Description of Work: These people run an excellent operation, from sales to installation and inspection. They are all helpful, courteous and easy to deal with. We will use them again next year to get even more work done!!

Description of Work: Remodel of Hall Bath. Everything went well a couple punch list items but they took care of them. Very responsive.

Description of Work: Remodeled the two full baths in our townhouse. Each was finished within a week of start. Crew showed up promptly every day and kept us informed of what they were doing. The tile work was absolutely lovely. Everything was installed as it should be. Painting was beautiful. Everyone was easy to work with, and communication was excellent.

Description of Work: I made an appt for an estimate on our master's bathroom and power room remoldelings and treating the leak/ mold. On June 24th of 2015 Leon was the guy would come out for an estimate. He showed up as they promised but he just looked at the two areas without any measures and nothing was showed other than giving me a business card and told me that he will send me an email about the estimate on the same evening. It was been more than 5 days and still no estimate. We will be using another company.

Description of Work: Virginia Kitchen and Bath renovated three bathrooms in our house and did a terrific job. Their choices of materials were spot-on, their craftsmanship was better than I expected. The company was thorough in making sure everything was exactly as we wanted it to be. I'd use these folks again in a heartbeat. In fact, I plan to use them in our next house.

Description of Work: I wrote a description soon after the remodelling was completed. The plumber they used was sloppy and careless; had to return to finish cleaning up and correcting his work. A few months later I discovered that the screws holding the disposer to the sink had dropped out to the floor and the drain pipe connecters loose. Fortunately I discovered the leaking soon enough that no damage was done to the cabinetry. I would not use that plumber ever again. EDIT: 1/15/16 The damage was more extensive than I thought, as there was a wrong pipe configuration. This caused stoppage, which cost over $800 to replace correctly.

Description of Work: They demolished and renovated a half-bath, hallway and coat closet. The work was top-notch. I enjoyed working with them and hope to do so again in the future.

Description of Work: This was my first bathroom remodel. I got estimated from two other contractors. Virginia Kitchen & Bath estimate was the best. Dale helped us sort out the detail of our new bathroom. The showroom at Herndon provided us many great idea. The whole family participated in the design process from showroom examples. We were able to design our new bathroom in 2 hours. The work started one time. Crew worked on the new bathroom every workday until it is completed. Crew consulted with us throughout the renovation to ensure work is done to our satisfaction. During the project, we did not like using wood as baseboard of the bathroom. We came up with an idea to use decoration and tile instead of baseboard. Crew took on the extra work and finished our beautiful new bathroom on time without extra charge. We are very happy with our new bathroom.

Description of Work: Virginia Kitchen and Bath came to my home to view our kitchen and full bath that we want to remodel. The salesperson was well informed and came up with unique solutions to our desires. We were pleased to see that he quickly got back to us with computerized drawings of what our kitchen might look like. We are still in the process of reviewing providers, but Virginia Kitchen and Bath likely will be on our short list, assuming their cost estimate is in line.

Description of Work: Virginia Kitchen and Bath did a wonderful job in remodeling our kitchen! From scheduling an estimate to the final touches, the crew was very punctual and professional. Kemal, our project manager was great in dealing with us throughout the whole process! He's very experienced, and knowledgable. His ideas were definitely worth considering. VAKB was very quick in returning back to us with an estimate cost and a virtual design after measurements. I strongly recommend visiting the showroom as they have lots of design ideas for everything!!(floors/kitchen/bath) it helps with your decisions. They spend as much time as you need with you to answer all your questions. Our floor, cabinets, granite, back splash, appliances, paint, electrical....etc. look fabulous! Everything is very high quality at very reasonable pricing. Kemal came in and out throughout the project to see if everything was running smooth. The crew is very clean and professional. They left their workspace clean and organized at all times. It might get overwhelming during the process but at the end it is well worth it! We are extremely satisfied with the outcome and will definitely ask Virginia Kirchen and Bath for help in doing our bathrooms as well. Our neighbors and family are also very interested in using VAKB for their remodeling project. Thank you Virginia Kitchen and Bath looking forward to doing more business.

Description of Work: Va Kitchen and Bath completed the remodel of our master bath. We had our design already created, but Kamal was very helpful in suggesting improvements. They have their own showroom with tile and cabinetry designs which really helped us envision what the final product would look like. They were also flexible with us purchasing some of the fixtures ourselves and assisting us with discounts on items we wanted that were not in their inventory. The crew was friendly, efficient and courteous. We highly recommend the crew managed by Javier Nogales. He was also very helpful in working out unexpected problems that came up as constructions progressed. His crews always left the work site clean which was important since we were living in the rooms adjacent to the bath. We are very pleased with the final product; it's beautiful just as we had wanted it. We have recommended them to our neighbors.
