Description of Work: Installed new AC unit and air handler. The work came in at the estimate. Communication from the company was very good and the work was completed in the timeframe promised. All techs were very professional and took the time to train me on the new system and thermostat. Overall an excellent experience.

Description of Work: Replace a part in the AC and cleared the drain pipe. |Employee wanted to fabricate a part, from 2 other parts. Tech displayed his displeasure when I called the manager to get a clarification for my wife.2nd employee who brough the correct part was professional and prompt. Company said they would mail me an itemized bill, I have not received on yet. I did have the charge on my monthly charge card already.

Description of Work: Routine maintenance on 3 HVAC units. Ryan found a significant problem with a humidifier that had obviously not been detected before despite quarterly maintenance. He took the time to show me the problem and suggest possible solutions. He also told me about a rebate from the power company and provided me with the applications. Great job, Ryan!
