24 hours it ran its little heart out til I discovered why it was so cold in the house. Waste of electricity. I liked Jared, but it was careless to leave the thermostat set so low. I was there when he left so he could have told me. I am going to deduct some of the price of the repair for the excess electricity wasted.
