Went to the showroom and spoke with Lara (spelling). She was helpful and pleasant. Set up a date for measuring with Leon. Leon was prompt and professional. We met with him a couple days later to see his proposal. He quoted for cost of materials and labor but did not provide a design of the kitchen. As we wanted a lot of cabinet organizers, we were concerned that the costs would not be solid. Also, the choices of granite were not great and I didn't really find one that excited me.

Senior designer Leon designed our small and dark master bathroom and gave us not only a great idea but suggested cost effective design. We had to contact the office very often. Most of the phone calls we made were answered by Lutfiye. She was very pleasant and helpful. Alejandro, Oscar, Alfonso and the team were excellent. They worked from early morning till evening so hard. They were professional and devoted to their work. Project Manager Yunus often stopped by to see the progress and how we liked it. Whenever we called Yunus requesting for some changes, he handled the request pleasantly. Now our bathrooms are bright and beautiful. All the staff are very professional and pleasant. We highly recommend.

We needed to update our kitchen and got estimates from 3 contractors - decided to go with Virginia Kitchen and Bath because they were close to our home. They were not the cheapest estimate we got but after reading their reviews, we decided that they were the best choice. We wanted to update the cabinets & countertop and add recessed and under cabinet lighting. Kemal helped us with the original design and selecting the options that would go well with our hardwood floors. We replaced our 30 in wall cabinets with 42 in cabinets to get more storage and added some deep drawers to the base cabinets. For the countertop, we had the option of granite or quartz but decided to go with granite because we had better options with the granite in our budget. We also added 3 wall cabinets with a small countertop by the wall for additional storage and counter space. For the lighting, we went with 8 recessed lights and 4 lights under the cabinets. The project was estimated to take 2 weeks and it was finished right on time. The workers were very punctual and professional and cleaned up at the end of every day. We did have some issues with the molding for the base cabinets - we had put in matching quarter round molding at the bottom of the base cabinets when we got our hardwood floors but they could not reuse that and the molding that came with the cabinets did not go with the floor. However, Kemal was very accommodating and they did come back and put in the matching shoe molding for our floor after about a week. The kitchen looks very good and they did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

I hired Virginia Kitchen and Bath for my home remodeling. They've successfully completed 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and carpeted my basement to my satisfaction. It was a great pleasure working with the VKB team. Work process went thoroughly as planned and we couldn't be any happier. They are definitely a one-stop-shop as they advertise. I was able to pick out all my materials in their showroom. Kemal was our designer and provided us with great design ideas and assisted in making our selections. He definitely had the experience and a touch of taste. It wasn't easy making selections for all 4 areas and Kemal definitely helped us out with making it easy. Burak was assigned as a project manager and was on top of everything throughout the process. We were able to address him with any concerns and he dealt with them with care. The working team was on schedule everyday. They were respectful of my property and worked very hard and cleaned up perfectly every day. We solicited three bids before deciding on a company for our bathroom remodel, but Virginia Kitchen and Bath (VKB) had our vote as soon as we met their representative, Dale, at our home. His professionalism and creative problem-solving ideas during the initial meeting inspired not only immediate confidence, but also excitement about the project. VKB's bid was very competitive and we had no hesitation going with them. While we had a clear idea of what we wanted for the bathroom, subsequent meetings at the VKB showroom with Dale and our project lead, Yunus, helped us further refine our vision, and they had a wide array of materials and products available so we could decide where we wanted to invest our money and where we could save. Yunus selected a two-man work crew for us who were nothing short of phenomenal; the two men did everything themselves from the dry wall to the electrical to the plumbing to the painting, so we did not have a parade of different people coming and going. They were at our home for a week and worked so efficiently, neatly, and quietly that the project was minimally disruptive and their work was excellent. They truly went above and beyond in meeting our every wish. Yunus came for regular drop-ins to ensure that everything was on track, and addressed any concerns or changes from us immediately. The resulting bathroom with frameless shower is a showpiece; we have something that is even grander than our expectations, and the cost was within our original budget. Finding a good contractor in this area can be tricky, but VKB has our vote for professionalism, selection, quality and price. We'll use them again when we do our master bath!

I had looked a few other places, but I couldn't find absolute black granite counter tops. Virginia Kitchen and Bath had them which is what drew me in to their store. Their prices were reasonable and we signed a contract. I needed a wall knocked down between the dining room and kitchen and have a peninsula installed. Virginia Kitchen and Bath knocked down the wall and added wood floor and kitchen tile to fill in the gaps. I couldn't even tell where the new floors went! Worked was reasonably on schedule. The guys were immaculately clean and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. They were very responsive to questions and we kept in touch constantly via emails. I an very happy with their service.

I had surgery pending so asked for a quick turn-around, and VA K&B delivered - several weeks early! I was given cell numbers of the project manager, Burak, and all the workmen, so was able to contact them quickly with questions and concerns; VA K&B was also very responsive to emails. All their personnel were very professional, and as quiet as the work permitted (obviously not possible while tile was being broken up and sawed!), so it was easy to use the rest of my condo while they were working. They were also very flexible when I asked for a few changes to the original plan; Burak was very creative with some work-arounds. All in all, I'm very pleased with the results. Only suggestion: Be sure that you discuss all details (no assumptions!) before the project begins so that you can avoid having to make changes later. Easier on everyone!

I was so pleased first of all with the project manager Mr. Burak as he came in the beginning and inspected the work along the way. After the estimate was given I went to the showroom to select the tiles I wanted. The date was set for the project to start and it started as planned. The team that came to do the work were excellent people - worked hard all day, everything cleaned up at the end of each day, finished the project in time expected (4 days) friendly, polite and on time. I would be so pleased to recommend this company to anyone who is considering remodeling. At the completion of the project Mr. Burak and I sat down to talk about the experience. I so appreciate his wanting to know how the workers did. They were a wonderful team. The price for the work was also reasonable. Thank you again for your service.

First, we are repeat customers of Virginia Kitchen & Bath. After our complete kitchen gut & remodel a few months ago; we decided to return to a company that we believed paid attention to detail, was reasonably priced, and offered great customer service. Virginia Kitchen and Bath knocked it out of the park again. They arrived on schedule, removed the old "putt putt green" carpet, prepared the floor to receive tile (leveling etc) and expertly installed the tile. The attention to detail was very important to us and the floor turned out perfect. After 36 hours, the team returned to grout and paint the room. Mr Burak and his team are awesome. This company is worth a call if you are considering a future remodel.

Virginia Kitchen & Bath completed the work on time and within the budget. They were very quick to respond to any questions and made sure they left the workplace clean.

Our kitchen renovation met our every expectation. We were extremely pleased with every aspect of the remodeling project. Our kitchen project was no small feat and by many people's estimation could have taken as long as four weeks. Everything was complete in two weeks! The attention to detail and workmanship is absolutely remarkable. Kudos to Dale, our kitchen designer who gave us a lot of great suggestions. One of the gutsiest suggestion was to get rid of our island/peninsula completely. We were somewhat slow to embrace Dale's suggestion because we couldn't imagine what our kitchen would look like without a peninsula. Guess what? By removing our peninsula and making a few aesthetic changes, our kitchen looks nearly twice as large. That was our original goal -- to create an open floor plan and maximize the existing space. The majority of our project was handled by Andy and two very experienced workers. You could tell these guys knew exactly what they were doing. I didn't have to worry about any of the finer details because Andy would often bring things to my attention or would make suggestions on how to improve upon the look or functionality of our kitchen. The crew also kept the rest of the house sealed off to prevent dust build up and poor ventilation, which I appreciated. Our floor was completed by Rosario who took great care not to damage any of our existing floor while finishing a challenging open space. Rosario did a fantastic job and our floor looks great! On the very last day of the project, my husband commented that he felt strange not having a punch list for the workers to come back to do touch ups or tie up lose ends. That's because Virginia Kitchen and Bath delivered exceptional service, giving us a new kitchen one week ahead of schedule. I cannot wait to show off our new kitchen. I will be recommending VA K&B to family and friends for sure!

Burak was our Project Manager and was always accessible via his mobile with questions or information. He was great at listening to our requests and making sure that we had input into the day-to-day decision making. There was a 2 person team assigned to perform all the work and they did an amazing job. The work took about 8 full days to complete and they were reliable throughout the project. They showed up at roughly the same time every morning and were focused on getting the job done with the highest quality. They were friendly and I felt comfortable leaving them alone in my house during the day if needed. At the end of the project, the work was such high quality that I only had 1 small punchlist item to touch up - that was it. Everything was executed exactly the way i wanted and on schedule. The glass representatives that came in measuring for the frameless glass doors also commented on how level and plumb the shower was to help them the glass fit. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to those looking to remodel a bathroom. I'm very happy with my new bathroom and can't wait to get the glass doors installed so we can have it fully functional.

It was excellent. Everyone, especially Yunus was very professional and responsive. They worked with us on every step. Every accommodation was made. Choosing everything from tiles to lights to vanity was painless. The allowances were generous. I never felt nickeled and dimed nor did were there any surprises. Everything was agreed up front and the numbers were solid. I paid exactly was I agreed to before we started. Everyone was very helpful. When there was a mixup with the lights I ordered, Yunus jumped on it and straightened everything out with the vendor. We ended up having to travel and they worked with your schedule. I am so happy with the result. They listened to all my concerns and took care of everything in real time. I'm very pleased with the whole experience and very happy with the value.

The management and workers were all very polite and professional. They provided exactly what was agreed to and in a very timely manner. They were all very tidy and answered any concerns and questions immediately. They went the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Will recommend them to family and friends.

Virginia Kitchen and Bath was our third company of five from which we asked for estimates. The first two companies were more expensive and one was even rude to us; the last two companies we never interviewed because VKB made us that comfortable. VKB had great communication and customer service starting with Laura who received our first email, to Kemal the designer who visited our house and met us at the show room, to Burak who managed our project from beginning to end. Burak was present at our first day and then was available by email/phone as we needed. He made sure we had the chance to confirm our desired tile layout, but gave us only a few hours? notice to get to our home on a weekday, which is not easy to do commuting from DC to the suburbs. He also called to ask about our preference of sink and height of wall-mounted cabinets while we were at work which is not the time to be fretting over remodeling decisions. We would have preferred to iron out these details during the planning phase in the show-room. Thankfully, these decisions all turned out beautifully. The construction team consisted of three people, led by Anibal. They covered our affected furniture and floors in plastic and fabric tarps, and rolled up the floor tarps each evening. They worked quickly, completely demolishing our old bathroom in one day and completing the project on schedule (even working a weekend to meet the deadline). When the project was over, they even vacuumed our floors and wiped down some surfaces. We did have a leak that appeared the first day after the project was complete (a Tuesday), which produced a stain on the ceiling of the room below our bath tub. We immediately called Burak, and he sent the Anibal back the next day (Wednesday) to solve the problem. By the time we both arrived home from work Wednesday, Anibal had fixed the leak, re-painted the stained ceiling, and even touched up some silicon in the bathroom. Thankfully, this was the only major problem during the entire project! This was our first time doing a major home remodeling project and so our first time dealing with a contractor. Overall, we are pleased with the final look of our bathroom, that the project remained on budget, that the project ended on time, and that the company acted quickly to fix the shower leak. In the end we have a spa-like bathroom. We will be sure to include VKB in our future bathroom/kitchen project estimates down the road.

From start (@3/25/15) to finish, it was a pleasure to work with this company. Burak, the project manager, made certain that everything always was perfect. He was always on top of things and was always in contact with me even though I was not always present at the work site. He was able "move mountains" for the timing of different parts of the bathroom when time was really of the essence. I have already told friends and family members about the great work that they do. I will definitely have them do work in the future.

After moving from Las Vegas, my wife and I wanted to remodel our kitchen and entire first floor to include hardwood floors and the half bathroom. Virginia kitchen and bath gave us a very competitive quote. They started on time and worked very hard until completion of the project. The construction team did a really great job. Our project manager was Burak. He stopped by every day to make sure everything was going fine. The finished kitchen, bathroom, and floors were impressive. I would recommend Virginia Kitchen and bath. They have the best customer service. We will definitely work with them again for our future projects.

VKB did a great job on our remodel. We worked with Dale on the design and he was very patient and helpful as we worked through all the details. Andy and his crew showed up on time every day, worked hard all day, and cleaned up as much as possible. They finished the job in about 2 weeks, earlier than expected. Andy was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had, and there were very few issues all of which were easily resolved. I am very pleased with the new kitchen and would highly recommend VKB.

We are impressed...Virginia Kitchen and Bath provided a reasonable estimate, professional service, and a top quality performance with an eye toward the details. Leon was our sales rep and Burak was the project manager. They provided a free estimate without all the hassle and showed us a 3D computer image of our new kitchen. Bottom Line: We were sold by the great customer service! Overall, everyone involved with this 2.5 week project was courteous, attentive, and simply awesome. We were never approached once with the dreaded "contractor surprise" which we all know equates to an additional drain of our resources. We are glad we selected VKB to remodel our Kitchen. We would use Virginia Kitchen and Bath again and again and would recommend them to others...recently, our good friends also selected VKB to remodel their kitchen. YES!

Overall, everything went very well with this bathroom remodel. Burak was our project manager and Edison did the actual labor. Both were very professional to work. They were on time everyday and also took care to make sure the work space was cleaned up as much as possible when they left for the day. Burak made sure to check in everyday to get my input on all aspects of the bathroom and the work that Edison did was top quality. We have been using the bathroom for about 6 months and only had one minor problem. As soon as I emailed Burak about it, he sent someone over to fix the issue right away. Otherwise, it has been great. We received two other quotes for this work and Virginia Kitchen and Bath fell right in the middle. I would use Virginia Kitchen and Bath again and would recommend them to others.

Dale is the designer and is very knowledgeable and patient. He did a fantastic job working with us on the design and building material selections. The only thing we went outside of their shop for was the plumbing fixtures because we wanted more options, and we wanted to see and feel what we were buying (everything looks great on the 'net but you can't touch it...). Using our plumbing fixture selection, VA Kitchen and Bath made the purchase (using their contractor discount) of the fixtures and the rest came right out of their shop. Burak was our project manager and Alejandro was our craftsman. All products arrived on time, and Alejandro and his team went to work. To reduce dust and dirt, the sleeping area of our bedroom was tented off and stayed remarkably clean. Also the carpet from our front door to the master bathroom door was covered in plastic. Every day after they were done, Alejandro made sure everything was picked up and swept. Having your master bath remodeled is a very intrusive process but Burak, Alejandro, and the rest of the team was very professional, clean, and tidy. Alejandro spent extra time with us for the tile design, and his suggestions really made a difference. You should see our shower! Bottom line - We "interviewed" 3 remodeling firms for this job. VA Kitchen and Bath made this remodeling project a lot less painful than the others because they carry just about everything. Pricewise, they were in the middle - but in my estimation if I evaluate what I got for what I've paid, these guys are a real value. We are remodeling our kitchen next and there is no need for me to shop around....

Every step of the process was great. They were wonderful with their communication and frequent check ins. The work they did was substantial and they did it efficiently. Very pleased and will be using them in the future.

After moving into our home, we wanted to completely remodel the kitchen (we kept all the appliances except the microwave). Virginia Kitchen and Bath gave a competitive quote after expediently coming to the home for the estimate. We appreciated the use of Computer Aided Design software such that we could begin to see and understand how the kitchen would look even prior to any of the build crew showing up. The crew, lead by Oscar, were courteous, hard-working, and brought a can-do attitude as we would make some design decisions on the fly. That said, it would have been nice to spend the time to hash out all of the design details prior to construction, but we were anxious to get the job started (and finished) as well. Perhaps VKB could have spent a little more time describing the myriad of options available in a kitchen renovation. The team installed several recessed lights, switches, and outlets for us in the kitchen and lights in two other rooms. Their drywall work was flawless. We installed inexpensive cabinetry to save on cost, and the team did well to work out some of the gotchas in the build quality of those. They installed a new overhead fan above the stove and had to install new ductwork to vent to the outside. They performed this task flawlessly. I had to source our particular range hood fan, which required some digging on the Internet, but that allowed us to get exactly what we were looking for in that respect. VKB allowed us to personally work with granite suppliers and tile suppliers to pick out our particular slabs and backsplash design. VKB coordinated the granite installation with the installer, as well as the tile delivery with the tile supplier, which made that easy on us. The job took about six weeks, which was a little longer than initially anticipated. The scope of the job however increased over its course as we learned of new possibilities. Kemal served as project manager and was timely in replies to requests and definitely willing to work with us as we made requests to tighten up the implementation of a drawer or shelf installation from time to time. We would have appreciated a little more communication about what steps come next in the job, what steps remain, and when they might be executed. The team did the best, most expedient job they could. I would definitely recommend Virginia Kitchen and Bath to others.

This is an excellent contractor. We sought out six estimates and for the price and quality of cabinets and granite counter (both upgrades) Virginia Kitchen and Bath was the clear winner. They started on time and worked diligently until completed. Oscar was our on-site construction worker and he did a wonderful job. When there were minor adjustments or peculiar requests he took care of them in a timely fashion. Burak supervised and would stop by very frequently, or communicated via email, so we always felt like we knew what was happening and what the schedule looked like. The job took a bit more than three weeks. The finished kitchen is impressive and we plan to use Virginia Kitchen and Bath again in about a year to remodel our master bathroom. I would definitely recommend; they understand customer service and have experienced construction personnel.
