Albemarle Heating and Air was very responsive to my call. They came within a few hours and got my AC working again. They also took the time to explain what was needed now and will be needed in the future. They came promptly, kept in touch, and most important to me, came even though I didn't have a service contract. I would certainly use them again and refer them to my neighbors.

They have done a wonderful job with our heat pump. They are one of those fellows that if they tell you they are going to be there, they are there. They were on time. There was no overtime. They come to take care of your services needed. They checked everything and made sure it was right. Their price was reasonable. It was equal to everything else that goes on around here as far as I know. They take care of their customers. They definitely know what they're doing.

They always do a good job. The head man gave me his personal cell number so that I could call him directly.

Fantastic could not ask for more.

The service person arrived on-time and did a great job. He was professional and I felt very comfortable having him stay here to finish up when I had to leave for an appointment. I've been with Mack Morris for several years now and have been very happy with the service provided.

We had 2 different companies give us estimates for the work that we needed to have done. Both very reliable companies. This company just came across better. They had a financing plan through Wells Fargo for the Trane products we wanted that enabled us to have the whole project completed in one job. They provided information about what would be done. When they ran into trouble after finding the floor joists were weak under the previous furnace they had names for several contractors who could fix the problem at reasonable cost to us.They were very personable and professional. They finished on time which was extremely important as my husband had surgery the day they finished. The only 2 things I would have liked to have been handled differently were: 1. Not so many vents/returns in our bedroom as I think this looks choppy and 2. I would have liked not to have found a grounding prong left in our outdoor socket for us to remove or pay to have removed.

We received several quotes for a new system. Albemarle was not the cheapest (but very competitive). Their sales person/consultant was very knowledgable in terms of understanding what our needs were and recommending a comprehensive systems approach to solving. They were signficantly more expert and professional than the 2 other firms we spoke with. Their service and responsiveness after the install has been good.

Professional technician did the agreed upon services. Only complaint is that I heard a radio commercial for same service for $35 less a few days after service.

I called Albemarle Heating & Air and the lady checked to see if they had the pice needed, (they did) and told me that someone would be at my house between 1-4. About 30 minutes later the man from AH&A arrived and fixed the problem! Still have not heard from W.E. Brown!

They were very nice. While they were installing the new furnace, they brought me heaters so that I wouldn’t freeze. They were great. I would recommend them a million times.

Very old ac unit fan wasn't coming on . I called Monday early am and service technician Chris was on site within 30 minutes - they had someone reschedule an all day job so a couple of techs were readily available. ($100 diagnostic fee explained on phone prior to appointment). "Relay " problem - i think.... Diagnosed and fixed in less than 15 min. I asked that he also check my ac dual system and upstairs thermostat as the upstairs had never cooled well. We also discussed cons of attic fan system.. He didn't pressure me to get a new unit but did advise I am a decade overdue (Goodman unit - imagine that!) I watched his work and learned as much as I could while he was here. He was an Incredibly patient , efficient, skilled and informative technician.

Their service was excellent. The sales representative was very polite. They checked the system two or three times throughout the year to make sure it was functioning. I've been very pleased. My electric bills have gone down about 20%. I pay the monthly maintenance service now, and they're very thorough on their checkups.

It's always very good. They always keep me informed if anything changes.

They come twice a year to provide service to make sure everything is running okay. They have been great and I would recommend them to anyone.

Technician Mike was outstanding and completely professional! Mike arrived on schedule and was knowledgable about all aspects of the system. Mike thouroughly tested the system checking all coolant levels and noted all coolant and pressure levels during various modes of opreration in order that they could be comparied on furture service calls. Found that operating pressure levels were too high and fixed. Overall was well pleased with the service.

There was one problem we had, they miss-scheduled an appointment and we had people standing by and they didn't show. But we rectified that, someone in their office had put down the wrong date. But other then that they came across and did what we asked them to do. They were available. The price was a little high, about average with the local market.

The only issue was that after finding a unit circuit problem he did not continue checking freon or what might have caused the problem. When I called to ask if he checked the freon, the office had him call me; he apologized, said he should have and was willing to come back and do it prior to the part coming in and replacing it. I was fine with waiting for it during the part replacement. All quickly completed.

I have a maintenance contract with them. I pay about $100 a year, and they come twice. I have dealt with them for about seven years, and they have been good every year. I would definitely continue to use them in the future. I know both experiences, that is, both long-term maintenance and buying an entire new system and having it installed, and they are excellent.

They put A/C in my home last summer and they provided good service and had a good quality. They were prompt and courteous. They called back to make sure that I was pleased with their work. They even sent a personalized letter on the mail box from the owner of the company thanking me for using them. They were personable.

The installation went smoothly. They do a good job reminding you when you are due for follow up. They installed a new heating and air conditioning system in the past. They are always very reliable.

They did a good job. I had used someone else before and they sent a second person and quoted me for doing more than what was necessary. So, I called Albemarle for a second opinion. They were not only able to fix it the same day, but also fixed it for about a third or quarter of what the other people were going to charge. They were extremely knowledgeable and listened to what I had to say in terms of what the problem was. So, I was very pleased with Albemarle Heating & Air. Their price was excellent. It was far less than the other one and they were also doing somewhat less work, but they fixed the problem. So, that was my concern. The quality of their work was excellent. They were responsive, punctual and professional as well. I couldn’t have been more pleased with what they did. They were efficient, fast and the guy had everything that he needed when he came out on the truck to fix the problem. There wasn’t a question about sending somebody out.

They were prompt. They gave me an estimate and stuck to it. They gave me some honest advice as to what to do with the system that I have. My husband said that he wouldn’t have used them if he didn’t think the price that they gave him was fair. They were very punctual and professional. I would use them again in the future.
